I think that the technical support should be worki...

I think that the technical support should be working 24/7 but they don't work on holidays at all. Moreover today is Friday and I've spent 4 hours emailing and trying to reach someone from tech support and they never answered or called me back. I'm loosing money every hour and they just don't have enough employees to cover. Hope will reach them on Monday now. Will never prolong my contract with this company.
