Experienced an immediate and sustained uptick in new patients. We began converting folks who, as we later learned, had been falling off somewhere in the process we used prior to partnering w/ Patient Pop. I appreciate the way they present the information & data in a way that allows me to make decisions and move on. Their process overall is efficient and their high level of service is best in class in my view.
