Great hotel in the old city. Very near to burjaman mall where you can get everything.

Wow.. Just wow.. Great place, great food, great staff, clean rooms.. Can't ask for more..

I would definitely recommend this place, 5 star treatment!

Reached the hotel at 12.30pm .Had booked 4 rooms with two rooms with extra beds .
We were alloted one room then told to wait for the other three.
The Fridge in the rooms were empty.
No water.
The TV has channels only in Arabic .Even the Channels which are supposed to be in English are not.
So if you dont know Arabic there is no entertainment.
On calling for service someone came after 2 hours to check the tv and still couldnt help.
I would strongly advice against staying here.
Infact i called my travel agent to sort out the problem with extra beds ...and am still waiting for the extra bed 3 hours after asking for it.
A very bad experience ...will definitely not repeat it.
Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Loved the hotel, the room was good and service was good too

5 star for the room. Spacious, clean and comfortable. So as the bathroom!
The staff are friendly and patience though I see some guests were quite rude to them.
As need to wait for room arrangement though it was already check in time, complimentary coffee and pastry are served during waiting time.
Just that there is still room to improve for their pastries and coffee.

The worst hotel I ve ever been to!
Hotel manager has nothing but excuses on why they can t serve you better!
She is too scared to even make a decision to improve her hotel operations! Only waiting for head office for instructions!
This hotel is NOT 5 stars as advertised. Their service is 4 at best. They hide behind some made up rules and change them when it suits them!
I will never be back there and advise anyone to go ANYWHERE other than Park Regis hotel!

Restaurant is good.
Rooms r big & tidy .
Location of hotel is perfect
When u go for shopping. food.
Taxi's easily available outside the hotel.
Sauna spa & jacuzzis only for ladies

It is an alright place. Good isn't too bad, but there are some aspects of the hotel that makes it a little unfriendly for a family visit.

The room is good, the service is very good, the price is slightly more expensive, there is a karaoke room in the M building to relax.

Decent hotel with amazing views at the restaurant on the top floor

Hotel staff and hotel management are r parking at the customers parkings...

Room, service and location very good, a point deduction due to the breakfast - was very boring and monotonous. View, pool and cleanliness very good!

A four star hotel with good location. You would find supermarkets, restaurants shopping malls nearby. Nearest metro station is Burjuman which is just 500 mtrs.

The staff is really helpful, rooms are clean and buffet has a lot of options.
A satisfying stay

Myself and my wife wanted to try a new place to eat so we looked on the website for somewhere close to where we were staying and Park regis came up as a great place to go. We called ahead and found out that the Roof top restaurant was closed and that Club seven which is a night club is not playing live music but just normal music, which is not updated on the website but was informed that the sports bar is serving food so we thought ok and we went and I have to say it was great food and a nice place with great staff.
After we ate we decided to check out Club seven for a night cap before heading back to our hotel.
Once we entered I was surprised to see live music on stage after being told there wasnt any, then to be told that if we dont order any food we cannot order a drink. I spoke to the manger on duty informing him we had just eaten downstairs in the hotel and just wanted a night cap before going home. He was arrogant and said we have a restaurant licence now and if you dont order food you cant order a drink and have to leave.
I really did not expect this response and was very shocked to hear.
Such a sad ending to what was a nice experience.
You need to update your website to state the changes.

Park REGIS KRIS KIN Hotel Great place to stay excellent staff.Guest check in supposed to be at 3pm but due to early arrival of flight Hotel front desk has accommodated us earlier which was a blessing after red eye flight !!! Closed proximity of Metro station and mall Burj Juman KFC Macdonald and loads of Asian Resturants !!!! Great place to stay

Service can be better especially when handling the large crowds

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel and really I was very happy with their hospitality. Swimming pool is at the roof and one of the best view of Dubai from here.

The Kris with a view is an amazing chill out lounge with awesome views and chilled out music allowing you to relax and take load off while enjoying an awesome chilled beverage of your choice.

Busy hotel close to the airport, about 15 minutes, we where in transit and despite how busy they where they accommodated my early checking request, we ahd a small issue with the card keys and it was solved promptly. Further the room amenities are very nice TV, plenty of AC 110/240 compatible, a small desk and a nice bathroom.

Hotel in a great location, spacious, elegant, perfect

Beautiful hotel in an excellent strategic point of the city near the metro station and with Carrefour and lots of shops at your fingertips. Breakfast abundant, from the room you can enjoy a beautiful view of the city. Rooftop pool (view as above) with Spa (Jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath) and gym available. Very kind and helpful staff. Highly recommended !!!

Amazing hotel. Clean and spacious room. The bathroom is also great. Loved that they had WIFI. It s close to Dubai mall and a quick trip to the airport.

They have a rooftop pool and sunrise/sunset from the roof is amazing. Checkin and checkout were great. Got a shuttle arranged for us and made things easy.

Would stay here again.

Nice night club inside Park Regis, Club7. Live Filipino band and good choice of songs and music entertainment.. Great place for night out and Enjoy till 3 Am.

Had a comfortable experience. Buffet was great. Front desk staff was always helpful.
