Our experience with PatientPop has been downright ...

Our experience with PatientPop has been downright awful. They were untruthful about the service agreement, they are non-responsive to questions and complaints (we're talking over multiple weeks and months, not just a few days), they take forever to actually do what we pay them for, and they seem more interested in selling service than delivering service. The only thing that I think has worked well is their automated billing system, which charges us right on time. I would strongly recommend choosing another service.
