I came with my 5 year old who ended up having a distal humerus fracture. We came before they opened so there were a few people already waiting. The check in kiosk is fast. We were called shortly after to verify insurance and pay the co pay, then continued to read Curious George but didn't even get through the whole book before we were called in to a room. The staff was knowledgable, efficient, courteous and the newly renovated space is impressive. It definitely helps coming in early. We did come for my son a couple of months ago on a Saturday afternoon for finger trauma, and luckily the wait was long enough for his finger to get better so we didn't need to get seen and left.
