I stayed at the parkhotel to attend a Gala dinner with my girlfriend. The checkin was quick, the room large, bright and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall a faultless experience.

The hotel is typical of the "economic" spirit of the Dutch. My room was not expensive by European standards, but was very small with a minimal cabinet and had no fridge. The shower in the bathroom, which was clean as the room, did not have any shape (glass or plastic door, or at least a curtain) to avoid the flood that the shorter shower provoked throughout the bathroom. In addition, the hotel management is extremely parsimonious regarding the quantity and size of the towels provided. The breakfast, included in the room rate, is quite banal, but sufficient. The hotel is well located and the area is quiet with some bistros, bars and cafes. There is also, right in front of the hotel, a small mini-market that can supply the lack of the minibar ...

Hotel in the center. Two blocks from the palace gardens. Many cafes in the surroundings, hairdresser for both ladies and gentlemen, organic and normal supermarkets where you can buy ready-made food. Two blocks bakery, boutiques, shoe stores and second hand stores within a radius of less than 4 blocks.
The hotel is very nice and the employees very friendly. I don't give it 5 stars because they make the rooms late (put a sign on the door for them to do while you're away) and don't pay attention to completing the tea or coffee you have consumed. Notwithstanding that, ask the reception and they will bring it to you right away. Breakfast is expensive but if you want to skip lunch, it's worth it. For smokers they have a garden with tables and chairs or you can smoke on the ground floor terrace, which is located where the reception is. It is pet friendly so you can stay with your pet. Good price

Beautiful and stylish hotel, with attentive staff. We were surprised with a small gift in the room. Due to corona we had ordered food in the room, the staff advised us where to order which was very nice. The hotel is in the perfect place for people who want to combine Scheveningen and The Hague.

We were in the hotel shortly before Christmas for an overnight stay. it is a very stylish hotel. In the stairwell you fill up like in an Escher picture. Very nice staff. Our room was a little dark, even when all the lights were on. It may be depending on the time of year. Breakfast tasted very good, there was something for every taste, fresh vegetables, fruits, muesli, nuts, including scrambled eggs etc. Coffee to bring yourself is unfortunately only open for a limited time (a coffee machine). In the evening we would have to buy the coffee. In many hotels in Europe, the coffee you bring yourself is automatically included. Therefore only 4 stars.
