Our practice signed on with PatientPop 6 months ago, and everything seemed great at the start. They've got a great pitch and sales team! However, once we implemented their service, there has been non-stop issues. They do a few things well, but overall their customer service is TERRIBLE! Almost every "fix" or change that they process, they seem to break something else. Some stuff is common sense, yet they're quick to copy/paste material without reading through it (like updating a phone number but failing to update the actual tel: link). I've had to resort to calling in every time I need a change so I can hold their hand through it to make sure they do it right.
Its also very clear that their website and features are template based and there's a ton of things they CAN'T or REFUSE to do. They clearly don't have access or control over the code for their website, otherwise they'd be able to process some of the SIMPLEST requests.
If you have a small practice and only need a very simple website, then go for PatientPop. Otherwise, steer clear! They're very affordable, but you definitely get what you pay for.
