Excellent service from Sanj Solanki since he took over as property manager a year ago. Friendly, efficient and quick to help when needed. Displays the kind of attitude to the job that is a credit to the company, and has made my personal dealings with Parkgate Aspen run so smoothly. Highly recommended.
With the arrival of the new Manager of Parkgate Aspen Sanj Solanki, things started to change for the better in Carriage Lodge. Cleaning service became more consistent. Our old wall carpeted lift cabin was modernised to good standards and now, after a reasonable amount was spent, looks light, spacious and up to date. We are glad that proper consultation takes place prior to works starting and that the wishes and comments of leaseholders are addressed. Communication has become easy and efficient. Sanj responds straight away and always gives you comprehensive help or advise. The property still needs to catch up with some improvements (e.g. communal area, refuse area , entrance) But I m sure, Sanj with his attentive attitude and professionalism, will bring it to high standards. I would give him five without any hesitation. Thanks Sanj!

In 45 years that I have lived in this building, I have found the staff in particular miss Chelsea Berlin above and beyond duty and responsibilities. Whenever I have called her, her action has been professional quick and solves the problem at once.You should market her ways of dealing with tenants for other companies to copy. The company is the best in whole London.
We provide maintenance and support services throughout London and the South East, working with many of the industry s leading agents. We have worked with clients like Parkgate Aspen, Cadogan Estates, Knight Frank, Cluttons, KFH and others over many years, all of whom have enviable track records of exceptional service to residents and leaseholders.
Having been a previous leaseholder through them, I cannot say it was a great experience. Communication virtually zero unless you are paying them for something. Glad to be out of the building, never lease again especially if these guys are looking after the building.

Excellent professional service! I felt that I must write a review to thank you for the excellent service we have received during our three years tenancy term. Parkgate Aspen's dedicated staff members are always on-hand to help with any sort of issues. The plumbers/electricians appointed by Parkgate are very professional and reliable, and they have resolved all the issues in a speedy and efficient manner. Once again, I would like to thank you for all your help and assistance you have provided.
We had the worst experience with this company. The service we received as tenants was disgusting. People like them should not get away with treating people this way. Our property manager, Chelsea, was extremely rude and unhelpful. She would repeatedly try to charge us for items that were initially marked in the check-in inventory as defective and no matter how many times I tried to explain that there was proof that these items were damaged prior to our tenancy, she wouldn't care! In the end we ended up paying a humongous amount for items we never damaged - in fact, the lady who did the check-out praised us on how good the flat looked after our tenancy - just because I couldn't stand dealing with her any longer! A lot of people in our block also had problems with them.

Abslutely awful. Avoid at all cost. They don't do any work except destroy the look of our block as they did with some horrendous bin store built in front of our block. In the end we applied for RTM..
Parkgate-Aspen have managed our block for almost 20 years and have been unfailingly helpful and efficient. Paulo Gomes, who handles our block is not only very knowledgeable and efficient, but also very patient with all our various foibles.

Please note, sometimes they use other agents to find tenants (specially for flats in Maida Vale London). Please confirm with your direct agent who the property management company is and if it is Parkgate Aspen then I suggest you skip it no matter how beautiful the property is.
I don't often write reviews but I felt compelled to credit the service I have recently received from my managing agent Parkgate Aspen who look after our block of 158 flats. I was experiencing a problem with a claim and expected the usual lukewarm assistance I have experienced in the past from a managing agent but the person I dealt with not only understood what was quite a complex problem but also actually executed all the things that were needed to resolve the situation. I am left thoroughly impressed.
I have rented my London flat from Parkgate Aspen for a little over 6 months now; very responsive to my emails! This week I discovered a small water leak in a boiler hose, emailed the issue with a very prompt response. Within 24 hours an expert repairman from plumb-techplumbing.co.uk was at my flat and sorted the issue.
Stay away. Our experience with ParkGate Aspen as flat management was truly horrible. The first day we moved in the flat, it turned out that it was full of cockroaches, but instead of fumigation or another permanent method of cleaning the whole building, the only thing we've managed to receive was cockroaches traps...
Moreover, the building they manage was in poor estate, in less than one year we had 2 big leaks and two damps in the flat. One of the leaks was repaired 4 weeks after we've informed about it. .. But the most outrageous thing about the company is that the members of staff we've had to deal with were extremely rude and basically couldn't care less about anything. Once, we were literally told that a wall, that was clearly wet, was perfectly fine and dry.
Never again, for us it is clearly the most useless flat management company we've had to deal with.

Absolutely SHOCKING! I am a leaseholder of a flat in Hemel Hempstead, Parkaspen have been shockingly bad, shame I didn't read these reviews before buying my flat!! No reply to emails, no letters notifying us of ground rent increases(They just double our ground rent)/service charges)Took a Direct Debit without notifying me, extremely rude staffs disappointed with the overall running of the building, lack of communication skills, shocking customer service, no reply to emails, cant even send out letters, overall they are terrible.
When my step father died his flat was in a block managed by these people. Tasked with dealing with his affairs I had to contact Parkgate Aspen in response to overdue fees. The person I spoke to was extremely brusque and expressed absolutely nothing in the way of sympathy. The follow up email was no better.

I live in Park Mansions Knightsbridge, i am not happy with this company. The luxury apartment i am paying 10 k a month but the stairs are always Dirty, no maintenance, always someting is wrong.
Incompetent (bordering on negligent) ! - They lost all control of the maintenance costs of my flat resulting in astronomical landlord bills to the extent that the flat is now almost impossible to sell on. Asleep at the wheel!
For the past 15 years Parkgate Aspen have provided an impeccable service as managing agents for 100 Kingsway. I wanted to thank Parkgate Aspen for all of their endeavours since being appointed. I have no complaints and there should be more manging agents like them. I would recommend them highly.
Absolutely disgraceful attitude towards the tenants especially when dealing with so called lady named Chelsea Berlin, moving out of the property means you surely will have traumatising experience through ParkGate Aspen. At any cost do not move into a property managed by them which will make you lose all of your deposit money with no fault of yours and to add to the vows the stress and hassles one has to face during the tenure and checkout. They are absolute scammers and the inventory organization whom they use e-ventory work out a huge game play between them to go against the tenants. I am going all possible directions to take her to task.
The management service available by Parkgate Aspen Ltd to residents and tenants is of a very poor standard. Helpfulness and good practise in management are not utilised to a good degree. I have found the staff rude and arrogant on numerous occasions and often incable of solving simple situations.
Sanj at Parkgate Aspen has a polite and charming manner, and he is always very efficient. Parkgate Aspen has managed the building my flat is in for 6 years and any problems have been sorted out satisfactorily. Since Sanj has been managing the flat, service is super quick and effective.
The service received from Park Gate Aspen is exceptional. The team, namely Joanna Sigalov, handled the necessary transactions and queries with utmost professionalism, proficiency and well and within the agreed timescales. An asset to the company she truly is. I recommend the firm without any reservation.

In my experience, you can rely on Chelsea to sort urgent maintenance stuff quickly. Even coming round with a key when I managed to lock myself out! The lettings team too helpful and professional
STAY AWAY. Has been nothing short of a nightmare letting from this group. I have been letting for 7 months, and have been pulling teeth to get things fixed, basic things such as heating. When I moved in there was terrible mold problem that everyone tried to deny until I refused to give up and they eventually caved and fixed it. I have never seen my "landlords". I have never felt valued less by a letting company. I don't wish this experience upon anyone. STAY AWAY

Parkgate Aspen's Chelsea was very responsive, pleasant to deal with and helpful to us (tenants for 2 years). Repairs were organised promptly and check in and check out went smoothly.
This is by far the worst property management company I had to deal with. The people running the company are so flagrantly inadequate at their profession they are unfit to manage any property at all let alone a development which has so much fantastic potential such as Tudor Close on Brixton Hill. First of all, it is almost impossible to reach them by phone. It might be easier to win millions in a lottery than speak to one of their incompetent employees. Once they pick up the phone they would often redirect you to a person who is not in the office during working hours so you end up talking to the answering machine. The lady working in Mr Unsdorfer's office has a really bad attitude, completely indifferent to complaints, not cooperative, rude, snooty, and arrogant. Learn some manners, you joke of customer service if the residents of the property you manage are unhappy because of your incompetence. On top of that, you have no right to instruct me in which tone I talk to you or which form of communication you do prefer. If you have a problem with dealing with resident's complaints I have a very simple solution for you - change your job. I would kindly advice a job without human interaction. In the second place, for months they kept sending me letters to a person who does not live in my flat. The reason why the person does not live in my flat is that he DIED many years ago. However, for this joke of a company it is too much and too difficult in a country like the United Kingdom to investigate and find out that a person they chase for unpaid bills is already dead. So they mindlessly kept sending the letters after I intervened and informed them in an email as well as by phone that the gentleman they try to reach is not available since he is no more on this planet, no more walking on Earth, simply non-existent, dead. This was, however, not clear enough! So they informed a debt collector to start sending the letters to my flat as it would change anything. Well, perhaps this rubbish company believes that they can resurrect a dead body. Good luck with that! Besides all this, the residents here have to face the never ending issues with lack of hot water which is especially problematic during weekday mornings. We have been without hot water on more than 50 occasions in the last 6 months. They are trying to repair the boilers for months and it seems like it is a too difficult task for them as well. We are so lucky at Tudor Close to have a 20 meter outdoor swimming pool. On Good Friday this year we all received a letter stating that the pool was prepared and open for use. The pool was then kept closed during record breaking warm weather. There was no adequate explanation at all for this. This ruined many resident's Easter plans as many people decided not to go away for the Easter weekend but to stay in London and enjoy the exceptional weather as well as the benefits of the pool. Subsequently, the pool cover has broken many times and the water has been full of silt and algae. Tudor Close is not a luxury development, it is a collection of tiny studio flats much elevated by the surrounding botanical garden and the outdoor pool. The garden, by the way, has been cultivated by the residents not the managing agents. Without the use of the pool a summer at Tudor Close is a depressing prospect. It was so far a horrendous experience and I do not wish the worst enemy having to deal with this joke of a company. Rude, snooty and disgusting!
By the way, I am sure that most of the good reviews here are fake. This is because the Google users who gave 5 stars and positive comments have this as their sole review on Google or else they have only written two reviews in total. It is hard to believe this is typical behaviour for genuine Google review users.
I have worked with Parkgate Aspen for the last 10 years. They have been the managing agent for a few properties I have in Camberley. I have always received the most professional, courteous and swift customer service from them, particularly from Chelsea Berlin.
Terrible organization, run by people who seem to be constantly trying to exclusively defend their own interests, and are quite capable of lying openly, and acting in an underhand way.
There is ample proof of the number of times they have been in court defending their terrible positions. Just do your own research and you will see.
