Because I arrived just as Exer Urgent Care opened in the morning my wait time was not long. The receptionists were friendly and kind. The nurses were professional and caring and even had a few laughs with them. The doctor listened to me and took care of my medical situation. He even consulted with my specialist before prescribing any medicine so that there was not a conflict with my current medications. I truly appreciated that.
All in all, the staff was a wonderful group of dedicated professionals who took very good care of me during my visit and follow-up appointment.
