Let me tell you! If you want an honest person to help you solve your problem, look for Christopher Jackson. He gives a great solutions and very friendly. If you need help in electronics, he is one of the guys i recommend you to ask for! If your serious in buying a product. When its busy and he bypass you, don't get offended. He just wants the best for his customers in a fast efficient way. Just be patient and you will experience the best customer service like I did.

I called PC Richards hoping to get some info about short notice delivery. A manager named James helped me to pick up a new fridge that was within my budget over the phone. He set up payment and delivery right then and there. Within 24 hours I got the fridge I wanted. Delivery was super smooth and the old fridge was picked up as well. Couldn t have hoped for better service. Delivery crew was great too. Thinking of what appliance to get next. I absolutely recommend this store and my personal experience with James was five stars!

When u go to P.C. Richards on Atlantic Ave in Brooklyn, ask for Demora! She is the most warm and caring Assistant Manager! She could have made a sale and called it a day, but she wanted me to b satisfied with my purchase! She really understood my needs and I thank Demora for everything that she has done for me!

Stopped into Atlantic store and was browsing to purchase a gas range and possibly a dishwasher. There was no pressure from any of the staff just an offer to help. I met with Ed to ask questions on quality of gas range and the dishwasher. He was very informative and made sure that all my questions were answered, sometimes referring to his manager to make sure facts were correct. It was a very easy and pleasant experience to buy from them. I asked a lot of questions as you would make appliance purchases. I didn't feel pressure to buy immediately. I did a lot of research with regard to both appliances I bought and they had the same prices on other site and sometimes lower. However, I was happy that they confirmed that, at time of delivery, appliances would be installed at the same time. Also, as we know, "they don't make them like to used to" so I was happy to purchase a 10 year warranty for both appliances, which makes my life worry free. Most sites will only offer a maximum of 5 years. It works out at 13 cents a day for both appliances under the 10 year warranty! I would certainly buy there again, from Ed or anyone else. Very professional staff.

Stephen was more than helpful and knowledgeable on guiding us to buying our Bertazzoni appliances for our house. He explained all the specs and functions of the appliances. We highly recommend seeing him and the store on Atlantic ave. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Steve.

Representive Oscar was very helpful was greeted upon arrival and am very satisfied with the service of there was 10 stars i would rate them 10. Manager Neil was outstanding and went above and beyond to meet my needs. Left feeling great and satisified.

Have done my kitchen twice in the last 10 years with this company specifically with this store and I'm completely satisfied. I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator in September of 2019 and fortunately also purchased the extended warranty. The fridge began to malfunction in early June of this year and by the end of the month it was totally inoperable. Initially the PCR personnel recommended repairing the unit, but after waiting 2 weeks in the height of two successive heat waves in July 2020 for a missing part, James, a manager at the Atlantic Ave location, recommended that a replacement unit be acquired via the warranty.
I have nothing but praise for the manner in which James handled this very 'hot' situation. After a botched delivery where the replacement unit was also defective and inoperable, James literally moved 'mountains' to get a second replacement delivered within 2 days, knowing that I had already been without a working fridge for nearly 6 weeks. I am very satisfied with James' excellent customer service and wish others would take note and follow his example.

This is a very good store when it comes to electronics

A friend and I came in on Saturday to pick out a TV and the entire experience was pleasant. First we spoke to a Tal who explained a few TV basics, then we spoke with a supervisor Carlos who was detailed in showing us some of the differences in picture quality and the latest in TV technology. It was easy making a choice and walking away with an electronic for our home. Ken helped us bring the TV from the warehouse up to the front. He checked the device and wheeled it right to our car and helped us load it in. Kudos to the Atlantic store team for working seamlessly to deliver great service!

I was looking for a TV and was very confused because they all look the same to me .I went into P.C. after trying a few other stores. The salesman and Manager Neil were both very helpful and very patient as I asked many questions. I loved my experience at PC and love my 4K TV even more.

Doesn't have a very nice layout. The staff weren't particularly welcoming. Good if you just want to get in and out or if shopping experience is not your paramount priority.

The delivery service is awful here.

First my refrigerator arrived with a huge dent, which had to be returned. (Only after going back and forth with the delivery guys about how I thought it was a problem but they thought it was fine and didn't want to bring it back)

Secondly, I paid to have old appliances removed and was met with resistance from the delivery men- even though I PAID for this service!

My 2nd refrigerator was meant to arrive the next day in the morning, and no one ever showed up, and I was unable to get any PC Richards employees on the phone.

Finally, after multiple rounds of calling the store, we had a new delivery date 3 days later. We took off work to wait for the delivery, and the time window randomly changed from the morning to the afternoon (really annoying because we could've gone to work in the morning)

This store is unorganized, rude, unresponsive and has overall horrible customer service.

We had to return the adapter we'd bought there and the staff were helpful and the return went without a hitch.

A great place if you are the market for buying any electronics. Aren't busy most of the time so it would be a great substitute.for Best Buy. A plus is that you won't have to go to a mall for this and you might even find what you want at a much more generous price.

The security gaurd did not bother to greet me even after i said hello twice. Tried to see if he would say bye but did not bother to say anything again but instead he again gave me a dirty look. I recommend him to greet customers upon entering. He made me feel uncomfortable. But i have to say the sales associates were ALL friendly. They did ask if i needed help.

I just bought a dryer today from Mark - He was sweet, helpful without being pushy, and called me an hour later to say he was able to get me the delivery for the next day instead of 3 days later. It was an errand I was dreading, and it was pleasant. And I always would rather support a local business!
