Horrible customer service. Unprofessional looking ...

Horrible customer service. Unprofessional looking websites. Support requests take at least 72 hours for them to respond. I've been trying to get a hold of an account manager to talk about our contract and it has been an absolute crapshoot trying to get a hold of someone. Another thing, we were assigned a direct rep when we signed up who suddenly disappeared after being very helpful with our website requests. There are better options out there -- don't go with PatientPop.

I have had the most horrific experience working with PatientPop. I had to continue paying them $1250 per month due to a contract continuation with the office that I purchased. The website is cookie cutter and boring, the page doesn't rank well on google and isn't even on the first 3 pages, they are insanely hard to get in contact with. The blog posts are untrue and just insanely generic and it's so obvious they were written by a computer or a blogger, definitely not by a professional.

The worst part is the customer service. I had a "concierge" that I was supposed to be able to contact and speak with. After countless emails and calls (no response), I finally after like a month had someone reach back out to me and tell me "oh sorry that guy is no longer with the company"... It's just not a client centered operation and for the money they charge, I am CONFIDENT you can find better services elsewhere for less.

I frequently do not leave reviews, but feel obligated in this case as patientpop has went above and beyond in disgraceful business practice. I would not advise anyone to use this company. They try to lock you into a contract and their senior customer service representative Gurdev does everything in his power to keep you from leaving the contract. My group practice has been charged for 2 months of service even though we haven t been provided with a website. We have been attempting to fix this issue for 3 months and they want to just keep billing us.

I would recommend staying away from this company at all costs.

Stay away from this company. This company is a fraud, they failed to delivery on the contract and still charged us $1200 although they openly admitted to their failure. The implementation manager simply did not attend meeting they had scheduled multiple times. After two months PatientPop did not deliver a usable website. Spending couple of hours on Wix.com we were able to create much more professional looking website with all the same SEO capabilities for a fraction of the price. There are many better, cheaper and more professional service providers out there.

6 months of service and not one patient has made an appointment. just keep charging me on a monthly basis. absolutely no support during Covid-19. They obviously do not let you out of the yearly agreement. Can't wait for DEC 2020. it'll finally be over. Stop sending me quarterly emails asking if I will refer you to anyone, the answer is and always will be, NO. A colleague did ask me and I successfully turned him away. keep up the good work team. You lost at least 10 accounts because of my experience.

Great for turnkey practice/website integration based on a customizable template model for start-up practices. For established practices with a robust plethora of services that mine offers, the template had to be tweaked a lot, but the staff was very accommodating and fun to work with!

I have had a horrible experience with PatientPop f...

I have had a horrible experience with PatientPop for the one year I have been with them.
First of all, part of my social media package was supposed to include Twitter and there was never one post made to that account. When I asked a customer service manager about this, she said we don't post to twitter. Well, I have an email from patient pop that says otherwise and they put a link to twitter on my website! And to add insult to injury, the link to twitter at the bottom of the website takes you to a suspended twitter account. Since I have never done anything on the web page, and PatientPop is paid to post to my social media accounts, why was I not informed of this?
And when the site launched, the link to the facebook account at the bottom of my website was originally linked to the completely wrong facebook page. I figured it out only after I invited everyone to the wrong page. It took me following up a lot for this to be fixed. Needless to say I was pretty livid.
Second of all, I asked that 3 of the most important cities to focus my SEO on were Normandy Park, Burien, and Des Moines. Well, until I began working with another marketing agency to have a website built, I wasn't aware that I have absolutely no presence in Des Moines anymore. I don't come up in that city at all, on any page. So, in one year, this company decimated my google presence in a city less than a mile from my practice. I was one of the top 5 prior to their incompetency.
Third of all, a huge part of what sold me on the company was having a specific person to communicate with regarding my account. I was sold a very false bill of goods. Once the site was built, I had a specific rep for a few months and then was pawned off on the support team as a whole and no longer able to communicate with a person assigned to me. And every single time I called Sal or customer support, the response was "you can find that in the portal". If I wanted to be on the computer all day, I wouldn't have paid for a company to do my website marketing for me. Customer service is important to me. Telling me to look on the portal is the epitome of laziness. I basically stopped calling and sought another company that wanted to help me. When I told them I was canceling, they asked me to set up an appointment to speak to someone. The person I scheduled with canceled last minute and tried to just move me to another day without asking if I was even available that day. When I told her I wasn't, she said that's fine. We have time. I'm done at the end of this month and I finally got on the schedule to waste my time with someone else.
And last of all, the only reason I worked with PatientPop at all was because the sales team was great and the design team did a fantastic job. Once the site was built, it was a horrific experience from there. There are so many more examples I can give but these are the highlights. I URGE YOU TO NEVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY. USE ANYONE ELSE!

I ve been using Patient Pop for a little over a year now. It s been a great experience. Ryan Mays has been so helpful and I really can t wait to see how much more we can grow our practice because of them!
We are looking to add more Telehealth and I think Patient Pop will be key to this growth too!

I've had such an increase in business and web expo...

I've had such an increase in business and web exposure within the first year. I'm a solo physician coming up on year 5 of private practice, and signing up with PatientPop (although a little scary to make the financial leap) has been just what I needed to get to the next level of bringing in new patients. Online scheduling has been a great convenience for my patients, as well. My only disappointment is that my office scheduling system (PracticeMate/Office Ally) is not compatible with their online platform, so I have to manually enter in my availability all the time. No different than ZocDoc, but would be nice.

I signed up with PP in Oct 16 and have really enjoyed working with them. From the website to the dashboard and all the other bonuses they provide, I have seen my practice grow from my online presence of 0-2 new patients a month to 7-15 new patients a month. The staff is quick and super helpful. They really do what it takes to make you happy and get results. I am now number 1 on google in several categories for chiropractic, increased reviews and google and yelp and patients love online booking. Great team great platform.

My practice is currently with Patient Pop. I have been very dissappointed with the quality of their website. IT is a template, applied to all their clients. There is very little customization. The majority of requests I have made for changes to their pages have been met with "sorry, we just can't do that"

While they have done a very good job of "reputation management," they do not actually do website design, creation, or search engine optimization. They will promote your practice through social media at additional charge, upgraded packages.

Know what you are getting. Its not a website, or webdesign or personalized customer service or assistance in growing your practice. It is an expensive, cookie cutter approach to webmarketing.

Awesome customer services since we became their cu...

Awesome customer services since we became their customer in 2015. However, for the last two years, once per year, our website been riddle with nothing but problems such as service either no longer available, or same service listed multiple times, or broken links. It s like patientpop is bored and decided to experiment with our web site. Our physician has to spend so much time and effort coordinating with patientpop to bring our website back to normal. It s beyond frustration every time this occurs. Our experiences have became quite insulting by having our physician wasting time and money fixing problems that PatientPop paid by us created. We expect PatientPop to improve our web presence, not worsened it. Use patientpop if there is absolutely no other choice, but beware, you have been warned.

Our experience with patient pop was perfect. The sales team reached us with a cold call that was so impressive that I signed up for an hour demo. After the demonstration it was apparent this was a tool that I needed to use in my practice. Samara Reed was our liaison to set up the website and the search engine optimization. She worked very quickly and responsively to get our website up and running in less than a month. She trained our team to use all the features of patient pop. She was a pleasure to work with. READ the Contract before you sign up. These people will charge you $5000 to start a website and annual $5000 to maintain it ( read the contract). on top of it, charge you monthly to continue to maintain and changes to be made. Charge you again for SEO which should be done at the time of designing. They also take over your google business page and social media to post extremely generic subject that gets forwarded to another website designed by them. Basically, you are hostaged and have to continue to pay them or else your website is taken away from you.
