So you know, we aren't 100% pleased with ZocDoc's ...

So you know, we aren't 100% pleased with ZocDoc's performance lately and would be open to another service, but pushy and deceptive sales tactics are a big turn off.

Randy has called our office numerous times implying he is with ZocDoc because he tells reception he wants to speak with me (and yesterday our physician) "about our ZocDoc account". He left a voicemail for me as well stating the same. The company name PatientPop was never mentioned until we spoke this morning and I pressed him for what company he was with.

I asked him to email some information on your services (still haven't seen it, BTW). He then told me your website was pretty complex. No offense meant because you have a nice clean site, but our patients' newborns could navigate it. I'll leave the other snarky comments he made out of this review.

So far so good! I just joined, but the on-boarding process has been so smooth and easy to understand. Kulsum and Jesse were great to work with. My first appointment booked online and my site just went live less than a week ago! I look forward to the exponential growth we anticipate from having this solid foundation that I never could have done alone.

I am beyond disappointed with the PatientPop services. Not only did they not do anything while we had them, but when I went to switch providers, they did not fully release us from AWS, therefore my new provider cannot get our new website launched. I have made 5+ phone calls to them with no resolution, only placing blame on other parties. Our company's website is now down and affecting our patients and finances and I am having to fight daily with them to make 1 phone call to Amazon Web Services. This is ridiculous. Be aware of doing business with them, they will make leaving a nightmare!!

I cam across PatientPop by one of their rep Chris, I just can't get rid of him from my sight.. LoL. Anyway, I looked at PatientPop from a very practical point of view. Anyone can build you a website, but as the new generations are more focused on UI and UX, I simply needed a good website but with top of the line SEO. Website inflexibility is what get these guys a minus (-) star, otherwise they are 6 stars IMHO. These guys are professional, organized, and delivering SEO content not only in a professional manner, but in a language that is understandable to the general public.

Has really helped us with our SEO on a reasonable budget, but we wish the scheduling could be integrated with our scheduling system so that the patients could schedule and not simply make requests. We also wish that there were more customization options with the website platform, but the basic options are pretty good.

PatientPop does a phenomenal job of total website management from creation to maintenance and success measurement. Very responsive to my needs. Also provides good feedback on things I can do to enhance my web presence. I love being able to track incoming calls, page views, search metrics, and so forth.

We've been using PP for about six months now with our company and have had great results. We just recently covered our numbers at our Performance Review and were pleased to see improvements in almost every single area. Traffic online is up, more patients are making appointments, and we're as busy as ever. The user interface for their software is great, modern, and easy to use.

Didn t help my practice performance. Google rating stayed the same 2 years. I m no higher on the google search than I was 2 years ago. Guess I was doing fine with my own Wordpress site. Patient pop offers generic cookie cutter websites. Watch them as they will lock you into a contract and auto renew without sending you any correspondence. If they manage your website they lock you out and keep it if you don t pay or refuse to payout your automatic contract renewal. I also filled a grievance about a web site issue they refuse to correct. Instead of addressing my concern I was told my grievance really wasn t an issue and therefore didn t apply. I have filled grievances with my other vendors (Athenahealth, Henry Schein) who support Patient pop. They need to be aware of Patient Pops poor service.

Not a great experience. Company puts on a great show to get you to sign a one year contract. Overall, consistently under delivers in quality of product and especially customer service. Calendar is practically useless with very little functionality. SEO has done almost nothing for my google rankings. Website design and further editing is templated with very little room for personalization. Website design is a major headache to communicate ideas and get anything done. Finally, prior to signing the contract, they reported that if I am unhappy with the product or there were major changes with my business, there would be some flexibility. Of course that is not the case though. If their product was good, they would probably offer a free trial or money back guarantee - Instead, the business model is clearly that of a company that preys on small businesses.

My boss signed up for PatientPop after getting a few bad reviews on Yelp/Facebook. I was wary about the process at first, but our Implementation Manager (Andrea) was very knowledgeable and patient with us. My boss is not always easy to deal with but she handled him without missing a beat. We've only been customers for a little while, so I don't have anything major to report on the service that PatientPop offers, just yet, so I will come back and update my review after a few months. I just want to give kudos to the team that we've worked with this far, everyone has been amazing and very professional.

We decided to hire PatientPop to take over the responsibility. I couldn't be happier. Liezle Lingasin and her team have been amazing. The website looks great and our monthly phone conferences make sure we stay current. As a practice owner, we have to make decisions on what to spend money on and what can wait. Our practice signed on with PatientPop 6 months ago, and everything seemed great at the start. They've got a great pitch and sales team! However, once we implemented their service, there has been non-stop issues. They do a few things well, but overall their customer service is TERRIBLE! Almost every "fix" or change that they process, they seem to break something else. Some stuff is common sense, yet they're quick to copy/paste material without reading through it (like updating a phone number but failing to update the actual tel: link). I've had to resort to calling in every time I need a change so I can hold their hand through it to make sure they do it right.
Its also very clear that their website and features are template based and there's a ton of things they CAN'T or REFUSE to do. They clearly don't have access or control over the code for their website, otherwise they'd be able to process some of the SIMPLEST requests.
If you have a small practice and only need a very simple website, then go for PatientPop. Otherwise, steer clear! They're very affordable, but you definitely get what you pay for.

A schedule of different people with PatientPop was set up and everything happened as planned. Double charged for monthly services ($550) and I'm being basically told "you read your bill wrong." Even though the charges clearly show up on my credit card statement. I shared that with them, and they basically told me I'm still wrong. I've been dealing with it for almost 4 weeks now. Support has put us last, over "more urgent needs" in making changes and getting a new providers scheduler up. This, all after the company sales people assured us in November that things would be better...

Our experience with PatientPop has been downright awful. They were untruthful about the service agreement, they are non-responsive to questions and complaints (we're talking over multiple weeks and months, not just a few days), they take forever to actually do what we pay them for, and they seem more interested in selling service than delivering service. The only thing that I think has worked well is their automated billing system, which charges us right on time. I would strongly recommend choosing another service.

Absolutely the most grossly incompetent group of individuals I've ever dealt with. I've worked with physicians for a number of years, and any of them who have dealt with PatientPop have never have anything good to say. The work is formulaic, you'll have a new account manager every two months due to turnover, no personal attention, no actionable results, and good luck speaking to anyone. Emails to an account manager take 2-3 days for a return, and that's if they get responded to at all. Phone messages are futile. If you have an immediate need, good luck. I wish they spent more time on creating a culture with stellar customer service than just a slick dashboard. The platform itself is fairly good but I cannot say enough about how terrible the service is.
To top that off, the Mafia has fewer contractual requirements than these people. The amount of time trying to unentangle a practice from them is insane. I highly suggest anyone considering using PP read their contract thoroughly before signing, and getting your attorney on it wouldn't be a bad idea either. Look at Glassdoor or any other review site and you'll get an idea of the kind of people and culture in this company. Ask yourself if you want to put the success of your practice in the hands of poorly trained, overworked 22 year olds who will quit in two months the minute *anything* else becomes available. In my experience, this organization should be avoided at all costs.

Firstly, I will say that I love our website. It is more than I'd like to spend on it, but I'm ok with it because the patients like it and it is attracted new patients.
My issue is customer service. They are practically impossible to get hold of. They assigned me a rep who clearly knows her stuff but is very unreliable. When I call to arrange a meeting i get no response. I have emailed and called and nobody gets back to me. If I did that in my practice the patients would leave. My last call was 2 days ago and I still haven't gotten a call back.Poor form. Unfortunately, this is typical of my experience with PatientPop.
