As far as patient pop, there are some limitations in some functions, but I guess they're easily amendable and you can pay for the service to be customized they way you want it.

These folks are All Pro! I highly recommend. Detailed oriented, but incredibly delightful to work with. They've really done a great job of re-mapping my website and content, and establishing pathways for continued improvement. To be honest, I put them off for two years because I thought it was millennial tech hype, too much sizzle and no steak. I didn't buy in right away, but having spoken to another surgeon who had been on PatientPop for 18 months, I saw her glowing Google reviews, contacted her, and she convinced me to Just Do It. Before the site even officially launched, patients were "Popping" thanks to their e-mail campaign and strategically placed content in social media. Austyn and her team did a superb job of gracefully executing the transition, and I trust that the other team members will engender continued confidence as we progress to different stages of development. I would recommend that you cooperate with the requested information needed such as photos of your practice, staff, user names and passwords of your sites such as Google listings, etc. The more building blocks you give them to assemble, the more satisfied you will be with the product. Finally, something that works!

We began converting folks who, as we later learned, had been falling off somewhere in the process we used prior to partnering w/ Patient Pop. I appreciate the way they present the information & data in a way that allows me to make decisions and move on. Although we started this partnership eager and excited to work with PatientPop and its staff, we were devastated to find that all the horror stories told about the company, were proven to be true. We were very pleased with the initial site that we created with PatientPop, but we very quickly started noticing the drawbacks of working with this company. First of all, with PatientPop you will have no access to your website in terms of editing photos, content, or simply adding a new event or promotion. Anything and everything must be done by PatientPop and therefore you may wait around for days to see a simple fix/addition that could ve been done in seconds. In our case, beyond struggling to update our own content, we began seeing new changes and additions pop up that we never asked for or agreed to. There were many service links that weren t actually attached to any content pages, as well as other systematic and structural issues. The worst part of all though, are the hoops you have to jump through to simply regain access to the content you created and have been building on for years if you ever decide to leave the company. We worked with PatientPop for a few years and when we mentioned ending our contract they promised a number of things that were never given to us, like the content pages. We were forced to do this all manually, but luckily were prepared for them to be unhelpful and had started the process early. It truly seems that if you aren t working with and finding success with PatientPop, they d rather you not be successful at all. There are some benefits to working with PatientPop of course, but do yourself a favor and use another company that respects you and the content you have created, even if you decide to longer work with them.

I can t believe how after a painless conversation about what I wanted ... it s literally perfect.
I keep reading it and I m amazed how detailed yet simple it is. Both Erin and Will are impeccable and Erin is still there when I need her... almost immediately.

These people have provided a dear friend of mine with terrible customer service and their services are ridiculously over priced. They were required to set up a tracking phone number for a website....and when they did, it went to another business. For months, the businesses' analytics report (which is merely a Google analytics report) hasn't changed at all. Not by one single visitor....even when we logged on from different IP addresses to see if it would change. I would never ever recommend this company to a friend (and most of my friends are doctors). Two thumbs down....(if I had more thumbs, I'd give it more)

I trusted them with my website management and have absolutely no regrets.
Change is a hard thing. I am in private practice for over 15 years and had one company in charge of my website from the start until I realized that the current development is requiring more and my guy is just not equipped to handle it.
Patient Pop redesigned my website and incorporated features like online scheduling and feedback generating capability.
The fact that they constantly work on improvement is a wonderful thing.
They know what needs improvement and have designed teams working for it.
Love it.

Web search and map views for my dental practice are down - 22% and - 36% respectively AFTER signing up with patient pop. Most web appointments are fake or no shows causing disruption to the practice. When I tried resolve the situation with patient pop rep they told me I could "pay off the remaining balance". Yes, they lock you into a contract and when they dont live up to their promises they make you pay for services that they wont provide. The website they gave me is a cheap template that wasnt better than my existing site. I regret going with them. Do yourself a favor...manage your own google page and build your own wordpress website and save $600+ a month. If you look at many of the positive reviews for this company they are from people with 1 or 2 reviews and seem concocted. This is a real review .

We have a practice Med-Spa/Medicine with a very poor website and no social media support we were struggling and did not knew how to keep our website effective until we met patientPop. Having them as our website developer/managing is the best thing happened to us, we have got so much exposure and visitors not just on our website but with their social media support package we have seen an huge amount of traffic on our social media turning into permanent patients/clients. Austyn has been exceptional - Very responsive with quick recommendations and changes. I was pretty nervous to switch websites and ad word services because I was very happy with what already had. Make sure you get everything in writing and be prepared to call or email repeatedly to get anything done. My lesson was, if they want a contract signed, it's for them NOT you!

While they put together a good website, they promise to flood your office with new patients, which won t happen. When you express to them that your not satisfied, they tell you your in a contract, and they re not letting you out. And tell you you just haven t given it enough time. There are a lot of good companies out there who want to actually grow your practice, and grow with you. This isn t one of them. I highly suggest you speak to several people, even the low star ones to get the real scoop on this company.
To add to my review, its thanksgiving week....I go into the dashboard, and mark off time. the calendar function stops working. I have two new ones scheduled for today, Im actually out of town, and have no way to contact these people to tell them I won't be in the office. For a company focused on reputation, Im not impressed they can't keep their software running well. The cost of a bad patient experience is very high.

Aggressive sales people promising the world. Beware. I canceled my contract within the 3 business day rule and they continued to charge me. Never received invoices for the charges and the amount they charged wasn t even the amount contracted to. Disputes with credit card company and they are disputing back. Bottom line, proof of cancellation, no invoice provided, incorrect amounts charged, no service provided. Please never feel rushed to sign an agreement with any company. I also dislike their new commercials online where patients interview the doctors and doctors are in line. Have you seen them? It makes me cringe every time it gets played. Talk about undermining the very profession you represent. Shows a total loss of perspective and respect for healthcare providers. Doctors are skilled labor that takes decades to perfect. During the time of COVID-19, the last thing we should do is undernine our healthcare providers. People should be grateful for a provider period. Currently I m disputing credit card charges to my account for no service ever provided. There are so many sectors within patient pop and people just keep pointing me in another direction.

I have been impressed with PatientPop since day 1....

I have been impressed with PatientPop since day 1. They have delivered on everything they said and more. I was previously with another company who cost me twice as much as PatientPop, but who did not produce patients for our office. PatientPop has far exceeded my expectations. Customer service is great and I'm so happy that I have them in my corner. I let everyone I know that PatientPop is the way to go!

This company isn t transparent, and over promise a...

This company isn t transparent, and over promise and terribly under deliver.

They fail to tell you that when your contract is up it will automatically be renewed. We were able to get released from this fortunately, but now that we are no longer doing business, the website they built us has been taken down. That I get, but they didn t leave our original site as they found it. Now we are trying to get the DNS redirected to our old site, with very little assistance from PatientPop. It s been a nightmare.

Poor customer service is also an issue. The sales guy who first sold us this underperforming service assured me that when the original contract had expired, that we would be on a month to month basis. This is the only reason I reluctantly signed on. Then we were automatically renewed for an additional 12 months without warning. After some complaints, and arguments they did release us from the sneaky renewal of the contract, but it s just not good business practice in my opinion.

Additionally, you should be aware that 40% of the people they sent to us were people that were already patients or somehow associated with the practices. We have two locations, and this was the case at both locations. Our IT guy was recorded as a NEW PATIENT in the online dashboard portal that we used through them to track patients. ????? This happened consistently with patients of record being logged as new patients.

There are way more effective and better was to get the ROI you are searching for. We learned the hard way.

We have been using PatientPop for two years now and they have been great for our practice and practice growth. Helping to facilitate patient reviews has been THE MOST impactful thing on our practice and practice growth in this Internet and social media age in which we do business. Their customer service is helpful and responsive in a very timely fashion, especially with changes to our website when needed. My partners and I are very pleased with our relationship with PatientPop.

We are an extremely small primary care office and needed a solution for our website that would not break the bank. PatientPop was affordable and offered a lot of built in options that other companies did not provide. I was surprised at how much more PatientPop was doing in comparison to their competitors. They have a one stop shop for all needs related to website SEO. It is great !
They did everything they said they would do, they were fast and efficient and gave our website an updated look with content that would have taken our office months to assemble. Communication has been great, they take the time to answer all your questions.
I would like to have more options when it comes to the calendar, but I know this is a work in progress and I expect new features will be added.
The dashboard feature is especially easy to use and makes it easy to see all your important analytical data anytime from anywhere.

Total SCAM. Started patient pop on January 1st for $650 a month. It s now mid May. That s $3250 so far. So far I have only seen ONE new patient through patient pop. All they did was make me a nice website. Nothing more. My practice on google is nowhere to be found. Every time I call to end my one year contract early they have the NERVE to try and SELL ME other services for additional $300 a month. LOL. DO NOT USE. Make your own website for pennies and save your money. Total waste of money. I would be very satisfied if this post can dissuade at least one doctor from using this company.

Our office would call in to get information with little or incorrect information then we finally asked for a new account manager. By far Ryan has helped us with any issues we have ever had and resolves them right away. We ve had an amazing experience with PatientPop so far! Within 21 days, we had our site published thanks to the incredible work of the PP team. They kept us on track, updates requests instantly, and never said we can t do that. In addition, our site is now SEO optimized and will have a far greater chance of making it up the search engines than ever before. All this for a very affordable price. We have only been on the platform for a week now, and there are already three additional reviews to bolster our reputation.
