Cedric was amazing and walked me through the process very patiently. It was my first time buying a car so there were some little issues that we had to work out, and he handled it well. The finance department worked with me to get my payments where I needed them. Overall I had a fantastic experience!

Ever since I came to US I have lived in Ridgeland area and owning a honda meant a regular visit to Patty Peck for service and maintenance. I was told to visit Patty Peck my other honda owners and I was pleasantly surprised by the service that they provide for their honda owners.
Every service has been of high quality with no post problems. All their diagnostics were helpful in getting my car up and running without issues. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. And have been really happy with all the small fixes that they do for their customers for free when the rest of the world makes sure to charge for every service that they provide. Michael Bates responded immediately to our request for a quote on a Honda Pilot. He attached a detailed proposal quote and voluntarily sent a 60 second video of the vehicle we asked about. While we were there he pulled three different colored vehicles to the front of the store for us to choose from. We have been Honda owners for decades. We learned the hard way that it's better, and in the long run less expensive, to use the Honda dealership for service. They can spot issues before they become problems.

I haven't made many visits to car dealerships, but this was definitely an unpleasant experience. J, the car salesman assisting me on my visit, didn't even seem like he wanted to make a sell. Very inattentive, short, and not much of any help.

My 2015 Honda Accord starter went out late this past Friday night. We had it towed to Patty Peck Honda In Madison Mississippi. A little after 9am Saturday morning Mr Chris Bryant the service advisor called to let me know that he has my car and would get it into the shop shortly. By noon the car was ready and he handled the paperwork for my extended warranty. Great quick efficient service plus they washed and vacuum the car. Great job

Just picked up a 2019 Hyundai Elantra and this was one of my top interactions at a dealership no doubt. Kari Williams was my consultant and she had everything ready to go for me when i walked in. I filled out the finance application online on Tuesday. Walked in Thursday and Kari had keys so I could test drive the vehicle. Once i drove it i came back filled out paperwork paid the cashier and i was on my way. Really good service i received and my son is pleased as well.

Don't buy a car from Patty Peck. They don't care about your safety nor your service once you've purchased the car. Horrible experience. Bought a used Infiniti and had to go to Herrin-Gear Infiniti to get lock lugs taken off because Patty Peck didn't care that we didn't have the tool to change a tire. They also said the oil was changed but the light popped on 10 days after purchase and the washer fluid was low and washer fluid sensor broken. Did they really change oil because they were to give us the maintence record but rushed us out after they changed the sensor. Thats okay Herrin-Gear Infiniti took care of us because they back their product and take care of the customer. Mr. William (Bernices baby boy) you derserve to work for a better company.

Bought my first new car this week at Patty Peck. The staff was not overaggressive and did not rush or pressure me throughout the process, which I really appreciated. Very professional service. If you are in the market for a Honda, go there and ask for George. He will take care of you.
The service center is terrible, CC in service will tell you whatever she thinks you will believe to get you off the phone. It's really bad when a dealer can't fix one of their own cars without giving you the runaround. We are told one thing by the technician and another by customer service. Bottom line they put a part on that wasn't broke, then the new part didn't fix it and looked to be bad as well, but later found the actual trouble. But still want to say the original part they replaced was bad. Can't get anyone on the phone in the service department, can't get the service manager, so the lady that answers the phone says she didn't know what to tell me, they are going through a transition in management so to call later. I see why! I will never bring my there ever again.

Went in for car maintenance recently. Fred, my service contact, was very helpful and informative. He did a great job of not only letting me know what was going on about the car, but also helping me actually understand it. He also made sure I didn t get wet when I had to pick my car up in the rain. And the shuttle service was awesome: The driver, Adrianna, was a pleasure to speak with during the ride. I always have a pleasant experience when getting my car serviced at Patty Peck. AND, the salesperson who sold me my car, Mr. Johnson, was also a pleasure to work with.

I even called him on his cell with a few questions which he promptly answered. Ed Redding was so very helpful in explaining the financial side. He was exrememly kind and even called me back numerous times to help me understand exactly what I was reading (it was my first time buying a car, and he couldn't have made me feel more comfortable about what I was doing. I never felt like I was being looked down on for not quite understanding the whole process.) A few days after purchasing the car, I took it in so they could look at a few things for me and they escorted me back to work, then picked me up to escort me back to my car!
