Excellent buying experience. Store manager Steve is extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He walk us through all shopping process and make it so easy and smooth. He answered every single question and concern we had. We bought all kitchen appliances and we are very happy with service in this store. Highly recommend!!! Yeah same here. Was looking for a new co2 cartridge for my soda stream. Wanted to support a NYC business instead of target all the time but no... as usual security were (censored) and dismissed me. Typical of this company hard to be loyal especially with other options to choose from.

I came into this Pc Richards looking for a router and to inquire about Google WiFi. The manager that assisted me was Demora and she was great. She took her time to assure I got exactly what I was looking for and was very informative. Great experience and customer service will definitely shop again

Had an issue with my Samsung TV and Clemente was more than happy to help me out with the issue. He had service come or to my house to take a look at it and they said it could not be repaired and that I Would receive credit to pick out an new tv. Clemente helped me with a few options and left with a new Sony. Thank you Clemente. I definitely recommend shopping here!

I just bought an electric dryer at the Atlantic Ave. store in Brooklyn, with very good service from Neil, Alfred and Ray!!!!!! I had a lot of questions and they had a lot of patience with me, explaining well. Installation was complicated, but it's working out. Both stove & hood from them a year ago and all is well, thanks to their services!

Great customer service and great price, Ulvin is one of the nicest stock guy I ve met, very helpful and kind. He worked with me to achieve the best price and he didn t leave my side until I found what I needed! Ulvin made my first experience at P.C. Richard a very pleasant one, Thank You!

The salesperson was very helpful! They really cared about my needs and knew EXACTLY what I was looking for! They even matched the price of another major retailer which was a bonus! The workers were all very respectful and I will DEFINITELY be a recurring customer!

I love PC Richard! I chose it over all other big box retail chains because they make you feel like you are not in a chain with a personalized service that no longer exists in the retail environment. Samir Beyruti in particular is my man! I always go to him with my electronic purchases because of the knowledge, detail, and care that he puts into every item that I purchase at PC Richard. I highly recommend him as your sales representative the next time you make a purchase at the store.

Manager James and Salesman Kelly were the best. These guys know their stuff and make sure you leave beyond satisfied. I definitely recommend them if you need service.

My father badly needed an Air Conditioner for his bedroom after his broke down in the middle of the night. Neil Bocchieri the General Manager expedited the delivery for the following day and everything went smooth. My father was grateful and has been dealing with this location and Neil for over 10 years. They are always professional and courteous from beginning to the end of the sale. I recommend this showroom and Neil for your electronics and appliances needs. Thank you Neil and my father appreciates all you done!

As a landlord of a few apartments every time I need appliances I would call Sam from PC Richards. Sam is the best. Gives me the best product at the best prices. He will also text me and let me know there's a good sale. Will not shop anywhere else. !!!

Came in for a router, I was helped by two of the best salesman who were Garl and Ricky, they helped me find what I want for a reasonable price! They were so good and I will definetly come back for these two. Great service!

Well... the stock person that helped me was very nice, helpful & knew everything I asked him for no need to do any run arounds , I believe his name is Ulvin. He was being respectful young men, I was satisfied with the great customer service.

I was referred here by my neighbor who had a good experience here and i was in the market for some kitchen appliances. I was able to get a better deal than the advertised price on a couple items since i made quite a hefty purchase and took advantage of the long warranty they offer. Hopefully all goes well with my delivery which Im expecting this Thursday..

Hi, I came in for Tv and meant one of the nicest employees I ever met at an electronic store. I believe his name was Ulivan because I kept thinking to myself what an interesting name but non the less he was a great help to me and very polite. He made my experience shopping there wonderful so did all the other nice employees, but he left an impression on me which I will be coming back to experience it and will tell all my good friends.

I had a viper security system with remote start installed in my 2017 Highlander on 7/29/17. Tim (assistant manager) was amazing and extremely helpful with my purchase and made the process seamless from start to finish. When I got to the store (Atlantic Avenue), it was clean, the sales associates were friendly and helpful. Garl, one of the sales associates, took my payment and promptly got my items to Ulysses, who proceeded to do an amazing job installing my system. He even remembered us from my previous system I had installed in my Venza.

My mother and I enjoyed roaming around the store while my install was taking place. We even spent a lot of time on the super comfortable recliners. It was an awesome experience and without a doubt, I will return as I usually do, for any of my electronic and or appliance needs.

Mark was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I purchased my TV. I highly recommend seeing him when you visit the store.

Amazing customer service, great deals, went to another store in Brooklyn (same company) and had a horrible time, guy wanted to blame stuff on China. This place is amazing ast. Manger Timmy helped solve my problem and then sold me another ac, tv and more. Will return for a temper pedic mattress soon!!!

Excellent customer service. We met all of the Managers. The rep who assisted us is named Links. Awesome guy. We saved a nice amount of money & we purchased more than expected. Everyone was helpful & knowledgeable.

I called this store an hour before I arrived and they told me that I could come by and exchange my product I drove an hour to get there but when I finally got there they are telling me that I can t exchange it I have to wait till Wednesday and saying that no one said it I was mad because I drove an hour to get there just to see that they lied to me
