Somebody tell me. What is the situation with my 2019honda Odyssey exl? Airbags are recalled, doors open automatically and often cannot be closed, even if I restart the engine. The brakes also feel strange. The new car is less than 12 months old

Good place to get a quick oil change, but the main building for scheduled maintenance has been harder to deal with. Online appointments don t really coordinate with the store well, and they just treat you as a walk in.

I had the best experience at this dealership yesterday while purchasing a new car for the very first time. Adam Washington was FANTASTIC during the entire process and went above and beyond what he needed to do. When I arrived on the lot, I knew exactly which car I wanted but ultimately it came down to the price. We explained what our bottom dollar was and Adam made it happen without any added frustration!

After I signed all of the paperwork, Adam walked me through EVERYTHING on the vehicle. Coming from an older sedan, I had no idea what lane assist or brake hold (just to name a few features) were. He not only sat in the car and showed me every one of these features, but had me go for a quick drive to demonstrate how they work which was much appreciated. He then helped me set up CarPlay and showed me all of the customizable settings for everything from the radio to how the doors lock.

I can't say enough about my first time car buying experience at this location. Go see Adam if you want a great deal on a new ride! I absolutely love my new CR-V!

Mr. Adam Washington was my sales representative and he made my experience hassle free.
I completed the online application and it took less than 20 minutes to complete and get approved. Mr. Washington notified me, I told what vehicle I was looking at, the extras and what time I could be at the dealership. Mr. Washington was available to meet me, when I arrived. I had his undivided attention, my vehicle was clean, clean and waiting on the new owner. Also, he took me thru a driving training class, with patience.

I just called and asked for my service writer, he was on phone, 5 minutes later operator put me through but apparently he was away from his desk. After ringing 20x I hung up!
All I wanted to do is leave a message that said I couldn t make it for service because I couldn t get problem to reoccur.
A lot of time wasted all because service writers don t have voice mail!

And to be honest, Kristie Weaver is a big reason we continue to come back. She makes us feel welcome, is honest and works hard to make the deal. But the entire sales team which included Neil Nowak, the hotdog girl as well as the cleaning crew all made our purchase great. As a side note: If you didn t purchase your vehicle from Patty Peck (Kristie) you were not treated right!

I am not sure who was the service technician but the work was done quickly had her Honda serviced and ready in less than about 30 minutes. Another excellent servicing of my 2010 Honda thanks to the mechanics of Petty Peck Honda and the handling of my appointment by Mr. Bernado La Costa. I brought it in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a check of my AC. Mr. La Costa said the multi-point check revealed that I would need a change of my transmission fluid and a new serpentine belt during my next servicing. I asked if they could take care of it that day and he said allow an hour. Forty-five minutes later I was on my way. I greatly appreciate and respect the competence and thoroughness shown by Mr. La Costa as well as his friendly manner every time I bring my vehicle in for servicing. I will definitely only schedule my future service appointments with Mr. La Costa.

I had a minor oil leak and brought my Accord in to have it checked out after making an appointment with Mr. Bernado La Costa. In a way, I hoped perhaps the oil filter was not screwed in tight enough after my recent oil change or the gasket was faulty because this would be a cheap or free repair. It proved to be a bad gasket holding the oil filter assembly to the engine block so it was a new problem that needed repair. However, I was in and out quickly with no oil leak to worry about thanks to the expertise of Mr. La Costa and the mechanic who performed the actual repair.

You ever pray for something, and the lack patients to wait for God to deliver gets in the way. It's taking me a long time to get a car. Part of that time was used to develop patients and trust in God's judgement for me. I started my day at Gray-Daniels Nissan hoping to get a great deal on an awesome car that was a perfect fit for me. Well, that failed. But, in the mist of failure success lurked right around the corner. I was lead to Patty Peck Honda and my car seemed to have been only waiting on me to arrive. My sales man ( J J Thompson) laid a blessing right in my hands, and who was I to not accept what God has given me. I felt comfortable at the business, like they had my best interest at heart, and most of all like I was just meant to come there. I wouldn't change a thing about today. Instead of a high priced 2013 Rogue, I received a 2011 Nissan Altima for a price I could only dream of, and all I can say is my faith in God was not misplaced. God will send his people to his people and there is no exception to that. I thank Patty Peck Honda for looking beyond trying to make a profit off me, but really trying to satisfy my need and put me in the car of my Dreams. I highly recommend to anyone give Patty Peck a chance to do right by you.
