Few times that I have been there Dr. Eric was great with my daughter. The last time they suggested I made a payment in full before service I told them my insurance is great it usually covers EVERYTHING Simone still insisted I paid in full and would be reimbursed later.
After fighting for a year about their outrageous charges I went to Dr. Heidi Eggers who wonderfully explained to me it was because she was getting sealants done a second time insurance only covers once. Also the because Dr. Eric did not use a rubber dam only cotton to keep the area dry it caused the sealants to be weak.
Needless to say I would never recommend anyone go there. Dr. Heidi Eggers does a much better job of explaining each procedure and why it is being billed the way it is.
