We always have a wonderful experience buying our vehicles from Patty Peck. Over the years we have purchased over 10 different vehicles. Our GoTo Salesman, Doug Smith, is absolutely the best! Doug is not high pressure, no pressure at all really, but is more of a low key adviser. Doug shows great patience as we take our time to make our decisions.

Back to back for two times, i have a bitter experience with this dealership. I think the top managers and management have perception that they are the only Honda dealership in this area. I drove almost 200 miles to buy a car but it appeared that they don't care at all. The initial sales person was so nice and so co-operative but she was helpless, her name is Kristie and she should get 5 star for her approach.

I've had good experiences at this dealer, once several years ago and a few days ago. The express service, which does oil changes and stuff like that, has on the whole been cheaper than the standalone oil change places, and has good Saturday hours. Purchased a car a few days ago, and the experience was pretty good. The sales person, Doug Smith, was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding this very sophisticated (hybrid) car. He knew a lot about the bluetooth and Android auto stuff and really helped me to connect my Samsung phone. He allowed us to look at and test drive the product for a pretty fair length of time. Based on what I am seeing online, the price paid and trade in value for my old car was very fair. The dealership itself is located in a great suburban location with easy access and minimal traffic, so it is very pleasant to drive in and out of there. Their inventory, at least for the model I was interested in, was larger than the others in the metro area. If you are interested in a Honda, this dealer is worth checking out.

I usually have a pleasant visit. Today was not. I waited for an hour and a half and my car was finally ready. I watched as many customers came in after and left before I did. I walked out to check on my car and they were there having lunch next to my car. Found pieces of food from the pizza they were eating inside my car when I left. Inside was not cleaned well at all. Poor service today.

When I dropped into Patty Peck Honda my plan was to look around at Honda Pilots and then go to some more dealerships before deciding on a car. When I went in no one spoke to me. As I was leaving I decided if no one speaks to me I will leave and go somewhere else to look at cars. Katorra Lewis spoke to me and was really good at selling me a car. Mr Donald lee, came through for me!!! He was the big brother that I needed. After trying to work with two sales person at patty peck Honda, already, one didn't call me back the other one didn't send credit application, and only worked by appointments. I stopped by on my way home from work at 7:30 a.m. just to look at CRV s thinking they would be closed at that time of the morning. I was surprised to see the salesman, Donald Lee greeting me with an enthusiastic smile. I was also happily surprised at how knowledgeable he was of the vehicles. He demonstrated all aspects of the CRV which made it easy for me to decide on the vehicle. Patty Peck has a large inventory to choose from so I just told Donald what I wanted in a CRV and he found one for me. He had me sit at his desk while he went out to the car lot to bring it to the door. The entire staff was friendly and helpful also. The whole experience at Patty Peck was pleasant. We love our Honda.
