One of the best Five Star Hotel. Just at the heart of the city. Everything is accessible from this place. Staff is very informative and assisting. Pool, Gym and Sauna are the most important part along with a bar. Food us amazing.

The best 5 star hotel i have been to. Got upgraded to suite for free. Overall a very good experience.

This 5-star hotel is located in Bur Dubai, close to BurJuman Center

Super room. Air conditioning, refrigerator and safe. Clean towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The light, air conditioning and clock are controlled from a panel on the bedside table. The master button closes the light in the bathroom, hall and room. Excellent breakfast satisfies all tastes and nationalities. The coffee on the table is American but it's ok. There is also an espresso machine that makes good coffee. The hotel offers a beach shut and one of the malls (Burj Kalifa Mall Dubai).

Good enough! No separate party hall, quite small without a stage. Ambience for a party is not good enough.

Hotel for 6 + +. Very good value for money. Rooms spacious and very well equipped, large bed, minibar, bathroom with shower and a large bathtub. Hotel staff very helpful and trouble-free. Breakfasts tasty and plentiful, everyone will find something for themselves. The restaurant located on the top floor besides a very tasty kitchen offers an amazing view of the city.
Rooftop pool with sun terrace . You could write about the hotel, location and attractions, but you have to be there to experience it. I highly recommend

Great hotel, not the newest compared to the many hotels in Dubai but the service, rooftop pool, restaurant is great. Nice views of Dubai city centre.

Pathetic checkin experience. Rude and clueless staff, unwilling to help, Joke of an Internet connection, Dial up seemed faster. Avoid!!!!

Near by Burjuman center, a good hotel, everything available near by, very much convenient to move any where in Dubai, because of Metro.

Room is nice and cozy. Budget hotel with convenient location. Around half an hour metro travelling time from city centre. The con is that the metro station is not very close but within 10min walking distance. There are malls, restaurants and stores nearby for different preferences. The hotel breakfast buffet is excellent. Food choices are extensive; service is good and the view is spectacular. A pity was that didn't get the time to try the gym and swimming pool there. Will consider to stay there again next time.

Easily accessible to the metro station, as well located at a prime area with many food joints n marts.

Very accessible,metro stations close by,just 300 mts away. Burjaman mall is 6 minutes walk from here. Taxis are always available. A lot many Indian and Mediterranean restaurants are just 3-4 minutes walk away. Clean rooms, friendly staff, sumptuous breakfast , rooftop swimming pool n bar from where the view of Burj Khalifa, frames etc is very beautiful. It's a lovely place. Definitely recommend it.

Furniture old and shabby , food ..... still needs miles and miles of improvement !!! Way much ...... , waiters are so nice , scenery is nice overlooking dubai , don t go as couples to the restaurant very normal to see kids and noises of families , if you want a quite area stay in the bar lounge

The new Mo brushes and the elevator lengthen the ligaments because the 19 roles and the lobby during the day are free under. But the breakfast is excellent. The swimming pool is above the big mo center right for the kids. The staff is very busy. The hotel is more like the Hinwood Hotel. The street in front of the hotel is BurJuman Market. Just the closest thing to him and in pharmacies and grocery. And various restaurants.

Excellent rooms at good price. Prime location in Bur Dubai. Doesn't have a huge portico and fancy flower beds along driveways etc. It opens straightaway on busy street. It's not a luxury hotel but it has almost all desirable amenities.

It is not a long distance from the station but I can not walk. If there is a lot of luggage, it is UBER (35aed) from the airport. The hotel staff are very kind and the rooms are clean.

Value for money, Shopping near by, Airport 20 mins away.

Park Regis was recommended to us by a local resident of Dubai and it proved to be a great choice. The location can't be better, opposite to Burjuman Center and between two metro stations on red line. Rooms are huge with spacious washrooms. The washrooms have bathtub as well as shower panel. Breakfast buffet is scrumptious with one Indian restaurant and one with global cuisine. Staff is extremely courteous.

Great place, was there for a buffet of sushi and usually buffets don't have quality for the quantity but this place made me think otherwise.
