Double charged for monthly services ($550) and I'm...

Double charged for monthly services ($550) and I'm being basically told "you read your bill wrong." Even though the charges clearly show up on my credit card statement. I shared that with them, and they basically told me I'm still wrong. I've been dealing with it for almost 4 weeks now. Support has put us last, over "more urgent needs" in making changes and getting a new providers scheduler up. This, all after the company sales people assured us in November that things would be better...
