I would never recommend anyone go there. Initial quote will be very less compared to final Payment .They will cancel follow up appointment after surgery if we did not clear the payments.Be Careful before singing the documents .

Dr. Eric and his staff have always made my kids feel comfortable and relaxed during their visits. My 8 year old had to have a tooth extracted, I was nervous, because we had a nightmare of an experience at a different pediatric office just having cavities filled...at Parkwest the tooth extraction was NO PROBLEM! It went better than I could have expected! I would highly recommend Parkwest anyone's child!
The staff and dentists at Kids Dental Experts are amazing! My son was terrified of the dentist due to a bad experience at another dental office. He is now to the point that he gets excited to go to the dentist thanks to this office :)
I love their office. Duck a kid friendly environment. My daughter loves her dentist and does ear she is told and she is only 3 ad very stubborn. 100%recommended!

I called here numerous times to schedule an appointment and no one answers the phone. I left a voicemail one of the times that I called and I have still not received a call back. I made sure to say my name and phone number twice so that they would for sure have it right. That was 2 weeks ago. I have scheduled an appointment for my son elsewhere.

My family is leaving Park-West. I agree with the other ratings on here, great with children, great recommendations--however CANNOT trust their billing. I had to repeat at every appointment that I did not want any out-of-pocket cost (should have been noted in our chart). I received numerous calls pressuring me to pay bills that I knew my insurance would cover (and then had to trust Park-West would refund my money?). I won't be taking my family here any longer {mostly} because of the improper billing. - anything to do with their reviews?
I am very dissatisfied with this office. For my son's surgery Initial Quote was 1200 $ after deductibles from insurance.
They had me sign a paper on my son's teeth surgery , basically saying I would be responsible for the cost.I already paid 1200 $
Now I'm stuck with a additional $600 bill that they REFUSED to reduce a single penny. They denied follow up treatment till i clear my dental bills.
They responded to negative reviews to discuss with me .. There is no proper response from management .

We have always loved the first facility, but the new location in De Pere is amazing! Not only is it in an extremely convenient location for us, the building is light and modern, yet friendly and inviting. I wish I was a patient! Dr Eric is the best, and my kids look forward to going to the dentist...what a relief!

We were referred to Kids Dental Experts by our family dentist, as our 6yo son needs a few fillings, and we want it to be taken care of in 1 visit in a very relaxing/kid-friendly environment. I was so impressed by the kindness and enthusiasm of the staff. My son wasn't nervous at all and even my daughter (4yo) said she would like to go to "that dentist". That's a step in the right direction for her, as she's very fearful/cautious about dental visits! The treatment plan we developed for our son is one that we're very happy with - combining just a few fillings with an alternative/more natural approach to teeth with only slight surface decay. I felt like my concerns were heard and respected.
Dr. Meredith Evans and her staff are always so caring and compassionate. Wonderful place to take your children.
