I think that the technical support should be working 24/7 but they don't work on holidays at all. Moreover today is Friday and I've spent 4 hours emailing and trying to reach someone from tech support and they never answered or called me back. I'm loosing money every hour and they just don't have enough employees to cover. Hope will reach them on Monday now. Will never prolong my contract with this company.

I have signed up for patient pop for past many months. Initially when they want you to sign up they are very attentive, make big promises. Once you sign up with them, good luck with customer service. They do a good job with SEO but thats it. You keep calling them and emailing them, no one ever returns your phone calls. I have now been trying to reach them for last 1 month, no response. My website needs things fixed but no response. I am thinking about terminating my contract with them.
If I could give less than one star I would. This experience has been awful. Cant seem to get our website done the way we would like, they have zero imagination and we had to do all the leg work in fixing the pages to look interesting. All the sites the company does look like copies of each other but in different colors. They really lack POP pun intended.To make matters worst we are getting charged for a site that's not running. They can't seem to fix the site and it's been showing an error since 11/07/19. 10 out of 10 would not recommended.
Big promises little delivery. Our web page is a cut nd paste job. The real reason to join is for optimization. We had lengthy talks about how to best optimized our practiice, including documenting and writing down all needed key worlds.---6 months later----Nothing We could understand why we only got 65 pateints with our new page. Once this gross oversighIt ws communicated to Patinet pop. It took days for someone to actually respond to companies oversight. When someone actually did respond they promised us to take care of tje situation. We again wrote out what we needed with questions inserted into the text to the" team". A few days later on their time schedule call, they had not followed through in FACT they never read the email they asked us to send with changes. If we were to conducted ourselves in this matter --it would be malpractice and our licenses would be revoked. They never optimized our page or had 'their writers go through our content. They yes you, with no real response. Do not respond to multiple phone calls when they have the wrong links to other accounts like twitter. It is an extra job, having patient pop manage your page.
I signed up with PP in Oct 16 and have really enjoyed working with them. From the website to the dashboard and all the other bonuses they provide, I have seen my practice grow from my online presence of 0-2 new patients a month to 7-15 new patients a month. The staff is quick and super helpful. They really do what it takes to make you happy and get results. I am now number 1 on google in several categories for chiropractic, increased reviews and google and yelp and patients love online booking. Great team great platform.

Great for turnkey practice/website integration based on a customizable template model for start-up practices. For established practices with a robust plethora of services that mine offers, the template had to be tweaked a lot, but the staff was very accommodating and fun to work with!

They mislead you and don't deliver what they say.I contacted them for SEO services and they convinced me to redo my website as it was old and they said they could do a better job and would redo the whole website. The design they presented was so bad and was old technology .Our existing website which was 11 years old had more advanced technology. Very unprofessional and unethical customer service.They couldn't even put quality pictures.when I told them what was promised to me and showed the paper work they just said their sales rep gave me wrong info.Now they are not even refunding me the money

Our website has driven exposure to our particular community and our ratings are visible and PatientPop has helped to increase our ratings by close tracking and survey results. We are very happy!
We have been using PatientPop services for a little over a year now, and I have enjoyed pretty much all aspects. We are receiving a fair number of new patients each month, and gaining more positive google reviews! Our visibility has improved a lot as well! We LOVE our website and LOVE the PatientPop support team! They help me with updates I like to add to our website every month and they get my updates completed within a timely manner. Also, I think its important to share that I didn't see any alarming changes with anything during COVID pandemic. They stay on top of helping their customers, and is a GREAT option for increasing new patient volume, improving reviews, and visibility within Google! 10/10 would recommend! Thanks PP!
We just started with Patient Pop. Our website is great. From start (inquiring about the service) to finish (launched) it has been nothing but a great experience. Being busy with little "spare" time, they have been awesome at communicating in ways that are convenient and efficient. Even when inquiring about the service they weren't too "sales-y" which we had run in to. Basic "cut to the chase" with the info we needed. So far, so good.
They do an excellent job for our practice. I'd highly recommend!
Updated review: I am upgrading my review from one star to 3 stars overall. Our experience with Kulsum Grossman (sales rep) is listed at the bottom of this paragraph.
I would advise new practices to verify that what you see in your demo with Kulsum is actually available with the EMR/PM system that you have in your practice.
Know that SEO takes time to grow and may take upwards of 1 year and that you will still have to spend $ in the pay to play social media advertising world to help your business become more visible on top of what you spend with Patient Pop.
Do your research on reputation management, social media posts, online schedule booking, blogs, and SEO. Don't rely solely on what Kulsum tells you. Don't make a rushed decision.
There are several companies that offer these services for less, that can be hired independently, or included for free with other products.
You may have to wait upwards of a week after scheduling a call to hear back from someone if you have questions or concerns.
All of that said, if you want an all in one platform, did your research, asked questions, and confirmed that their system is compatible with your EMR/PM system then Patient Pop could be worth considering for your practice.
I upgraded my original review below because I did receive a call from Gurdev a week later to address my concerns. He was pleasant, spoke to me for a considerable amount of time, let me voice all of my concerns/frustrations and even after that worked to try and offer amicable solutions.
I also later communicated with Hunter Schoettle who was responsive, understanding, reasonable, and offered a mutually beneficial solution that I was pleased with. The customer service I received from Hunter this evening was 5 stars and therefore am bringing my overall review up to 3 stars.
Kulsum has now been counseled and hopefully retrained to provide potential medical office clients more transparency in her sales demo and as long as you consider my advice above, Patient Pop could be a viable partner for your practice.
My original review:
Our sales representative Kulsum Grossman who serves 35 states across the US asked us in advance which EMR system we currently have in advance of our demo. She told us that Patient Pop integrates with Modernizing Medicine and proceeded to show us how you patients could see our appointment availability in real time and showed us a demo of her personal Primary Care Physician's site of how it would work. She upsold us saying we need a calendar for each provider for an additional $700 fee because we will have separate appointment times and services so patients can book accordingly.
After a second demo with our office manager and she showed the same demo to my office manager and she asked specifically about the integration with Modernizing Medicine relative to the scheduling function and had to ask several times to learn that Patient Pop actually does NOT integrate with Modernizing Medicine, as Modernizing Medicine does not have an open API port with Patient Pop.
She had been showing us her Primary Care Doctor's site in Phoenix who has Athena which does fully integrate with Patient Pop, which we felt was very misleading and misrepresented the functionality of the services she was trying to sell.
When I emailed her to tell her I wanted to not move forward with Patient Pop for this very reason, in less than 10 minutes of my email, Patient Pop charged my Credit Card.
I emailed Kulsum to have this reversed and to send me the cancellation paperwork. I received no response. I called and texted her the next day with no response. (She had been very responsive previously when she thought she was going to make a sale and used high pressure, time sensitive sales tactics to try and get us to sign a contract asap.)
My office manager called corporate Patient Pop. They referred us to Kelsey Derrick the implementation manager to handle the cancellation notice. She emailed her and was told that she doesn't handle that and was going to pass along the information to Gurdev Anand who she CC'd on our email.
We just signed on with PatientPop a few weeks ago, and it s been a wonderful experience so far. The rep that sold us on it, Ryan Rekieta, was very professional and polite. Our implementation manager, Ryan Yamashita, has worked tirelessly through multiple rounds of edits to get our site just the way we want it. We haven t even met our CSM yet, but I m sure she ll be great, too. We re impressed and very pleased!
This organization is amazing. Fast, efficient, courteous and brilliant. I have worked with several web marketing companies in the past and have never had any organization match the professionalism and verve of Patient Pop. Highly recommended!
Patient Pop did a wonderful website for me and after a few months I have added google Ad's they are very efficient about getting things done. I love how you can see how you advertising dollars are working everyday with there client platform.

It's like pulling teeth to get them to change anything and when they do its never when they say they will. RUN AWAY AND DONT TURN BACK, find someone else to do your website work . We have been with them for over one year. It's been a true waste of time and money in addition to correcting them all the time. They do not pay attention to detail and make things harder on us. It caused repeated phone calls to them to correct their mistakes. It is very time consuming using them and poo results.

While they put together a good website, they promise to flood your office with new patients, which won t happen. When you express to them that your not satisfied, they tell you your in a contract, and they re not letting you out. And tell you you just haven t given it enough time. There are a lot of good companies out there who want to actually grow your practice, and grow with you. This isn t one of them. I highly suggest you speak to several people, even the low star ones to get the real scoop on this company.
To add to my review, its thanksgiving week....I go into the dashboard, and mark off time. the calendar function stops working. I have two new ones scheduled for today, Im actually out of town, and have no way to contact these people to tell them I won't be in the office. For a company focused on reputation, Im not impressed they can't keep their software running well. The cost of a bad patient experience is very high.

Terrible Communication, Total waste of time. Patientpop called my office stating they can offer online booking and sync their software with my practice management software, Dentrix. After spending hours designing my website, Patientpop then informs me that they can't sync with Dentrix. So I cancelled my agreement with PatientPop. My credit card continues to be charged monthly even though I cancelled everything!! Very disorganized company. Uses bait and switch techniques

We have been using PatientPop's services for a year now and find they bring value when it comes to online reputation, SEO, and SEM. The online booking tool is a nice convenience for us as well. We got off to a slow start, but once Kirsten took over things turned around. She is responsive and helpful and has excellent customer service. Overall, our practice is happy with the value and service PatientPop brings.
I have been working with Patient Pop for 3 years and it's helped my business. As well they are easy to work with and their user panel is intuitive. I recently had a need to add third-party code and it was very difficult. The customer support technician went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure this was done. This included being responsive to daily emails over the course of a few days. He did not have to stick with it like that but he did and I appreciate it.
Very cunning tactics - total rip off - promised one thing - during the process of implementation - wanted to charge more - nothing yet done for me - as I wanted to cancel within 10 days of an annual contract - wouldn't refund the money - low Bussiness ethical standards

Classic bait and switch operation. If you want to know how this company operates read the one star reviews as they are my experience exactly. The guy who brought me on board left the company shortly thereafter. I was shuffled from one rep to another who basically did nothing. They made a nice website, but its on their own proprietary platform, so now that I'm leaving I need to spend more money to make another website as they say it is their property and I can't have it. It was never optimized. I did more myself than they did. I sent them my blogs, they never optimized them or probably even looked at them. I made videos that they linked to my site but never did any branding or optimization of them.They posted the blogs I wrote but they were full of broken links that never got checked or corrected, and they never directed patients to engage with my business. I was with them a year, and nothing ever changed. I asked the multiple different reps I was assigned why I wasn't getting surveys back and they had no suggestions for me. Be careful letting them write for you as a medical professional as their wording could potentially get you in trouble with the medical board in terms of claims and statements they make. At the end of the year, the only thing I liked was the website and I don't even get to keep it. There was no personal attention after my initial guy left, and basically once they have your money they don't give a sh**. Months would go by with no contact from them. The most interest they have shown to my practice was when I told them I wasn't continuing with them. Too little too late.And in addition to all that. I had written an E book that I was using as a marketing tool to give away in exchange for a sign up for my newsletter with an email. My prior website was able to incorporate this on the home page of my website. But the new Patient Pop platform, that's supposed to be so good at building your business was unable to incorporate my eBook in their marketing plan for me at all. What a waste... of time and money

I signed on with Patient Pop and I now enjoy a website with easier to access information, a new appointment scheduler that patients tell me they like to use. I speak with a support team monthly about the website, social media and any changes that can be done, are easily implimented. It is an improvement over older types of websites. Been using their service for about 2 years now and got a friend to join as well.
They are slacking after a few years and their customer service support is definitely worse for wear. It's tough to get a hold of a customer service agent to change website or add services or respond to your email and even harder to call.
I'd hold off on subscribing or re-subscribing until they improve their response with Doctors.

We used to have a great Account Manager Ryan Mays then things changed within the company now we get a different person each time we call instead of a go to Account Manager. I have had an issue with digital forms since 09/2020, I've reached out seven times and its still not resolved. We were so excited to save time using digital forms and now we are paying for something we can't even use. Seems like you only get constant attention when you get started then your kind of on your own.
I would recommend PatientPop to all my clients in healthcare. If they don't work with PatientPop, it's their loss as far as I'm concerned. Doctors are stubborn and think they know everything (you know who you are - lol) - well then know this: PatientPop will improve your look, feel, accessibility and new patient acquisition so....do yourself a favor and check it out. Customer Service so far has been a 10 out of 10.

just awful, lies and misrepresentation. no one is responsible, no one is accountable, they are all managers!!! god knows what they manage, clearly not the business they are fraudulently promising. I regret ever wasting my money and time with them. the best part??? when u have enough of their worthless fraud and want to leave, they take away the website! the one that I had invested hours rewriting and correcting their illiterate and embarrassing contents! stay AWAY. you be better off putting adds on instagram or Facebook yourself. I bet the result would be better. after almost one year with them, I did not even get ONE single new patient. fraudulent and appalling.

If you want to have more to worry about and have pushy sales people annoy you and pressure you into signing up, then sign up with PatientPop. I got roped in and from the beginning it didn't feel right. They were pushy about getting launched and not concerned with the cut and paste website they produced for me. Now, 3 months in, they continue to disappoint. Emails go days with no response, and the manager is defensive to feedback while saying that he wants to hear you out. They added themselves to my google page to manage it and "collect info" and coincidentally my google page got flagged down for 1 whole week for "suspicious user activity." Patient Pop denies it was their involvement but when I removed them from my google page, google reinstated me. That's one whole week of my small business being invisible online!

Only criticism I would have is that it's been hard to get in contact with them, and their follow up was not very good. i have been with Patient Pop since November 2016. it took several months to get up to speed but, that included reworking my entire web page. This is the best sem- seo i have ever had. The scheduling program,profile review and web presence have been great. I would and have recommended them to colleagues.
Really upsetting. The review process through Patientpop was choppy at best. Very inefficient. The integration was nonexistent and was given run around. Very very poor experience. Iam currently offboarding. Wasted a lot of my time and money
