metro has amazing food and a great buffet! a hidden gem!

Worst experience ever. The location is great, but staff is terrible. Definitely not coming back. If you are booking the room, watch out for reservation mistakes and always - and I cannot stress this enough - always get written confirmation of whatever they say.

Very pleasant stay in rooms that are luxurious. The staff are very friendly and the food is great. It's just a short walk from the Burjuman business center. I will definitely be back!

Very good hotel and staff was so much cooperative. location is good and metro line is near to the hotel. Room has enough space with very good wifi connection. Hotel is friendly. Many indian restaurants near to the hotel.

It's a good 5star hotel other amenities are awesome like swimming pool & gym. And it has a beautiful view of Burj Khalifa & Dubai frame from it's 19th floor restaurant.

Everything was great except the higher authority person at restaurant his attitude towards us was rude he was not like the others staff which were very helpful but he was very rude towards us which was very annoying

Good place to stay in Dubai. Swimming pool on the rooftop is a good idea

Overall a good place to stay. But the room I stayed in Has some issue like the washroom exhaust was not working. The shaving mirror had loose screw and when I asked the room service to get it fixed, they call the desk to tell them about it but no one came to fix it. Rest of the things were excellent. Overall good. Area is good too, so many restaurants nearby to eat from.. definitely recommend it.

The service is perfect the only reason I don't out 5 stars is the drunk "escort" you can see from 1:00 am . It's glaucous et doesn't suit the standing of the hotel.

The best hotel I Bur Dubai. I really like this place, the staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the rooms are nice. If you can get a room facing South, the view is fantastic. The restaurant, bar and night club, is also worth a visit.

One of the nice hotels for solo or couple travelers.

Windows are not double glazed, and even closed,
(3 floors up) you can hear road traffic and the call to prayers, not to mention the demolition site immediately next door.
Health and safety is a bit lacking, socket hanging off the wall, and bed badly put together, although staff arrived quickly, the socket was still not secure

Somewhat acceptable not suitable for those who want luxury and comfort

Drinks are interesting, they try to make many desert drinks like cheesecake martini

Great place to enjoy your holiday. Very professional staff. I loved the food. Its my choice hotel whenever I an in Dubai

Wonderful amenities, and overall a good experience. The rooms were spacious, kept clean and room service dining was fantastic as well. A few minor issues however, one being a rude receptionist. We noticed this wasn't a recurring problem as other staff were kind and helpful, but it leaves an impression when the first member of staff you meet is sour. The other issue was disco music booming through the night on the top floor, that you could hear all the way down to the 2nd floor. I'm sure the floors above ours had it slightly worse. Despite all these insignificant issues, the stay was worth the reasonable price. Remember to bring gym shoes if you plan on using the gym, I wasn't allowed to enter the gym without them. Overall, would recommend 8/10.

One of my few worst hotels. Poor hospitality, rude staff, poor breakfast. Definitely not a five star.

My experience of Park Regis Kris kin Hotel is just wow , the place has very nice out spoken and open minded personnel who are so good and smart most especially those of gourmet gulf.

Cheap 5 stars hotel, rooms are good, good service, good location, less than 10 minutes walk to the metro station in Burjuman mall,, but the breakfast is bad

Having stayed at Regis Kris in August during my stay in Dubai I can tell you that it is up to its stars very well located subway, shopping center, and 15 to see 20 mnt from the Burj Khalifa mall. Beautiful rooftop pool with breathtaking views of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Spacious room. varied breakfast.

Great customer service, nice swimming pool , fitness, dining at 19th floor gives great evening view.

Very comfortable room and good breakfast. The swimming pool and spa on top are excellent. The views from the poor are just amazing. The views from the bar and restaurant on top are also very nice, specially at night, the food nothing special.

Burj Executive rooms are awesome. Great view from the top. Breakfast was nice.

It's beautiful, the best views ever,, you can see the most best part of the city inside the hotel. The food is tasty, classy and good. It was brunch at night, service was self service, staff were welcoming and hospitable. I loved the place, would go back especially for the Sushi.

Ambience is nice, drinks are reasonably priced and on iPL offers it's a steal deal... Buy the eats (vegetarian) is totally disappointing.

The truth is that this hotline is already five stars ... in everything ... in treatment, service, order and cleanliness ... I tried to find anything missing, disabled or unclean in the room I did not really find it ... appreciate and greet all the staff there. .

Stayed at this excellent venue during a recent business travel to Dubai during October 2019. The hotel is situated at a very strategic location in Bur Dubai which makes it incredibly convenient for both business travelers as well as tourists. With a metro station that's just a stone's throw and a several malls in its vicinity, Park Regis Kris Kin has a location that is so easily accessible and in great proximity to several other happening sites such as Dubai Frame. In fact I could clearly see this amazing Dubai Frame from the balcony of my room (on 6th floor). The hotel has several food options for both vegetarian as well continental food lovers and has great amenities including a restaurant located on either 19th or 20th floor which gives you a killer view of Dubai skyline, just so awesome. The staff is also very courteous, professional and extremely helpful. My check-in time was scheduled for afternoon but considering my request to attend a business meeting in the early hours, they swiftly facilitated early check-in without any expensive charges. This is indeed one great place for both business travelers and hitchhikers alike.

Good rooms ,really like very much. Next visit will be there.

Fantastic hotel with gracious & welcoming concierge and check-in hosts. The fact that they have a sky deck with pool as well as shower facilities is such a pleasure. I arrived really early off an international flight and wasn't able to check in yet due to no rooms being available. The team directed me to the gym where I could relax in the sauna, steam room or jacuzzi before taking a shower- a welcome relief after such a long flight. Food is delicious, try their burgers! Pillows slightly harder than what I'm used to, but bed is comfortable.

Very nice hotel but I think staff needs to be more supportive specially the swimming pool trainer who talked really rude with our whole group
