I don't think that there are enough characters available for me to tell about how satisfied I am with my PatientPop team. Every single time that I had a change to the website, it was immediately addressed. I mean, IMMEDIATELY. I was on the opposite side of the country and even with time zone differences, my emails were responded to in a very timely manner. If I called my team and they didn't answer, I got a call back before I even could leave a message. I could not be happier with this service. We went live today and the phone has been ringing off the hook. The response has been amazing. My receptionist came to me the first day and suggested that we needed another employee to field the calls. What a great problem to have! I wish that I had found this service years ago. This is service "the way it used to be." My team knew what a customer was. They were courteous and polite with responses (even when I was wrong) and never made me feel uncomfortable about not being "technologically savvy." I highly recommend PatientPop to any physician that wants to build their practice. I would give 10 stars if I could!

PatientPop is an excellent company, they built our website, and have been maintaining it for over a year now, and they do an amazing job. Their support staff is quick and responsive, and it rarely takes more than a few hours to complete our requests.

I was misled for what I can do to my website as far as customization. I addressed my concerns and when I was supposed to have a conference call scheduled and was told we would follow up with them next week about our contract, the following day they took 4 months of payments out of our account in advance at one time. I did not authorize this and they did not address my concerns properly. They knew that I was unhappy with my current service and therefore saw to it that they would get money from me. There were many issues that we were dissatisfied with and that were not addressed.

We've retained them for about 3 months so far. Genuinely disappointed with the quality of services provided considering how much money we spent on them. Got the basic package plus social media. They've underperformed on many, many different fronts but the nastiest has to be their salesmanship. They don't understand the scope or features they're selling but they are always ready to say "yes, yes, yes." Some of their salesmanship has cost us thousands more dollars than we budgeted for. There is no accountability at this company! You're one of a million clients and it really feels like it!

i have been with Patient Pop since November 2016. it took several months to get up to speed but, that included reworking my entire web page. This is the best sem- seo i have ever had. The scheduling program,profile review and web presence have been great. I would and have recommended them to colleagues.

Patient Pop has exceeded my expectations for my overall website design, help with quality content, ranking, reputation management and social media postings. I had worked with several companies before I found Patient Pop, and I highly recommend their services over any other! My questions and requests are always answered in a timely manner. We are very grateful as a lot of new patients find us because of our website success. The Pure Skin Aesthetic and Laser Center has found its "forever home" with Patient Pop!

I have no idea why they have so many positive reviews. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone to resolve any issue. It is constantly "We will have a specialist call you" and then nothing ever happens. They only care about you when they want your money

I must say I am very disappointed in patient pop. After being with them for a year we were on page 8 on google. The website looks good but you can t modify to suit your needs. Called them in December to cancel their services and they said someone would reach out to us and it s march No one called yet. We called them several times to find out what s happening and when will they release our google page, still nothing. The best part we have had our patients complaining that they are getting emails about their cancellation of the appointment. We never canceled patients appointments nor do we have another service that emails our patients. If I could give them a minus several stars I would.

Disappointed after having purchased the highest level of service and saw limited results. Google ranking results were slow, reps lacked needed knowledge. Easier and more economical to do it yourself. I paid for adwords on my own and traffic doubled at 1/2 the cost. Tried to cut back my service level and getting a total run-around. Buyer beware.

Nice people. but product has yet to be productive.

Another month goes by and no results. Now they are overcharging for service not received and breaking promises to reduce costs.They employ friendly smooth talking sales and customer service people. Behind the scenes are aggressive deceptive dishonest people in charge. They speak well but don't know what they are doing in terms of effective lead generation. High school kids messing around with templates got a better response than the expensive website they built with elaborate content.

Smooth talkers lie through their teeth. Product is totally ineffective. They are not familiar with the digital marketing realities. They use techniques not appropriate for a specific industry. They don't communicate within their own company. One person is making promises while someone else is contradicting the agreed to plans. Their software simply does not work. I was charged $1650 during a trial period when the service was supposed to be free. They are aggressive with overcharging and deceptive business practices.BEWARE don't give them your credit card information.

totally static website template that they charge for. No customization to how appointments are set up. locked in to a contract. luckily i was smart enough to maintain control of our domain, google maps site etc. so transition off was easy..I had read other reviews... .beware.

EDIT BASED ON RESPONSE: I gave most of my feedback within the first 6 months of working with Patient Pop and nothing was done.

This may seem like an odd review, but I do feel like PatientPop is professional and has ethics. Unfortunately, their services were not a good fit for me as my practice goals would ve been difficult for any web/SEO company to easily meet. They thought they could do it, but it didn t work out and the reason I am still giving them a five star review is that although I had a one-year contract with them they were willing to terminate the agreement early, because I did not see that my goals were being met. Most companies would have told me that a contract is a contract and I would not be able to terminate. Kudos to PatientPop!

Patientpop created a beautiful website for our practice. They respond quickly when we desire revisions. They are reasonably priced. We love the feature that allows our patients to book appointments online. We also like that patients get an email or text after their appointment that inquires about their satisfaction, and gives them the opportunity to leave a review.

They truly encourage feedback on an ongoing basis and act immediately and effectively on any/all issues that come up along the way.

From the initial getting to knowr them phase, to the sign on process, to website development, publication and then utilization of what they provide, each and every person has fulfilled my expectations and beyond. Once we were assigned an early beginner; a bumpy but extremely short moment.
