I stayed in hotel from 18 September 2019 to 24 September 2019. I had an amazing time with the hotel. The facilities at the hotel were just amazing. Me and my family truly enjoyed the stay for all the time we were there.

However on the last day after I checked out from the hotel i.e. on 24 September I had a very bad experience with 1 of the hotel staff Aulin from concierge while waiting for my drop to the airport from hotel. I asked him for a bottle of water on knowing I had checked out from the hotel he denied me bottle of water and in fact started using harsh words for me. The staff like Aulin must be given proper training I guess on the behavior. All the while I was there it was great but on the last day everything turned bad with Aulin. I guess once you checkout from their hotel they don't care or value you for being their guests for the whole time is what the message was conveyed to me by the concierge. The hotel deserved 5/5 but due to the incident I gave 3/5. Hope it doesn't happen again with anyone.

Five star hotel in good old Bur Dubai. If you are a Indian, this is the right place stay in Dubai. it is close to many indian restaurant, indian shops.

Awesome place to stay and even hold meeting. I was there for a half day meeting and for sure the place is amazing. I recommend it for travellers who want tp see Dubai. Its also near Burjuman Metro station and Al Karama ADCB metro station.

Clean hotel. Helpful staff. Great complimentary breakfast with so much varieties.

Not so bad, the staff is nice but we had a room on the 2 floor so we could hear
the music from the club and feel the beat from our bed.

Good hotel.. great view and a great location. But the best were the hospitable staff who had a genuine smile every time you saw them. Will surely recommend and return..

Excellent hotel, super rooms I had an executive room, lights and airco all controlled from bedside table, super selection of tv programms all perfect picture quality, perfect bathroom with a nice touch of music which you can regulate.The pool on the roof just awsum view's of dubai, bit on the small side but adequate, this is really a good 5 star hotel.
Jacuzzi and sauna steam room excellent.
Separate men women of course.
500m from metro 6 dhm to burj Khalifa (dubai mall) and back
Excellent super market opposite (but bit of a walk around metro line) a McDonald's too.
Kfc 100 meters away turn right out if hotel
Try "Taste Kitchen" on the left hand side of McDonald's a wonderful little resturant.
Will stay next time in this hotel
Taxi to airport 30 dhm 7
Taxi to JBR or burj Arab is around 15

Visited Grandstand Bar. Emilia took very good care of us. She is a charm.

A good hotel with a good location..however it some how failed to live up to the 5 star rating it has recd.

There is no hot water in the bathroom and this was requested to be repaired several times and it was not completed (our stay was two nights and the repair was not completed).
Alarms are very annoying

Good service, clean rooms & location (very close to metro station, mall, cinema & restaurants). Breakfast layout huge. Hotel seems popular.

I have been here in Park Regis more than 5-6 times . But the last time was more than 2 years ago .
Now i came back to Dubai with my wife after 2 years , Park Regis is compeletely changed . It is not 5 star Hotel any more . The service is really awful.

It's a beautiful hotel with amazing rooftop pool. Although after 6 pm you can't go to poolside if you have kids along. Rooms are huge & gorgeous. Bathrooms are superb with bathtub and bath cubicle both. Services are good. We had bf buffet which was good enough for Indians and vegetarians. Their staff was polite and courteous. You can see almost all of Dubai from its rooftop. Worth watching at sunset. I would definitely recommend this place.

Good service, friendly, very nice room, clean, awesome quality of food (breakfast). Good location. Big shopping center with supermarket right in front of the hotel. Free shuttle twice a day to main mall.

Will definitely come back if stay in dhubai again.

Only deficit, they tried to pay Bond back to me in AED (Dirham). Which i found is totally incorrect. I payed with visa prior and no one mentioned that i am gonna get cash money back. Which anyway doesn't make any sense if you are going to leave the country, right?!
at the end, after a long discussion, they eventually payed me back on credit card. So all good again!

Hotel management staff ,room service are amazing it's a wonderful hotel. The only problem comes to is the restaurant high post staff especially the white people, their behavior towards Indian people is very rude they treat Indians like nothing.

Very nice staff. First room was noisy but I moved room so much better. Rooms nice. Breakfast OK.

The experience is pleasing. The Indian food is very appealing. Staff all around the hotel is courteous. Rooms are well maintained. Locality of hotel is a major advantage of the hotel.

A beautiful place to stay where one enjoys a variety of services

Facilities are old, but only the bathroom I appreciated thus it is big. Suggested to be modernized the facilities and furniture though this is 5 star hotel and it looks so boring. Pool are dirty and they allowed people to swim any kind of swim wear.

Best 5 star hotel in karama town. Specially the Filipino disco bar .

19th Floor restaurant has a good Dubai skyline view

This hotel is one of the better hotels in Dubai. The suites are very spacious and has a great layout. Comfortable bed and good view. It is well located, as it is close to a metro station and a shopping mall. There are however a few issues. For a hotel with 19 floors, four lifts is not enough. If fully booked, you can wait for up to 5 minutes for a lift. Then, the room safes are not big enough for a laptop, which was a huge issue for me. Also, the breakfast was average.

Really good a bit far from the center. But it has the nearby metro and tourist buses pass by.

One of the best hotel to Stay in Bur Dubai area.
Close proximity to Burjuman Mall and center point. Its in between 2 metro stations i.e. Burjuman and ADCB metro station.
Especially a fine choice for Indo, Pak, Bangla people as the in house dining is very good as well as many Pakistani and Indian food restaurants are nearby.

For Indian, both Veg and non veg options are available.

The hotel is clean with spacious rooms. Overall a 5 star experience to stay.

Good hotel in the heart of the city. Very convenient to move any place from this hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy. Safe lockers are available. Recomdable for any type of travellers. Vast variety of items available in the Brake fast.

Hotel has good clubs and sports bar happy hours affter 12.00 night cheap and good ambience go for it cheers.

So called 5 star . But rooms are good . They have club in hotel but they also charge entry charges from hotel guest .

Amazing hotel lovely location the sports bar is where we spend our evenings not to mention the super comfy rooms. We visited this hotel so many times that we joined their membership program. Amazing nightclub also and buffet breakfast.
