Ryan Mays is our lifesaver! When we first started things were not that great with the initial point of contact person. Our office would call in to get information with little or incorrect information then we finally asked for a new account manager. By far Ryan has helped us with any issues we have ever had and resolves them right away. He even will be available for multiple training session so my staff and I know exactly how to use the Patient Pop portal. Thanks for looking out for us!
