Absolutely SHOCKING!
I am a leaseholder of a flat in Hemel Hempstead, Parkaspen have been shockingly bad, shame I didn't read these reviews before buying my flat!!
No reply to emails, no letters notifying us of ground rent increases(They just double our ground rent)/service charges)Took a Direct Debit without notifying me, extremely rude staffs disappointed with the overall running of the building, lack of communication skills, shocking customer service, no reply to emails, cant even send out letters, overall they are terrible.
