This was my first time with them and will be the last time ever.. ordered online and had a really bad experience with their customer service staff, had asked to cancel an order and the rep confirmed that the order was cancelled but they still charged my card and shipped the product 2 days later, when I called to check why this happened, they had no clue.
Now I will have to waste my time again to go through their return process, which will probably be another nightmare I unnecessary have to deal with..
Based on reviews, It appears people who walked in-store had better experience, so avoid them if you can't walk in to their store..
