The selection at Patty Peck is really large, they even have some of the cool new Civic hatchbacks on the lot right now. The whole process was low pressure. I made an appointment with Joe and he was waiting for us when we got there. He showed me everything I asked for, we had some small haggling over the numbers. A couple of hours later and I was on my way home. Talked to some other people in the service area and they all told me how much they liked the dealership. (I just wish they were closer so I could have my new car serviced there!)

I really enjoyed my experience in purchasing me 2010 Honda Crosstour. The staff was very helpful in working with what we wanted for our growing family. Jordan McDade was our sales guy and really worked to put us in something that met all of our criteria. The finance staff gave us plenty of payment options. And, the best for last, the car has lived up to all I wanted and then some. Great gas mileage, cargo room and a surprisingly powerful engine! I have never owned a Honda until now but I'm sold on the product after a few months of ownership.

I like getting my CRZ serviced at Patty Peck. I scheduled my service online and it automatically add to my service call to fix a recalled airbag. Impressive. They leave my car looking better when I drive off the lot. Though I some think that the hot fresh baked cookies might be impacting my appearance. I had a wonderful experience at Patty Peck Honda with Adam Washington. He had everything ready when I got there so after 2 minutes of signing papers I was enjoying my new Type-R. I would drive from Texas again to shop at this dealership! They were way more competitive than the Honda dealerships in Texas.

When I drove up, a kind serviceman told me where to park and immediately came over to see what I needed. When I got out of my car, Madison Waters was standing there to see how she could help me. Once I told them my situation with a tire and that I had bought my tire at Patty Peck, Madison said she would check to see if it was still under warranty. it was not, but of course, I wanted them to fix it. The nice, friendly serviceman said let me show you the problem before I fix it. It was a nail!! Both Madison and the serviceman made me feel comfortable and came and got me as soon as the tire was fixed. Would I come back to Patty Peck.......ABSOLUTELY and I do recommend people to come there not only for service, but to buy a vehicle. Oh my goodness, I just left Patty Peck Honda service center and I just have to take a moment to share with anyone like me who read reviews about my first time ever experience with this dealership. I cringe when I have to get my vehicle serviced. Of all my experiences, this was truly by far the best experience. I am so blown away like you all just would not believe. I was in a car accident recently (totaled out a Toyota Prius) and in past years my family has always driven Toyota. I decided to take a chance on a Honda and purchased a used 2015 Honda Civic (burgundy, but looks just like maroon - HAIL STATE!). At first I parked in the regular service side and went inside to Jennifer's booth who told me I needed to have my vehicle in the express part so she moved it for me. I thought my goodness how sweet of her to do that. I noticed that when you first pull up, before they take your vehicle to wherever, they vacuum it out. To my surprise, my good fortune with the dealership did NOT stop there. I was then greeted by Tawanda and shortly thereafter, Brandon in the express service. I had a gazillion questions for Tawanda and she answered every question and concern in the most polite and professional manner. Brandon assisted me with everything regarding my service vehicle and again, the most polite and professional experience EVER. I left the area and received a called by Brandon to inform me that there were additional services since my vehicle had reached the 30,000 mile mark. I felt well informed without feeling like I was being hassled out of more money. After the service team finished my vehicle, they drove it to the back to get it washed. I had no idea there was a complimentary vac and wash. My goodness I felt like a princess. I cannot express my excitement about the impeccable service I received, not to mention fast. I cannot comment about the car buying experience but if it is anything like the service center, they'll definitely be receiving my business with my next purchase. One thing I can tell you is that while waiting, I went to look at cars and was not hassled one time.

Easiest and most fun I have ever had buying a car. I am in love with my JEEP! Go see Kristie Weaver. You won't be disappointed.

Hardy Case was the sales person that I originally talked to. We had set a time to meet (10ish I said). We got there at 10:45 and he was with another buyer. He indicated another salesman, William Johnson, who would take good care of us. Hardy would pass by and check on us. He seemed genuinely interested in our issues and concerns.
I came back after the weekend because the car we bought had such uncomfortable seating- not enough padding. Hardy remembered us and was concerned. William Johnson was the salesman who worked with us both times. We moved up to the next level in the CRV. It has more comfortable seating. William, Hardy, Jason and the rest of the Patty Peck team were very helpful and professional.

I had went to another dealer that same day who I had been dealing with for over a week I had pick out a 2016 Honda Piot on Thursday the week end before Veterans Day. I went to pick up the truck the following Friday, it wasn't ready, went back Saturday and was told it would ready on Veterans Day but when my husband and I walk in the dealer spoke to the salesperson asked if it was ready he got up and went to the back came back with the truck not fixed, dirty and on a third of a tank of gas and he still could not tell me when it would ready he acted like I could take or leave it I gave another sake person the keys and left. I was very unhappy with all car salespersons. My daughter suggested we stop at Patty Peck Honda I follow her and my husband in determined I was not going to purchase an automobile. I had a check in my purse form the bank I work and had been pre approved for 25000.00. We pull up on the lot Mrs. Katorra Lewis spoke and ask how could she help us and from that minute on she made me feel like she was there to please me, she listen to what I was looking for , how much I wanted to spend. I left with the check still and my purse and a brand new Honda Piot. I have told everyone that ask me about my truck where to go and that is Patty Peck Honda!!!

I didn t know how good the service was until I came to a different dealership with my husband to buy a Ford, here in Brandon. The process here was so ugly that one person raised his voice to my husband and the front desk ladies were scolding my 4 year old son (that I was watching) all while we were buying a 55k truck. My first though was how I will try to stay with Patty Peck Honda vehicles for as long as possible, because they actually make not only the purchase a pleasant experience, but every single service when I come in is pleasant...fresh baked cookies, television, phone chargers, fresh coffee, a play room for my kids, and professional attitudes. They care enough to do surveys and everything. I didn t fully appreciate PATTY PECK until having to deal with the alternative. I left Gray Daniels BAWLING after purchasing a brand new truck. Patty Peck would simply not ALLOW that from their employees. Period. They have been the best ever. Like I said, I ll consider sticking with Honda s just to use them. When I bought my new car there, it was a pleasant day.

Quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I was in the market for a used car, and I went to Patty Peck Honda to look at an Accord. Without discussing the price, if there was anything I wanted to add to the car (would have liked to know if a remote starter and/or an XM radio could be added), or anything related to financing, I was whisked into the finance office and was expected to sign everything - didn t tell me the interest rate, didn t tell me what was allowed on my trade-in, nothing was discussed other than sign here . I felt pressured to sign after not only talking with the lady in finance but the finance manager as well. I felt like I barely escaped sharks in a feeding frenzy.

Awesome experience all the way around! My sales person Katorra was very help and made purchasing my new car quick and easy. Would highly recommend Katorra and patty peck to all my friends!

Without you, I really don't think things would have gone as smoothly! Chris Stapleton took excellent care of me and saw me through to the purchase of my HR-V, and I also changed colors! Chris was professional, kind and showed a lot of patience with me. As it was getting late, I returned on Saturday morning to have my car spruced-up. When I went into the customer's lounge, there was a breakfast buffet set-up! Chris helped me set-up some features and explained what every button was for on the car.
