I do not recommend. I found dirty men's socks in the bathroom. In addition, they deleted us for a small dog 25 a day, I paid so much for the first time.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. My partner and I regularly stay in hotels in various cities in and outside the Netherlands, we can rightly say that this hotel scores high in terms of hospitality, friendliness and service! After a friendly reception, for example, as a surprise our room was quickly decorated with balloons and streamers after 1 of the receptionist employees had heard that it was my partner's birthday, services (such as breakfast) came with a personally written card.
All the employees we came into contact with were extremely friendly, professional and guest-oriented from the beginning to the end of our stay, something which unfortunately is no longer so self-evident these days. People with a heart for hospitality work here!
Furthermore, the ambiance of the hotel is very atmospheric. A beautiful combination of modern mixed with the art deco style of the 1930s. I expected the room to be slightly larger, but otherwise met all our expectations. A great bed, wonderful shower and a beautiful view of the park and the Palace.
All in all, definitely recommended, we would love to come back here!

Lovely hotel but the room had no space to put my suitcase due to weird layout

We stayed here, but didn't eat here, apart from the breakfast. The place is very comfortable, clean and friendly. The breakfast is perfectly fine, but not haut cuisine.

A nice hotel in the middle of the old town of The Hague. The rooms are very well maintained and tidy. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. For breakfast there is a rich buffet. All in all highly recommended!

Efficient service. Good English spoken like most places in Holland. Room had a broken TV which they were happy to replace in good time. Environmentally conscious toiletries and towel/sheet service

Alas, due to medical circumstances, my doctor advised me not to go to the Netherlands. With this documentation in hand, I tried to convince the hotel to postpone my stay or get a (partial) refund. They didn t want to negotiate on this. Just a warning to all, in the terms of agreement, you have to agree to this kind of non-existing empathy.

The small rooms are very small. No water meter, bedside table, trash can.

Nice and comfortable remodeled rooms, good amenities. Breakfast was served in order to accommodate COVID situation. Very professional. Only hiccup, service at reception was super slow both at check-in and check-out.

Superb hotel near the center, the beds are very comfortable, the staff is listening and we are very quiet despite the proximity to the center!

The Park Hotel is one of the best hotels in Den Haag.
Whilst there are other hotels that have more facilities, the Park Hotel is a warm and friendly place to stay.
The rooms are kept very clean and overall the building is very well maintained.
The reception area has, fairly recently, had a major makeover and this gives the hotel an even more welcoming feel and provides a comfortable place to sit and meet people.
A pool table is also provided as is a coffee machine.
I would have no problem staying at the Park Hotel again.

Super hotel in the center of The Hague. Only have 6 paid parking places. Parking is possible in the nearby parking garage or with a park and ride in the ring of the hague.

Perfect location - next to the parks and old town. Everything is in walking distance

Good city hotel. Room was small. Maybe we had not read well? Cleaned particularly well. Compliments for nice lady. The receptionist was correct but not welcoming.

I only had breakfast there, but this was excellent. All drinks were continuously cold and replenished on time.

Ugh just do Mercure Novotel Hilton or ibis if u are on a budget. I used to do business travel a lot. They are all simply less headache

Rooms are small but nice an clean. Most staff is really helpful and friendly except for a specific person at the reception. Wrote an email detailing the situation and never got an answer back.

Good meeting location in the heart of The Hague. Parking garage in the area is pricey.

Ok hotel, located very central near the main shopping street and some nice bars. The hotel is currently (Q4 2015) being renovated which may cause some discomfort.

80 for a single room no larger than a cleaning room with a bed that is too short (I am 191 cm tall).

I was also able to pay for breakfast extra, which is 21. Really ridiculous.

Park Hotel looks nice and is in a nice location, but the price range is definitely not in reasonable proportion to each other.

We have been very satisfied here! Our suite was extremely large, comfortable and apparently newly renovated. The service was always courteous, the location was great and the price reasonable.

Hotel in the historic center, 10 minutes from the palace. It has a patio. A good Dutch breakfast.

It is a little away from the station, but spacious for the price and the staff is friendly, quiet and clean.
The interior of the lobby is a medieval castle, so feel good to have a king.

Very nice hotel at an amazing location in the heart of The Hague.
Rooms are spacious and the beds are super comfy.
The bathroom was nice and clean. Breakfast is nice.

Hotel parking is in a secure inside location, however space is very limited so you have to reserve early.

The only issue we had is that our credit card was double charged. Charged once when we reserved by phone (earlier this year) and again a week before our stay. Even though we had all receipts printed out, it cost over an hour and three trips to reception to convince them to give our money back.

For our wedding anniversary (10 years) we returned to the Parkhotel. We were received very friendly. We dropped it for our anniversary. When we were less than 5 minutes in our room, there was a soft knock. A bottle of bubbles! Awesome. The room was spacious, finished to the highest level and fully equipped. TV offer was very good (picture quality and channels). Breakfast again very good the next day. Wide choice and good quality.

Excellent location. Easy access to the center. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very quiet despite being across the main street. We will gladly return to it.

A nice hotel right in the city center and the Royal Palace. The rooms are modern and equipped with every comfort. The price is also reasonable.

Great location, right in the middle of the old city, just don't count on parking at the hotel garage as it only has a few spaces. Hotel services can be erratic, with some of the staff being quite knowledgeable and helpful, while others appear to have very little experience. Rooms are quiet, and the ones which face the park have a great view. Breakfast is mostly standard, maybe a bit better than other 4star hotels.
