We have been to this location several times, and are always pleased by the friendly and efficient staff. My son was anxious about getting a COVID test, and both people we interacted with really put him at ease.

I took my daughter in after a bad night with gastroenteritis. The entire staff were friendly, helpful & knowledgeable & got us in to see the Doctor very quickly. My shy and exhausted daughter loved, (Josh - I think his name was) the nurse that did our intake. He was thorough & so lovely with her. I really appreciate this Urgent Care!

5-30-20 Went to Exer Urgent Care for a Covid-19 test. They were organized, timely, and kept everyone safe. It was a quick and structured visit. Still very impressed with Exer.

OLD:I to Exer because my GP and dermatologist offices couldn't see me. Happily, I was there only one in the waiting room this time. (Have gone before myself and with others. Even when the waiting room is crowded they still do a great job!) I filled out the online form they have to the left as you walk in. Within a couple minutes I was called to the desk to complete some paperwork and give my insurance info. Approx 10 min later I was called into the exam room. The Physician I saw had my shingles outbreak diagnosed in nothing flat. She was great, as we're all of the staff... This visit and others. I highly recommend Exer Urgent Care!

Andrew at check-in was efficient and nice, which helps when someone is not feeling great.
Both nurse practitioners I saw, Sam and Karen, were fantastic caring, knowledgeable, and as gentle as possible. They didn t rush. When I checked-in the wait time was 130 minutes, but I waited only about 20 minutes. I was in and out within an hour.

Everything is always fast and simple. Staff and doctor super nice.
9 and not 10 because to know the result of the Covid19 test I had to call 3 or 4 times, when I call the general number. At last I called La Canada clinic directly and the gentleman who answer was very professional and kind with finally the test response.

I had a great experience. The staff is very professional and courteous. The environment is clean and I felt safe. Dr. Peck was outstanding. He was very thorough in examining my condition and explaining his observations and findings. At no time did I feel he was rushing through the diagnosis and I felt I got the best care possible at Exer. I'm very impressed with how Exer manages patient care!

Excellent customer service at the front counter. The staff is very professional and thorough. Just wish a sign was posted that said they can't do anything for you if you've had flu symptoms for over 48 hous. After 2.5 hours, was sent home w/o assistance to help improve my condition. I recommend if you go to them for flu symptoms, go within 48 hours of your first symptom onset; otherwise, all you'll get is a doctor's note of absence.

It s a nice place, clean, bright and friendly staff. But 2 weeks later, it turns out that the diagnosis was way off the mark. The PA decided that my ankle swelling and pain was caused by medication that I had been taking for a year and a half.
Turns out that I have tendonitis!

In each instance that I visited this facility, I had an extremely good experience. The staff is very friendly and the doctors are professional and knowledgeable. There is ample free parking. I highly recommend Exer Urgent Care.

The walk in experience was fine and the staff was kind and helpful. But I have been calling all day long, and even waiting on the virtual care site, and have gotten a hold of no one in order to hear about my test results. Hours and hours of ringing and waiting.

Just went in for a broken toe. Three clients allowed inside after temp check and screening-everyone else waits outside.. No possible covid patients inside-they wait in their cars. Every single person who works there, that I came in contact with, are total angels. Lovely, positive, friendly and on their game. Got an X-ray and orthotics shoe and was on my way!

From check-in to discharge it was a smooth operation. Was there on a Sunday morning so wait time was almost an hour but once I was called in everything went like clockwork. Staff was very friendly and very competent. They were able to explain things in a way that was easy to understand and took the time to answer all my questions. Had a wrist injury and needed X-ray to diagnose. My wife already recommended someone to your facility and I would happily recommend anyone in the future.

Yesterday was my first time there and I had a pleasant experience. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful and the nurse who administered the shot for the TB test was very kind as well. The facility was super clean. I also loved the design of the space...it is clear that they designed the space with the intention for their patients to feel good/welcomed during their visit.

Arrived at 5:45 for asymptomatic Covid test. Checked in and waited in car -was told wait was an hour. At 7:10 the doctor called to screen me and advised someone would be out soon. At 7:45 I asked how much longer it would be and was told I was next. At 8:45 I refused to wait any longer and demanded my license returned to me (they hold on to it). There was no sense of urgency and I was informed others that came after me were leaving before me by some means of an app. When I asked for my license back the staff promised me I would be next. I refused to wait and asked for my ID and they were hesitant to return it to me. A frantic staff member raised a test kit to show me I was next and said he would walk out with me and test me. He walked out and had three tests. One for myself, my husband and for another gentleman waiting in his car near ours. The staff member came out with gloves, he opened my husbands kit and swabbed him. Then he swabbed me and walked over to swab the gentleman near us - ALL WHILE WEARING THE SAME GLOVES -

The Clinic was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The wait time was 105 minutes when I got there, but it felt like I was seen quicker. I saw a nurse practitioner and she was very thorough, and took time with me to make sure she had all the details of my symptoms and history. I would go back to Exer in Pasadena without hesitation. They were great.

Everything is kind and compassionate even though COVID precautions can keep us apart these amazing professionals are warm and that shows. They make me feel like a valued individual every time I visit. Dr Bugg, Dr. Ulick, and Laura are especially wonderful.

Female Black Roxie told me after waiting for help, we do not take you're coverage thru my hmo provider. I told her I have pos which works with both ppo and hmo and she told me I'm telling u we don't so go to another place. I said please can u check I'm sick. I could tell she didn't want to check or help me and she said I'm sure we don't take your insurance. Her colleague, Danine , stepped up to check for me and guess what, I was able to get seen thru the ppo. Roxie didn't even apologize, she just looked shocked and played it off like nothing happened. Wow, thanks Roxie for choosing a career to help people when you really don't want to. Roxie was the definition of pure laziness.

Such a great experience. My son and I needed rapid COVID testing and not only did the team provide the test, but also posted results within the hour. I cannot thank them enough for listening to our reasoning on why we needed rapid results but showing the compassion to understand our needs. It means so much that during such a busy times for medical professions that they still take the time to treat each patient as an individual with different needs.

I'd been holding off on taking the COVID test for a while because it seemed like all the healthcare facilities were being overwhelmed and I didn't want to add to the chaos, but with an airline flight coming up at the end of this week, I finally made myself do it. I researched different places in my area and read a lot of great reviews online for Exer's Pasadena branch, so I decided to give it a try. There was no appointment needed, which was convenient for me since I had very little time, and once I arrived, I didn't have long to wait before being handed paperwork to fill out as a new patient. There was only one person in front of me and no one else outside in the waiting area, so there was plenty of space to keep your social distance. After filling out the paperwork, I was told I could wait in my car and they'd call me, then I drive around back and someone would come to my car to administer the test. It probably took about 45 minutes to an hour or so in total (even though there were only a few people there), but all the employees were very friendly and took their time to answer my questions. I got my results in less than a couple days, so the turnaround was lightning fast! If you need to do a COVID test, I'd highly recommend this place.

Just taken over and made to run even more efficiently meaning less care and hardly any urgency. Try the other options

I visited Exer yesterday. I tried to go before they open so I can be called first. I was second in line so didn t have to wait too long. But I have not gotten result of my test. I hope I get it before the weekend. But overall, the staff and doctors are good.

Woman who signed me in was professional & kind. She registered me quickly. Wait was less than 20 mins. Doctor on call was thorough & easy to speak to. I wish this was my primary because customer service was really good.

Because I arrived just as Exer Urgent Care opened in the morning my wait time was not long. The receptionists were friendly and kind. The nurses were professional and caring and even had a few laughs with them. The doctor listened to me and took care of my medical situation. He even consulted with my specialist before prescribing any medicine so that there was not a conflict with my current medications. I truly appreciated that.
All in all, the staff was a wonderful group of dedicated professionals who took very good care of me during my visit and follow-up appointment.

Overall the wait wasn't too long considering the amount of people, it has been over a week and no one has gotten back to me yet on my covid 19 test. I have called numerous times and let the phone ring for up to 20 minutes and no answer. I need my results so I can get back to work. I had no problems paying the 170 dollars office visit but would have expected for someone to at least answer the phone

Very attentive to our needs. Front desk I believe was Sandra was incredible and helped us out. The nurses, aids and doctors really take the time to explain the situation. We have been many times unfortunately, but because of the staff we return when needed because we know of the quality we receive in the staff.

My daughter and I came in with horrible coughs, sore throats, ear aches, and fevers. We were sick! From the front desk to the doctor we had incredible service. Jose drew our blood and administered shots with such a great personality. He made us feel better just being there. Our Doctor was Christopher Loera and he was professional and comforting. I recommend this Urgent Care to the fullest.

Glad I went to Exer! I jammed my pinky & was in pain. I was about the 7th patient in line when the opened 9am Sunday. As expected I waited approximately 45-50 before being called in to be seen. After that it was pretty quick. They gave me an x-ray, splinted my pinky, & referrals to local orthos. The have free WiFi, but it s a good reason to catch up on a old book. You sign in at a tablet near the front & it will give you an approximate wait time.

Dr Yen provided excellent care. He was very thorough in both fully understanding and addressing the problem. The nursing and support staff were knowledgeable and efficient, and everyone I dealt with was extremely pleasant, and furthermore, I was seen within five minutes of arriving!

Recently was exposed to COVID 19 and couldn t find any place with available appointments. Someone recommended Exer Urgent Care to me. My family and I went right when they opened and they were very professional, curious, and the office is very clean. I highly recommend Exer to anyone in need of urgent care.

I have used this urgent care for my children and myself and have had nothing but the best experience here! The wait time is amazingly short in comparison to other urgent care centers in the area and the doctors and supportive staff are very professional and see to their patient s every need. Not crowded, wait time was about an hour, staff was courteous and compassionate. Could use some magazines to read while waiting. People magazine is always entertaining.

I brought my daughter in with what I suspected was pneumonia. The doctor was wonderful in listening to my concerns and took x-rays right away. When the x-rays confirmed my fears he consulted with specialists at Huntington Hospital and kept us informed of what was going on and the treatment possibilities. I appreciated the correct diagnosis and attentive care my daughter received from the doctor and staff .

This clinic was a real find. The doctor and the tech were more than qualified and they were so caring and respectful with humor!! Unheard of these days. The exam was extra thorough and instructions etc very clearly conveyed. Was feeling better the next day.

Went there with my eyelids swelling and itchy as hell. Was seen promptly, and was blown away by the courteous and professional staff. Dr. Luna took a lot of time with me to fully understand my issue, research aspects of the solution, and offer me excellent medical advice. I feel much better now as a result of my visit. I will definitely go back if I ever need Urgent Care again.

The staff was great to work with Dr peck was great i was givin a shot of morphine for pain started to make me a little nauseous the nurse brought me cheese and crackers . Never have i had that kind of care thank to all of u at Exer urgent care..

If you enjoy dealing with unprofessional medical professionals who don t read your charts, ignore what your concerns are, don t understand or listen to you, and publicly announce your test results all the while accusing you for their error.

My services received were superior and quite professional as well as were completed expeditiously. Everyone I came in contact with during my visit were extremely courteous and kind. I am new to Pasadena and this necessary encounter was quite encouraging as to my family's decisiion to move here. As suggested in my posted comments I would wholeheartedly recommend Exer Urgent Care.

Needed a Covid test for work. Exer was recommended by an MD. After an efficient online consult I went to Pasadena on Saturday morning. The line was long but efficient, less than 2 hours. Staff was competent and nice.

I've gone to Exer Urgent Care 4 times over the past three years. 3 times were with my toddler. Each time ALL of the staff and doctors were kind, knowledgeable, and did not rush me. They were understanding and catered to my needs as new mom (of my first child). Each time I left I felt relieved. I knew what was going on and what the course of action was to be.
The 4th time that I was there was for my self and husband for the antibody test for the COVID virus. Again, excellent care and organization from the facility.
Each time we received speedy service. The facility is very clean.

This urgent care was very clean and nice. The doctor who helped me listened to me and gave me the care I needed. The entire staff was friendly and there s plenty of parking. I Would highly recommend this as an option for someone looking for an urgent care.

This place has changed for the worse! The facility is clean and the doctors are awesome. Its the front desk staff that is terrible. I was the only one in the waiting room and it took them about an hour to see me. If you can get past the front desk staff then you're good. Feeling terrible and having to deal with this was the worst!

I highly recommend Exer Urgent Care because the staff and medical team who were assigned to me were very professional and helpful. They promptly took care of my problem and gave answers to my questions.

I went today to pick up my results , because of HIPAA they couldn't email or fax it to me, the guy came out and in front of all the people who were lined up for covid testing, told me the results so loud. I was shoked and embarrassed, everybody was looking at me.

On 09/02/20, Wednesday morning, I was referred to Exer Urgent Care in Passdena for Covid-19 testing; to obtain a medical clearance for a surgical procedure.

I just dreaded the Covid-19 testing visit, especially after months of listening to media reports of agonizing long lines, and every possible type of anxiety linked to this horrible experience. I just kept generating a negative expectation.

Well folks, I am hear to describe a far different experience, a very positive and learning experience with a group of wonderful professionals.

Exer's nursing staff's professional attitude, their thorough patient care and respect was the Winning Factor.
From the every beginning of the testing phase on through the nasal swabing, each step of the process was monitored, properly explained, questions accurately asked and testing handled with extreme care.

Rest assured, health and safety was paramount and a proven non stressful experience.

Been waiting for my test results for 5 days now.. When you call it says results within 3 days. Been calling for 2 days no one ever answers. I need my results to go back to work.

This was an excellent experience. It's clean, intimate and well-run facility with a kind staff who were clearly engaged in their work. I had a minimal wait and received outstanding care.

Experience was great. Friendly staff that was attentive and organized.

This place must be going down after the new ownership. They never called with my results so I assumed that everything was fine. I called them after experiencing the same pain. The lady who I spoke with at the center said the same but said she would double check. Turns out I did have results that needed to be relayed.

Resent visit to this urgent care glad I did . Dr. Danny a treasure fine he and nurse asst. Kathrine take their skills and patients very serious .

I've been to Exer Urgent Care twice and had a really positive experience both times. The doctors and nurses are friendly and professional, and I've felt listened to and not rushed both times. I actually felt less rushed here than I have at times with my GP. The wait time can be a bit long (my last was 50 min), but the waiting room is very comfortable and sunny, so just be sure to bring something to do and it'll be fine! Everything is digital, and the prescription they sent to my pharmacy was ready before I even left the office.

Reception personnel was very courteous. When I was taken to the room, the doctor came in within 5 minutes. He was thorough with the examination. He called my primary doctor to consult with him to prescribe medication. I was very pleased with the care I received.

Went in for a serious issue, couldn't walk straight while there, they had me in a wheel chair, they took my blood sugar and told me I was free to go. No word of what was wrong or what to do

3.5 hours wait with a screaming baby is bad enough to kill myself...the r not with hhp anymore... Avoid at all costs... Only 1 PA working...i never even had to wait that long at Huntington hospital to see a PA for a nonlifethreatening emergency...

worst place ever. left me in a room waiting for over 45 minutes...no one was even there to treat except for me at the time and some guy that came in after me...was it lunch break? i finally went out to the front desk and shortly after some dude who was only a physician s assistant treated me. horrible. where was the actual doctor? i m up at 1:30am now still in severe pain. useless. i want my copay back.

I've taken my mother here on 2 separate occasions due to some injuries from her work. Both times we've had some RIDICULOUSLY LONG waiting times over 2 hours long just to see a physician who does not even prescribe anything but top shelf medicine if any at all. The only reason my mother is stuck with this place is because of her work but otherwise we would have gone to somewhere they at least really care for patients.

Overall I m very satisfied. If the medical staff can clearly tell the patients how to get the test results will be even better

What terrific care! Everyone, from the man who helped me check in to Gerson to the doctor and other staff are so kind and wonderful. Obviously, if you re going into an urgent care, you re day s not going as you had hoped. These people made mine a whole lot better. By their excellence in care but also by their kindness and humor. If you have to go to urgent care, go here!

I came with my 5 year old who ended up having a distal humerus fracture. We came before they opened so there were a few people already waiting. The check in kiosk is fast. We were called shortly after to verify insurance and pay the co pay, then continued to read Curious George but didn't even get through the whole book before we were called in to a room. The staff was knowledgable, efficient, courteous and the newly renovated space is impressive. It definitely helps coming in early. We did come for my son a couple of months ago on a Saturday afternoon for finger trauma, and luckily the wait was long enough for his finger to get better so we didn't need to get seen and left.

Covered under Health Care LA. The wait time was 75 minutes but more like 15 which was a plus! Doctor Yi was very kind, helpful, and peaceful! I recommend this urgent care!
