When we stopped by Patty Peck Honda yesterday, I was not sure that I would be buying a new car! We were met by our salesman, LeMarris Brown, who worked diligently to persuade me that that he had the car that I needed and that he would work very hard to earn my business! I listened to LeMarris s sales pitch, looked at several cars (found two that I really liked), had an eye to eye with the F&I manager, Jason McFadden, and within an hour and a half I was on my way back home having purchased one of the two cars! I would definitely recommend visiting these folks if you are in the market for a Honda! Great job LeMarris, I am not an easy sell!

I had a great experience with Dusty Ward and James Buck while shopping here. We bought a new Odyssey van for the wife and also a like new CR-V. I spent weeks shopping and learning about vans, which ended up being a waste of time. I was sold on the driving experience and safety of the Honda from the moment I sat in it. Dusty and James were very patient with the fact that we went to the store at least six times looking, test driving and getting the deal made. They always stayed in contact when we asked them to, but never harassed us by calling 20 times a day like some do.
I recommend them to anyone looking for a great vehicle with a great warranty.

We just bought a car from Patty Peck. We were dreading the experience and were pleasantly surprised when it turned out to be a good one. Our sales associate, Adam Washington, listened to what we had to say about staying within budget and the features that were/weren't important to us. He respected our limit and never pressured us to purchase something outside our budget or with extra features that weren't important to us. We never felt like we had to "haggle" over anything. In the end, we drove away with something we loved that was under our budget limit. I can't say enough good things about Adam.

I tried to get my car fixed here twice. The first time I went in was on a Saturday. I stood there looking around for several minutes before one of the service advisors finally looked up from his phone. I tried to explain what I needed, and they apathetically told me to make an appointment and come back during the week. So I did just that. The second time, I went in and stood there for ten minutes while the workers looked at me, said nothing to me, and then went back to talking to one another. Finally a service advisor came in and asked if I was being helped. He told me there was a problem with my warranty, and that I would have to reach out to the dealership who sold me the car. I did that, and they said the warranty was fine and sent me a confirmation page with the contract information. I called Patty Peck back to talk to the original advisor, and he was rude, condescending, and confrontational when I tried to give him the new information given to me by the other dealership. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone wanting efficient, congenial service. They wasted my time and my patience.

Service at this dealership is hit and miss. My last visit was a big miss! I waited 3 hours to get tires for my son's car. When I checked on it they had not even moved it from the parking lot. I took the car and left. Patty Peck will not get my tire business. I am considering taking my Hondas to the other dealerships in the area.

I am so thankful for the service I received today at Patty Peck. I brought my car in for an oil change. Eric in service showed me and advised me that I needed an front end alignment and new tires. My tires on the outside looked new new but the eyes can be deceiving. I had wires showing on the inner sides .I am grateful for the staff and concerns they showed today.
