Bad hotel, should be 5* but clearly isnt for many of the following reasons: no bar, no personal privacy and poor customer service. I was promised another room on arrival since the room I asked for wasnt available which is understandable but then the next day in the morning I called the receptionist, the lady tells me some one will call me back regarding the room but no one called till 10:30pm. After a whole day has passed they then called me and to make it worse the man on the phone said they went in to my room and checked my stuff wasnt packed so they havent moved my belongings. This is very bad as they went in my room without telling me and no one didnt tell us we had to pack our stuff. When I got back to the hotel I complained to two managers both seemed like they didnt care, surprisingly they couldn't get hold of this person who spoke to me on the phone who said they had checked my room and saw my belonging weren't pack, they eventually gave me a room that I wanted for past 2 day the next day after i made a complaint and i had the room from 8pm onwards which was pointless as I was checking out the next day, Roger the manager was not helpful at all, I felt he didnt care and wasnt willing to go out his way to help, didnt even apologise or offer breakfast as a goodwill gesture. I would never stay here again and wouldnt suggest any one else to stay unless your happy for your belongings to be searched.

I was there in Grandstand bar, service is very very slow really they need to work on that... Ambient atmosphere but service was very dull...

Price / performance Top ... it got a bit old (furniture) but it is very clean. Staff very friendly and attentive. Hotel is close to the metro and numerous shops. We had half board food which was 5 worth. I do not know what some have to complain ... but vlt is also "complain at a high level" ...

I would like to appreciate somethings first, like the food, the location was amazing. Even the room service staff, reception staff, they are helpful.
But the worst thing was the attitude of the managers and the authorities towards Indians, they treated us like we were beggars. They did not listen to us, and even when they did after so much time and effort, they were so rude to us. They were not at all interested in our hospitality, moreover they treated us like low class people.

Good location to explore the city. From the pool a breathtaking view of the city. Especially in the evening!

Great value for money. And I like the bar at TOP floor. Great view and nice food. Gym is also good and surprisingly empty - which means all you need available. Very friendly staff as well!

A five star hotel. Had a great time in staying here the staff are lovely but I didn't like the receptionists they never smiled they we're like robots. Anyway the other part of the staff was good. The rooms are big and the toilet give privacy. I'm giving it 4 stars because of the receptionists lol.

If you're an Indian stay in the hotel but don't go to the restaurant, there is a white person of higher authority of restaurant who will treat you like dogs because you're an Indian.Just stay there don't go to the restaurant. You go there and you will be disrespected from him.

I VISITED Dubai 0n 6 May 2018 and stayed at park regis kris kin hotel for three night.my superior room in which I stayed was awesome,neat and clean..Room service was very good,continental restaurant buffet breakfast was yummy with reasonable variety but Indian restaurant breakfast was not up to the mark disappointed me.Swimming pool was little bit small on roof top but was ok. Overall it was a nice stay .

Amazing property with delicious food. The hotel is located in a centralised place keeping everyone close to the market and various food restaurant. A must visit to have nice experience. Saurabh at front desk is an amazing person providing comfort to guests.

Amazing hotel with excellent hospitality. This is best hotel in terms of location, view, rooms, food, and beverage. Location at the heart of Bur Dubai, next to Bur Juman metro station and Bur Juman shopping mall. Also, from 19th floor, amazing view of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Frame. The breakfast has unlimited option at Kris With A View restaurant and at the ground floor there is an Indian restaurant. I give 5 out of 5 to this hotel. And if I go to Dubai again, I would definitely stay there again. I did not have any glitches at all at the hotel. For me... If you need a good hotel with good food and amazing Dubai view, then close your eyes and book it. The photo I took from the roof top. This hotel has all other facility as well. But sunrise and sunset from the roof top swimming pool is stunning.

Ate at Kris with a view tonight. Really great food and a very worthwhile deal using entertainer vouchers. Would go back any day!

Nice staff, good, spacious rooms and nicely furnished. I would compare the feel to a Renaissance but obviously not a Marriott property. Amazing breakfast and friendly staff.
The lounge, Kris with a view, on the 19th floor is pretty cool offers amazing view while you can relax. Would recommend it to my friends.

Good location to stay and start from it to any other destination in Dubai as public and taxi services are available nearby but furniture and the ground floof as will as parking needs to be renewed

What a location and best view of the city from Rooftop Poolside.

The best hotel I stayed in in Dubai so far is cleanliness, attention and speed of providing all services. The price is a little high, but a very special location, everything or anything you need around you and close to you.

Used to visit Rock Bottoms when this hotel was called something else. Had to call if off when too many people were propositioning each other.

Wonderful! Amazing! Cleaning every day EVEN it's not ordered. Breakfast ( very good, especially for UAE) on 19th floor with amazing view. Bed is miracle itself- I didn't sleep this well in years. Warm and clean pool on the roof. Deasent gym. Amazing staff. Regis Hotel just did my holiday the BEST. Realy. Enjoy it!

They don't change bed sheets and even some towels still wet after cleaning the room. Came at 12:30 pm and it took them almost 2 hours to check in. Not recommended
