Always a great experience from check in to discharge. Have used them for both myself and my toddler son. Genuinely kind staff that always offers informative service and follow up care.

I felt confident in my experience with Exer Urgent Care staff. Once I was checked in, testing for COVID-19 was immediately started. Precautions were taken and distancing was practiced. Thank you for doing the testing.
I had a really great experience. Everyone was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Relatively, we didn't have to wait that long and we had a nice spot of shade to wait in. I had a little trouble with my portal, but I called and was assisted with great customer service!
I was pleasantly surprised by the quick wait time, I believe it was under 10 minutes. Then Dr. Yen was so compassionate with excellent eye contact and understanding. He was very thorough and I felt very well cared for.
It was a great experience. Prompt, friendly, and professional. Would recommend anyone for their healthcare needs to go to this place.
Under new ownership: this urgent care is NO longer associated with the Huntington Health Physicians/ Huntington Medical Foundation. Unfortunately, nothing online indicates this as of yet. Due to the fact that they are under new ownership I assume that the entire staff is also new and they are terrible.
I took my 5 month old there (on a Saturday) for what I was certain was an ear infection that hadn t cleared. This is my 3rd child so I am fairly familiar with what an ear infection looks like in a baby. I was told she did not have an ear infection & that she likely just had a cold that did not require an antibiotic. After 2 more sleepless nights & my baby s unnecessary suffering, I took her to her pediatrician first thing Monday morning to be told she did, in fact, still have an ear infection.
The proof here that they missed it & she didn t just develop a new one is that the first 1/3 of both of her ears had cleared from the amoxicillin. It was the last 2/3 of both ears that were still infected. Any doctor or nurse practitioner should know to check the whole ear especially in an infant. An ear infection is a simple diagnosis. If you can t get that, I don t want to know what else you would miss. I am completely disgusted with them. I will not be returning to this Urgent Care again.
There was a line of people in front of the Exer Urgent Care when I arrived. I had cut my index finger and I could not stop the bleeding. My hand was wrapped in a towel and I held up to slow the bleeding. A nurse took me in immediately and lead me to an exam room. The doctor entered asked me some questions then applied a thick dressing to help stop the bleeding. They did not ask me to fill out the information sheet until I was relaxed and the bleeding slowed. I felt assured and knew I would receive excellent care.
location was near and the waiting time was minimal.
This urgent care center calls itself more than urgent care center. It is true. From the time you enter the Center to the time you leave, you will feel that more than claim. It is modern and appears to use the latest state of the art technology. You sign in at a computer station. They have you fill out you personal profile. I waited about 20 minutes then the physician assistant, Christina- a very friendly but professional person, calls me in and takes all vital signs with modern equipment. When she was done, she tells me to wait for bit for the doctor. Within 20 minutes, Dr. Bradley Gerbereich comes in and introduces himself and a scribe. After answering a series of his questions based on what I told Christina, he was able to give me a diagnosis and explained why he arrived at the diagnosis and also explained the medications he was prescribing for me. While the doctor was going through the diagnostics, his scribe was recording it on a tablet computer. The doctor went to get the prescription slips and he returned within a few minutes. And I was out of there without a wait or a hitch.
The only glitch that I encountered was Dr. Gerbereich did not sign the prescription slip but, the Pharmacy was able to call EXER to confirm that it was the doctor s prescription and everything was fine.
Definitely, I would recommend EXER highly to anyone.
It was not drive through and lows your window. I got out my car waiting on the line about one hour to check in, then I had been waiting in my car for additional three hours. It was not 24-48 hours to get the COVID -19 testing result. I did the COVID testing on June 18th. Still no result today. Four days has passed. I call every morning. They didn t have the result with some excuses. No one answer the phone anymore last two days. Scammer !!! I put one star , equals bad bad zero. Stay away from the lies!!!
Everyone was nice and professional. I really appreciate that because I know now busy they are. Great place, great staff, great service!
Had a virtual visit, very little wait time to be seen. Very efficient, professional, courteous, caring staff. Would highly recommend to anyone needing urgent medical care.
I came here for COVID testing yesterday, after tremendously looking for available appointments in LA county which there were none. It was devastating at first, but once I discovered this urgent care I felt so relieved. I ve been trying to get tested asap so it made me feel better once I seen that there are no appointments required, accepts most insurances, and no referral required. Overall, the wait was a bit long however, the staff remained very helpful, patient, and informative as everyone was waiting in a line outside. I d recommend anyone to come here if they want to get tested, especially as soon as possible.
Very professional. Went there for a foot issue that came up unexpectedly. Staff - from the front desk to medical staff - were friendly and professional throughout. Answered my questions, made what could have been a very stressful afternoon a little less stressful.
