This company isn t transparent, and over promise and terribly under deliver.

They fail to tell you that when your contract is up it will automatically be renewed. We were able to get released from this fortunately, but now that we are no longer doing business, the website they built us has been taken down. That I get, but they didn t leave our original site as they found it. Now we are trying to get the DNS redirected to our old site, with very little assistance from PatientPop. It s been a nightmare.

Poor customer service is also an issue. The sales guy who first sold us this underperforming service assured me that when the original contract had expired, that we would be on a month to month basis. This is the only reason I reluctantly signed on. Then we were automatically renewed for an additional 12 months without warning. After some complaints, and arguments they did release us from the sneaky renewal of the contract, but it s just not good business practice in my opinion.

Additionally, you should be aware that 40% of the people they sent to us were people that were already patients or somehow associated with the practices. We have two locations, and this was the case at both locations. Our IT guy was recorded as a NEW PATIENT in the online dashboard portal that we used through them to track patients. ????? This happened consistently with patients of record being logged as new patients.

There are way more effective and better was to get the ROI you are searching for. We learned the hard way.
