While they put together a good website, they promise to flood your office with new patients, which won t happen. When you express to them that your not satisfied, they tell you your in a contract, and they re not letting you out. And tell you you just haven t given it enough time. There are a lot of good companies out there who want to actually grow your practice, and grow with you. This isn t one of them. I highly suggest you speak to several people, even the low star ones to get the real scoop on this company.
To add to my review, its thanksgiving week....I go into the dashboard, and mark off time. the calendar function stops working. I have two new ones scheduled for today, Im actually out of town, and have no way to contact these people to tell them I won't be in the office. For a company focused on reputation, Im not impressed they can't keep their software running well. The cost of a bad patient experience is very high.
