Let me tell ya all the Pc Richards to choose ya need to trust me, this is the one to use...not only is the staff friendly but, if it's that busy and ya need help the GM of the store is willing to help you.
Now, I'm not saying go in and ask for him, but, if ya can't get help, or need extra help, trust me he's there to help make your experience a much better one.

Bought a stackable laundry pair to replace my old 24" washer because apparently they do not make anymore 24" full size washers. Laundry closet was built around a 27 inch dryer and 24inch washer side by side. Shout out to Rus for helping me select the right one to be delivered and installed. Usually dislike shopping in stores but i felt overwelmed when trying to look online.

Found a great printer all in 1 for 40 bucks ...staff was so helpful

Was provided with the best service from Pierre and Carlos on a Refrigerator and TVs. Very detailed and courteous.

Great salesman helped me by opening an items box letting me try it to dee if compatible with my computer and told me to bring it back in 30 days if i decided not to keep it. Good man

Rudy was incredible. He greeted me when I walked in the door, looked for what I needed, found that it was a nearby store, called the store and put me in a bus... in 15 minutes. Great store. Great service.

Patricia helped me from the beginning to the end of my purchase, and many in betweens! She had a lot of patience for me with all my questions and calls, and she really knows her stuff. I am officially a loyal customer of Patricia s from now on I will never shop with anyone else.

Sales person Leon provided excellent customer service. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different products. Checkout was very efficient and hassle free. I would definitely recommend this store to family and friends who are shopping for electronics.

I ordered online for no contact delivery. The instructions said, wait in your vehicle, call PC Richard's and someone will bring the air conditioner to you. I called and the representative said that I had to get out the car, and wait on line to pick the air conditioner because they were open. So I waited on line, not too long and the representative at the door asked who was picking up online orders. He bought the air conditioner out to me and I carried it myself. So much for no contact pick up.

PC RICHARDS is the Best place ever to get your household appliances and electronics etc.... Lovely customer service especially my wonderful and amazing floor assistant Ricky very pleasant, helpful and friendly guy keep up the great work.

I recently shopped at PC Richards & Sons on Flatbush and Atlantic Avenue and the experience was amazing. I knew I needed appliances for my kitchen but I was unsure of the brand or best ones for my needs. The sales associate, a Mr. Blackwood, was very patient as I asked him question after question about which product was better. He also had extensive knowledge of each products and explained the pros and cons of each. The management staff was equally great because whenever my sales associate had questions regarding my purchases, they came right over and answered them promptly. I also wanted to have my items delivered the next day, and guess what, as promised, they were delivered right on time. After the 5 star treatment I received at PC Richards, I would definitely recommend it a must-go for all your appliance and electronic needs.

MADISON WAS AWSOME!!! I went there with my little sister to get a laptop for her for college. I had never been to a P.C. Richards before so I didn t know how it would be but a sales girl named Madison was sooooo helpful. She was nice and friendly and so patient with our millions of questions. She helped us decide that a Chromebook was best for my sister s major s needs. We also got her a coffee maker for her dorm and will probably come back for a mini fridge. Seriously most sales people are clueless and it feels like you re bothering them when you need help but Madison was eager to assist. When we first went in we asked some heavyset guy to help us with a computer, but he told us it wasn t his section or something and kind of lazily pointed to the smaller appliance area. So glad we found Madison-made it a good experience!

Large store, beaten by online store tho. Useful in emergencies.

I went in specifically to purchase a washing machine that I had seen advertised that was the perfect price and exactly what I was looking for. The salesman, Rudy, was extremely helpful and ensured that I was getting exactly what I wanted. He even took the time to point out one of the model features that could be seen as a default but I was so impressed to have it pointed out to me.

I have always been pleased with PC Richard's and it doesn't matter if I go to the store in Chelsea, the Upper Eeast Side, the Upper West Side or Brooklyn, I always get the same great service.

I order a Mac computer in June 2020 it's September and I still didn't have no computer so I cancel the order and now I have to wait until black Friday to buy my computer no thanks to p.c. richards

My daughter and I were in the area looking to purchase a mattress. After being disappointed by Sleepys, my sister informed me that PC Richard sells mattresses as well. We were pleasantly surprised by the broad selection and the amazing customer service. We were helped by Charles and left with a mattress and a smile. Would definitely recommend for high quality mattresses!

Awful consumer service , i felt so uncomfortable , walked around the store for 30 minutes waiting for help and be stared at by the staff without even asking me for help , then when someone finally decides to come help me , he has nasty little sarcastic disposition . And i morning about the products he selling . I went to Best Buy across the street and spent my money where the staff was welcoming , and knew about their products .

I just had a mini split ductless air conditioning system installed by P.C. Richard, and they did a fantastic job. My house is a four story brownstone and I had them put A/C in seven rooms - front and back. Billy made sure that everything was perfect, and always answered my calls promptly. Now that everything is installed, I m completely happy with the system and with my experience with P.C Richard. I would highly recommend them.

Neil Bocchieri is very professional. He helped my family pick the appliances we needed for our home. The staff there was friendly and informative as well. I would recommend returning to this location.

I was in need of a brand new tv at PC Richards on Atlantic ave. I was was greeted and helped my this awesome gentleman by the name of Don Davis. He is a great guy and is costumer sevice skills are on point. keep up the good work.

I was avoiding going to buy an a/c but once I heard the weather forecast 90+, I reluctantly walked over to PC Richard's. To my delight I had a great experience, Javier was so patient, informative and funny. I couldn't stop laughing. He helped me with my purchase and set me up with a great a/c!

This store is amazing, I got the bose soundbar and bose headsets that I was looking for that I couldn't find anywhere else and it was all thanks to Garl Robinson III. He helped me with everything I needed and even taught me a few things. Great guy with a lot of potential. Salesman like him will have me coming back to that store if I ever need anything.

Terrible customer service. I didn't find what I went to there to originally buy which that location said online that they had the model of the speaker I was looking for when I check on line. The guy I dealt with was real rude; almost frisk me for my money in the aisle before I even got to the register to pay. I'll never shop there again. That's for damn share. Worst store ever.

Went to buy a vacuum cleaner for my staircase. Aaron help me pick out a small Shark hand held vacuum. It was less money than I intended on spending but it is the right tool for the job. Most importantly my wife was happy. Thanks Aaron. See you next time.

To start! I am what you call a "dunce" when it comes to electronics or any type of technology for that matter.... I needed help a few days ago, I had a deadline to meet at work that entailed notes, graphs and pictures on both my iPhone and iPad, with no way of showing them in a presentation.
I was advised by a co worker to go to the PC Richard Store in the area, upon arrival I was greeted by staff member "Christoper" I told him my dilemma! He paused and then said, "I have the perfect solution for you" I was introduced to apple TV, He assured me that it will work with all my existing apple devices and this will be the link i need to display on a larger screen. PROBLEM SOLVED. I ended up buying one for the office and one for the house...Good Job Christopher, good old fashion help without the judgement-squad..
