Kristie asked me to leave a review for her stating my experience buying a car with her. She was ok at first, real nice lady. But the used Tahoe I purchased was horrible. Breaks squeaking, shocks needed replacing... the list goes on. Of course I was told it was in great condition, my fault for not take it home overnight. But I ll say that s my own fault. What s really upsetting is once I drove off the lot they weren t as helpful as they were when I was in there buying it. Send it in if there are any problems ... the whole typical spill. So that s what I did. Called, brought it in, got it fixed but the problem wasn t fixed. So I called back to bring it in again and was told by Bennett that the used car manager isn t going to put anymore money into it. By the way, Kristie said Bennett IS the used car manager so I guess he just didn t want to deal with it so he put it off on somebody else. Anyways, after many calls and texts trying to get the problem fixed, Kristie never bothered returning a single call. Won t recommend the place.
They had my perfect car(purple HRV) I found on some site, so I contacted them, and we were able to work out almost everything through email/phone. Basically only paper work needed to be signed in person. Then I drove down there(6 hours one way!) to pick it up. Even though I doubt I'll be doing a 12 hour drive in one day again, like ever. I saved AT LEAST 2k, and Kristie was very nice and helpful.

I was on the market for the Type R for several months and went through countless dealerships here in Texas. Every dealership I went to tried to push the 50k+ price tag and telling me how "Great of a deal" I was receiving. Having already done my research I knew the MSRP was only $34,775 and just couldn't wrap my head around how these dealerships were taking advantage of people because of the hype and low quantity of these cars being released.
I had almost threw in the towel until I decided to branch out and start looking in nearby states. The first place I contacted was Patty Peck. Jason emailed me back promptly with the details on the next Type R they were getting and explained to me that they weren't playing the markup game like the other dealerships. Jason kept me constantly in the loop of when they were expecting the car and even sent me a video of it fresh off the truck!
I am now a very proud owner of a Type R at MSRP and not a single cent more! The transaction was over in less than an hour from start to finish so a huge thumbs up for that as well! Although I clearly won't be on the market for a new car anytime soon, I'll be no doubt making the 5 hour drive to Patty Peck every time. We leased a Civic in December. I returned for service on my car: oil change and tire rotation. Service was quick. My service advisor Simon was helpful and walked me through the paperwork. I did have to return to the dealer fifteen minutes later because the tire pressure light was on. One of the other service advisors reset it and I was back on the road only a minute later. Overall, I had a great experience. The dealer needs to turn up the intercom so we can hear the announcements.

I recently came in to inquire about the airbag recall. The front desk receptionist directed me to the Service area. There were at least 6 people working this area. Two were on the phone, two were on
their computers, and two were outside. One returned to her desk and turned her back to me. Two finished what they were doing and said nothing. One walked right past me saying nothing. Not one
person asked me if I needed to help. Obviously, I needed something or I would not be there!!!! After about 5 minutes, I returned to the receptionist and explained that I could not get anyone to wait on me. She apologized and went with me back to the Service area and asked one of them to help me.The worker looked up my car, since I have been a customer in the past, and said your car is not in the recall?! No explanation!! I then asked what it would cost the replace an interior bulb and to fix a door lock that has stopped working. I was told it could be $20-$200 for the bulb and $30-$300 for the door lock. In other words, I was wasting her time and she really did not want to wait on me to begin with!! I am about to be in the market for a new car for myself and my daughter and I can assure you I will not be purchasing anything from Patty Peck! Hopefully, one of the other Honda dealerships in the area have staff that are more friendly and helpful to all customers!!!

I must take this occasion to said that the whole buying experience was a pleasure. I think out of all the cars that I have purchased this one went smoother than all of the others. This was mainly due to Kari Williams. She emailed me after I made an inquiry thru my credit union. I had many questions because I must admit from my research the Honda was not my first choice. However, Kari was available to answer all my concerns. Each time I would call or text she was immediately able to answer my questions about the Honda vehicles WITHOUT having to "consult a book" and "get back to me" Her knowledge of the SUV's and all the features AND how they worked was amazing. Also, when I informed her that my new car HAD to be red and that I would not settle for another color..... maybe a different dealership but not a different color.... She did not give me a hard time. She just concentrated on getting the right vehicle for us. And it took several test drives but they were all in red cars! When I purchase a new car I always decide the color first (this time red), the style next (this time SUV) and the remainder is usually determined by the test drives. I have had salespersons try to tell me that "you don't want that style or that color" but all they convince me of is that I no longer want to do business with that dealership! I must tell you that this deal would not have been completed without the dedication of MS Williams. Most of her work was done BEFORE we arrived at the dealership. Her willingness to answer all my questions over the phone and thru emails or text was the only reason we decided to visit your dealership. I hope you realize what a great employee you have in MS Williams. I will tell all my friends that Kari Williams is the salesperson to deal with and that Patty Peck Honda is the dealership to visit (as long as MS Williams is there)

I had my vehicle in service for a some fairly in-depth work last week. At first I was a little hesitant due to the cost of the repairs. Honestly, the one thing that actually changed my mind on the cost was express manager or assistant manager Alex Camp for being not only knowledgeable, but understanding and was more than willing to do what he could for me. I would recommend not only Patty Peck, but Alex in particular for going as far out of his way for me as he did. (I was surprised by his expertise at his age) The dealership was very busy at the time, but he still made time to deal with my matter. Nothing short of 5 stars and excellent performance. Will definitely return!

I have been coming to Patty Peck Honda since October 1990. When they moved off Countyline Road, I moved with them. What started out as a business relationship, has blossomed into a full blown friendship. My longest relationship is with Donna and Doug. They both teamed up on this last sale. They found the vehicle I wanted, and put the deal together in such a way that it made the transaction easier to digest. I decided, at the last minute to update my wife's 2014 CRV to a 2019 CRV for Mother's day. Needless to say, I spent more that what a bottle of perfume would have cost. We are both happy.
