On 09/02/20, Wednesday morning, I was referred to Exer Urgent Care in Passdena for Covid-19 testing; to obtain a medical clearance for a surgical procedure.

I just dreaded the Covid-19 testing visit, especially after months of listening to media reports of agonizing long lines, and every possible type of anxiety linked to this horrible experience. I just kept generating a negative expectation.

Well folks, I am hear to describe a far different experience, a very positive and learning experience with a group of wonderful professionals.

Exer's nursing staff's professional attitude, their thorough patient care and respect was the Winning Factor.
From the every beginning of the testing phase on through the nasal swabing, each step of the process was monitored, properly explained, questions accurately asked and testing handled with extreme care.

Rest assured, health and safety was paramount and a proven non stressful experience.
