We had a great buying experience at Patty Peck Honda! We got the deal we were looking for on the vehicle we wanted! Couldn t be happier with our buying experience.. Our sales guy Luke Lungrin went out of his way showing us all the options and trim levels we were interested in.

My husband and I had an appointment with JJ Thompson at 10:30 on 5/27/2017. We arrived a little early and was informed JJ would be right with us. We were showed where coffee and snacks were as well as the restrooms. It took all but maybe 3 mins. if that for JJ to come introduce himself to us. From this moment until we pulled out of the parking lot our experience at Patty Peck was exceptionally wonderful, by far the
best buying experience we have had in a long time. We purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox and are well pleased with our purchase. If your looking for a vehicle go see JJ Thompson. Our finance rep Kyra was top notch as well. She is super sweet. These 2 people make for buying a vehicle any day.

Ok first of all I needed was a quote for a rear window in a 2011 Honda Odyssey. So I called the service dept who transferred me to parts and so to get a simple quote you have to get parts to give you a price for the part then get transferred to service to get a price for labor. So I hung up and called back and asked for a manager and got an answering machine and she finally called me back just to let me know parts and labor on a rear window would be 1200.00. So needless to say my vehicle is at venable glass right now being replaced for 260.00

Service is pretty good. If you have a black car NEVER let them wash it. It will scratch the heck out of it. Most all of them do because the get sand & rocks caught up on brushes. The convince of the wash isn't with repair cost.

Worst experience ever at a car dealership. George, the salesman did everything in his power to get me to travel 2 1/2 hrs one way, even to the point he told me we were like "buddies" When I arrived it was a different story-he was with another customer and handed me off to another salesman (really not what a buddy would do). Lucky was very nice and was very attentive, but was not told by George of any of our conversations about the possible trade even after asking him to tell her of our conversations-his response was he didn't like to interfere. The prices given over the phone by George was definitely not the prices given when in person. When confronting George he walked away and had no response. I had to finally insist that my car keys be returned to me so that I could leave.

Really enjoy my experience with Patty Peck Honda, my sale consultant Lorenzo Evans, was real helpful, in helping me obtain the car I really wanted. he kept in contact with me, just to make sure I was updated on the car I was most interested in. The experience was enjoyable. Thank you.

Was completely screwed by the people here on my trade in. I knew it was worth more and the guy was a complete liar. Told me that it was in worse condition than I thought, high mileage (which I knew at 122k). Told me he would have to send it to Houston for a wholesale auction and would be lucky to get the money I was asking ($15k). Imagine my surprise to see my truck on your site asking for more than $4000 dollars more than I even asked for it! So you are a scummy sleazy dealership.

If you are interested in the 2014 GMC Sierra, they are asking over $19k for, they only paid a little over &14k for it.....so you should have lots of room to barter with them.

Great experience. Thank you to Mr. Richie Jones for helping me find the car I wanted. He made sure I did a test drive to ensure that this car was for me and to make sure I was able to actually test out each feature on the car during my ride. This part of the process made me comfortable in my decision! Mr. Richie stayed in contact with me throughout my car process by updating me on the details of my car and when it would be coming in.

Also, thank you to Luke. He helped me setup my car and made sure I understood how to work/change the different features used in my car. I really appreciate his time and effort. He took it into consideration that it was my first car and elaborated on the different features I can use and how to use before I left the lot. I was very happy with the help and patience from Ron Lee. I went to Patty Peck Honda to look at a Toyota that Ron had emailed me that was available. My daughter was with me and saw the Honda Fit and fell in love with it. Once she saw the car Ron got the keys for us to test drive the car. We heard a noise, Ron had us to pull over, and he inspected the tire. He did not see the rock or screw but we went back to the service department where Ron had a service technician to look at the tire. He found a screw in the tire but it did puncture a hole in the tire because the tires were new. Ron Lee was very patient with me trying to find the best car for my child.

We had a great experience with purchasing our vehicle from Patty Peck Honda In Ridgeland! We had a very knowledgeable sales associate that took good care of us from the moment we walked into the dealership. I appreciated the way that Patty Peck had everything set up. When we approached the vehicle, we noticed that the doors were open, with a copy of the Carfax on the seat. We then went toward the dealership to get more information on the truck and Mr. Willie Johnson met us at the door wanting to know how he could help. We had a very pleasant, laid-back sales experience with Jason Leonberger at Patty Peck Honda in Ridgeland, MS. There was no pressure. The truth is that we intended to shop around and find the best deal and then try to get our local dealer to match it, but we didn't need to look any further than Patty Peck Honda. We test drove a couple of different vehicles and were encouraged to ask questions and, if desired, test drive others, but my wife fell in love with the 2018 Honda Accord EX and that is what we left the dealership with that evening.
In addition to the great sales experience, we got a great recommendation on a place to eat in the area; Soul Shine Pizza Factory. We loved it so much that my wife decided that she would name the car "SOUL SHINE". I drove the vehicle home that night and it was such a pleasure. The ride is so smooth, the car is very roomy and comfortable, and the road noise is minimal. My wife sent me a text exclaiming that she really had a great ride into work this morning .
The next time I/we are in the market for a new vehicle, we will definitely be visiting Patty Peck Honda again!

Absolutely the best experience I could have hoped for purchasing a car. When I decided to get a new car, I did my research, and test drove about 10 different cars and dealt with so many dealers: Toyota, Nissan, Acura, Ford. The service, not to mention the car (Accord) itself, was the best around. Jordan knew everything about the car, took us on a great test drive to show off everything it had to offer. He wasn't pushy, and when we told him that we weren't looking to purchase that day he (unlike the countless others) did not stop giving the best customer service. When I went back to purchase the car he didn't mess around and try to get me to get a higher trim model than I could afford. Him and the Lee Andrews were extremely helpful with us getting to a note that we could afford, and no one got bent out of shape. Once the price was agreed on we sat down with Lance, and believe it or not, was not as painful as it could have been. I have had several cars and have dealt with many a dealer, and finance people and this is honestly the only time I have left with a car I not only loved, but was right on the money, and I did not feel like the dealer tried to rob me, or pull something over on me.

Always a pleasure buying at Patty Peck and most especially with Doug Smith.

MY CAR IS FIXED THANK YOU SO MUCH LEE FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE TO FIX THE ISSUES I WAS HAVING. YOU'RE AWESOME AND SHALL I NEED ANYTHING IN THE FUTURE I WILL BE SURE TO CONTACT YOU DIRECTLY.

Go somewhere else if expect to be driving your car off the lot! They put cars on the lot that need work and once you let them know about the issue they want to keep your car for weeks to fix a problem that should not only have been fixed before placing it on the lot but it should only take a day or 2 at most, NOT WEEKS! They had my car for a week immediately after purchase, only to tell me they have to fix something else. That's right.. I drove away with a loaner car that was full of ants! Should have taken it as a HUGE RED FLAG. I am going tomorrow 7-10-19 to supposedly let them fix the problem. I sure hope they are going to fix it right. However, Chris in the service department said they would need the car for a few MORE days because they need to take the dashboard off (who knows they may decide they need it another week or longer) let me remind you this car is not brand new and apparently was NOT correctly and fully tested/inspected before putting it on the lot for me to buy. Should have never been on that lot without the problem first bring FIXED! WORSE

I sure hope this problem is solved QUICKLY and to my satisfaction !!! It's not like they are replacing the whole dang engine.. It's the AC!!! That's all I know of for NOW anyway, as I have NOT gotten a chance to enjoy the ride.

Took my 2003 honda element here & they really fixed her up. My service advisor was Fred Smith & he s really great. He was very helpful & attentive with what my car needed & helped me save as much money as possible. My car is a piece of junk & has 400,000 miles on it so she needed a lot of work done, but Fred helped me save a grand. The only complaint I have is today I had to go back because I needed a new passenger side mirror & new wheel bearings. I waited for 4 hours because they ordered (or were sent) the wrong bearings so I had to wait until they received the correct ones. BUT since I waited so long Fred gave me another discount & really helped me out.

I bought a new Honda at Patty Peck yesterday, Nov 29. DeAnthony Wells was my salesman and from start to finish, my experience was beyond excellent! I would definitely recommend Patty Peck Honda to anyone and also would recommend they ask for DeAnthony!!!

We took our car in for a noise and were told we needed $600 worth of repairs. We were also told the brakes were good. The next day, it was still making the same noise. We took it back and were told the brakes needed to be replaced and we dropped another $300.

I have edited the review at this point. It was previously more skeptical. As noted in the reply from Patty Peck Honda, the service manager did reach out to me. He assured me that all the work needed to be done but that they made a mistake the first time in not doing a full inspection and finding the brake problem. He apologized and offered to make it right. He told me that he had talked with the service team about this issue. I appreciate a person and/or a business who will admit a mistake and attempt to make it better. Everyone makes mistakes. We are human. It is what you do with those mistakes that defines who you are and your character. So, thank you.

From the moment we were greeted by our salesperson we knew this was the place to be! Katorra treated us how all customers should be treated! She was informative, easy to work with, and very personable. Purchasing our new 2020 Passport was very easy. The service at Patty Peck Honda is outstanding! We will definitely be back in the future!

Pretty bad experience. Said they would fix up my engine guard til I could pay for it then went back on their word. The service manager (Barry) and service rep (Johnny) wouldn't budge and were pretty rude through the whole thing.
