Dr. Stephanie was amazing. The financial person Paula was not very friendly. She was very impatient and rude about the payment. I made my payment in full with my card and showed her my account from my bank showing the money was taken out of my account but she insisted she did not receive the payment. She wanted me to swipe my card again to take the funds again, but I told her that I would not pay twice. I even called my bank to verify the payment was made and the bank said the funds were removed from my account. Paula said she didn't have the funds. I asked her to call her merchant provider to ask for help. She was not happy with this answer and told me to have my bank call her. Paula's response was are you sure you have funds to pay for this service. I was insulated that she would even ask that after she saw my account. It is really unfortunate that one person can turn a good experience into a bad one.
