I can not say enough good things about this experience with Nick and Rodney! This was my first time leading and the provided the best customer service by far from any dealership and any establishment anywhere! They were very personable and understanding to my concerns they never pressured me or manipulated me with deals to get me to sign. Rodney was an absolute joy. So very nice so patient and worked with me and explained each step. Responded back quickly to all written communication and calls! He was a true light and truly an asset at park place Lexus I would always want to buy and refer people to this dealership for these two individuals. Nick is a rockstar and held my hand the whole way! No matter how many Wu I had he went above and beyond and truly cared more about me being happy and at peace with my decision as opposed to making a sale. I am so glad I got my IS 300 from here and got to experience the quality of service I was able to receive. Any one that asks abd anyone looking for a car I will send them to this dynamic duo! Nick and Rodney I could go on and on this experience was truly the best and if I could give a 100 star rating I would they deserve more than 5 or 10! Thank you both.
