A bit expensive and still 3h10 drive for me, but really great park, duration of about 2:15 to make the safari drive. The kids loved it !!!

A nice family visit! Animals and pools have won the hearts of all.
Supert except the animate his earlier from temp to lazy temp
They announced the opening of the water park for June 22 ... we are there today (June 26) and everything is closed! This is a real construction site ... Yet no ads on the Facebook page to warn customers. And no compensation ... only a letter that says they apologize that tonight closed for today, but it's clear that it's never been opened and that it will not know it anytime soon! Big lack of transparency !! Employees in the restaus lack training (poor them) it was not a busy day and yet they were struggling to provide. By cons, my coconut loved the safari and the small wading pools ... but in short, it was our last time ...
Many renovations in progress .... we can not wait to get the final result !!!
I hate Zoos but this one is not that bad, animals are roaming free mostly and their farm is nice.
Great variety of animals, fun little corners and shows. An amazing place for the whole day to spend with family.
A little cheaper than the Granby Zoo ... but also less complete and older. On the other hand, the auto safari is a plus!
The safari part was fine, but the "water park" was terrible. Up to you if you want to catch a disease but remember Canadians have free health care you don't.
good place to spend a pleasant afternoon, the park and the bathrooms need a little maintenance
Great for family and friends outing. A relaxing time to spend with the entire family packed with fun. What is so great there are always specials to grab on Tuango.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! VERY few animals during the car part, almost always the same! inedible and very expensive food. IT IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE PAID: $ 108 for 2 adults, one child ... BIG LOSS - NEVER AGAIN !!!.
With the sweltering heat this summer, the swimming pools were enjoyable.
We all had a blast when we went. Haven't been to Parc Safari ever, so it was nice to go with my fam and my nephew and niece... my nephew was more interested in seeing the Lions then feeding the deer, he was actually a little scared. So when we finally found the lions and he asked of he could feed them, we laughed so hard. He's a Leo! Lol
Nice day strewn with small disappointments. The zoo party needs to be renovated and redesigned. The cement slabs on the ground have dangerous unevenness and my husband almost broke the skull twice. The windows to observe the animals are so worn that we can not see through them. Otherwise, opaque wooden shingles prevent children in strollers or small to observe several animals.
Courteous customer service but endless waiting. 45 minutes at the entrance (I had to get out of the car to check, a car was at the ticket counter for 30 minutes) and 30 minutes at the Lagoon deli for an ice cream!
I still give a 4 * because we had fun at the water games that are well developed and many and watching the animals on the farm. The employees are smiling. There were 4 or 5 lifeguards at the wave pool, they take the safety of bathers seriously. I still laugh at my husband's face when a camel ate the car antenna ahead of us at the car safari! I will surely return but not soon after the renovations!
There are no animals to see but I think there are many missing. For the price that it costs I think Grambi Zoo is better
Bcp too much latitude in the face of the invasion of people who exercise their religion and provocation ...
safari park a great place to spend a wonderful family experience
Super park the enclosures are well adapted and the car safari area is well structured we can feed the animals that come to us. An air-conditioned restaurant and a great swimming pool area
I would never go there he will not listen to the laments of the Islamist loudspeaker all day ho not and I get called racist by an innocent who is the owner and he treats his racist clientele to make cash with religion no will not make a black cent with me him
With young children, the experience was too long in the car, but otherwise the mother is well amused
Very good quality of visit.
Nice water parc.
Just we found some kind of skin spot on my body, my family and also our accompaning families bodies. I dont know what was the source, the animals, water or allergy to some grasses there.
After 2 weeks the spot is not gone
There are more rides! Only inflatable games ... Several attractions are not included in the already high price. They need a serious renewal of the attractions! For this price, go to the Granby Zoo!
Very close to animals. A lot of emotions. Lions, giraffes are worth the entrance alone.
What a magnificent park !! Well organized, lots of activities and things to see! It's worth the detour!!!
Just wonderful. There are animals that you can give food on hand, swimming pools, toys for children. I recommend.
Great experience, lots of games for kids, animals are very nice. The camel ride is only $ 7.
had a blast park was clean and animals came right up to the car and eat right out of your hands.
Would highly recommend to anyone
The animals all look really sad with minimally landscaped enclosures
The calm and the beauty of the places but beware, the aquatic area is open only in part, because of the renos in court but that they do not say it.Decevant for the children.
Unfortunately, being our first experience at the safari park and maybe it was the covid metrics that affected our experience ... we left disappointed! The drive was long (too many cars) and disappointing! No contact with animals and lack of animals ... Luckily there was the water park! Only the purpose of our visit was to visit a zoo ...
Great safari experience, for kids and adults alike. They have lots of animals that are in pairs or more. However, there is one single elephant and one rhinoceros that is enclosed in an electric cage that I guess will shock him if he tries to leave. Animals are social and need to be with their own species, it is cruel to have an elephant by him/herself and a rhino by himself. They have a camel that is grossly overweight; since guests are allowed to feed the animals then the staff should more closely monitor what the animals are eating. For the price which included the safari, zoo, water park and amusement park, this place is a good bang for your buck, if you can overlook the animal cruelty.
I went here for the first time, it had been on my bucket list to do for a little bit now. I live in Vermont, U.S so it was just a short drive away! Let me tell you that if you are scared of zoo animals getting close to you proceed with caution! I had a camel! A camel stick its head in my car window! It was cool completely unexpected but super cool! Great place to take your kids to that you will love also! I fed a Giraffe!!!!
Super nice site for visiting animals of relatives. Several sets of water works and or the largest pool not attractive because of a yellow outline.
Who knew you could visit a real Safari one hour from Montreal! We had a truly unforgettable experience here during our recent visit. The walking parts are great with glass tunnels for the Lion and Tiger habitats that allow you to get up so close! As for the driving portion we ended up going through twice and had a absolute blast. The animals were very tame and gental, we enjoyed feeding them right for our hands and most stuck their heads in the car! This park is huge and has plenty of picnic areas, I would highly recommend packing a cooler with your lunch. I would go back to visit this place in a heartbeat.
We had a good price so it was worth going. The aquatic section was closed and there are no rides anymore. Not a lot of animals in the mini farm.
It was really a great experience. The kids loved it and the adults too.
Possibility to feed animals in the Safari by car. Small deer trail and farm for the little ones. Aquatic games on site, beautiful summer attraction.
I liked it, but because of the virus we could not feed the animals !!!
A little disappointed with the animals on the other hand by aquatic very well
A very nice place to spend a summer day full of activities. Just a missing star because the aqua park needs more maintenance , a lot of kids splashes are not working and the water needs more frequent cleaning.
Extremely slow service, 1 1/2 hours waiting in the restaurant explorer. Car safari uninteresting seen the species of animals presented and much longer than the 45 minutes displayed. Always crowded with people. Everyone is stuck close to the pools
Nice place. Happy animals. It will take 3-4 hours to see all. It's bit $$ but worth it.
Very, very beautiful day loved all the experience at Safari Park and the water. Adults and children will sleep with breathtaking memories.
Thank you (all your employees)
who contribute to making this day so memorable ...
We spent the day waiting: 1:30 to go to the gate, 1:30 to go on safari. During the safari, we saw very few different animals. We were also very disappointed because both the wave pool and the lazy river were closed. Sanitary facilities also leave much to be desired: toilets and changing rooms without a shelf or hook, few changing tables, etc. We will be going to Granby next time, it was really disappointing.
Too magical, clean and sublime animals and very happy and well maintained! Very long wait for restaurants on the other hand (suggestion of picnics / tables and corners everywhere!). Amazing souvenir shop and reasonable prices ... Extras guides and employees. I highly recommend the bush truck safari (not accessible to cars and completely incredible), proximity to animals and lasting memories for children and adults too !!! In short, really to live !!!
Great experience but the expedition not worth it we enjoyed it more with our car since the animals come closer
The drive through is fun when the animals are out and eating so go early or they will be full and sleeping in the shade. We were not impressed at all with the waterpark staff. My 3yo went down the waterslide while another kid was climbing up the slide and the lifeguard didn't say or do anything. He just sat there staring. He wouldn't of even known what to do if there was an actual problem. At the splash pool there was like 1 lifeguard for the whole pool. On the little slide there were big kids going up and down the slide while little 3 to 5yo were waiting in line and I had to say something to them. Let's just say watch your kids as the lifeguards are very unmotivated! Not saying they are all like that but the 3 or so I had contact with shouldn't be employed as lifeguards. Oh and the paveuni along the kids slides were all giving away and separating leaving a big crack that my daughter got her foot stuck in. Let just say that the park needs the renovation that it's going through. Hopefully they will pay more attention to safety.
Really disappointed, it doesn't even deserve a star.If you see animals you really recommend you to see elsewhere and not here.
3.5* Arrived about an hour after opening and waited about 1hr15 to get in, so that wasnt fun but should of shown up earlier. The Parc seemed to be nice and clean from what I could tell. We did the driving tour of the animals first, though Id recommend you do it last as it was very slow to get through all of it because of all the cars and animals slowing down the pace. The staff was great at moving animals off the roadway though, but people were stopping in the right lane when they should stop only to the right. PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE ANIMALS CARROTS! I attached a picture that says they get the animals sick at the entrance yet still..people were giving the animals carrots. Disrespectful and no care for the animals. Bring lettuce! The parc was decently organized, lazy river tubes are 2$ each to rent if you wanted to do the lazy river ride (we didnt). Great place for a family! I didnt find the parc to have that many animals but if you take advantage of the whole parc you can get a good full day of activity in, but arrive early! Picnic tables near the parking area great if you brought a lunch. We saw the restaurants but wanted something quick and cheap so we went to the little cafe next to the entrance. See picture for prices. 2 sandwiches, 2 salads a cookie and 2 bottles of water was about 25$ so not bad (similar to getting prepared lunch from a grocery store. The sit down restaurant was a bit pricier but we didnt end up going so cant say how the food was. The water areas were nice albeit somewhat busy, i did notice the water being brown from the metals etc but its harmless. Water was clear and seemed to be safe. All in all a good trip for a family and if you can get a discount on entrance it makes it a worthy day trip. See pictures! Please like my review!
I am beyond disappointed with my trip to Parc Safari due to COVID-19 the animal section requires everybody to roll up their windows and no one is allowed to feed the animals on top of that there are a quarter of the animals that they re usually are and none of them would approach the cars to make matters even worse no one in the park is required to wear a mask . The bathrooms are disgustingly dirty.
Animals cages are so small specially the lions and all animals looks sad and unhealthy .I've been to park safari many times and they have done absolutely nothing to the zoo inside , you would think after all these years they would make the enclosures bigger and add something to them . They look exactly the same , same little pool for the bears to go in , the enclosures are way too small , they have over 4 grizzly bears sharing the space of a small condo The wolfs have no space to run, you can see them pawing at the cage , the hyenas pace back and forth jumping on the cages , the tigers just walk back and forth in the their small cage , its absolutely disgusting to see such living conditions for these beautiful creatures . At this point they should close the zoo and just keep the safari minus the poor lonely elephant in his little enclosure .The animals walking around freely is the only thing that's pleasurable to see . The pool and safari is great , the rest should be shut down . I will not be coming back there anymore .
It s fairly expensive and the animals really don t seem to be very happy. I m not saying the habitats for the animals are that bad I m just saying they should be in the wild not caged up for human enjoyment no matter how nice the cage is (and the cages here aren t that nice). The staff is nice enough and the water park is ok if you re a kid or someone who wants to cool off but the water I sent very deep anywhere so swimming doesn t really work and diving is out of the question.
It s a great place for children. We spent a great day here. I saw on the park s website that it s not allowed anymore to feed the animals carrots, but I saw some people still gave camels carrots...
Loved it. The kids had a great time seeing the animals and in the water park
We been there the first day the parc opened. We got informed at the desk that the parc will close at 5 but the visit of the animal at 4h30. We arrived around 3h ish, we did the tour with our car which took about 45 min. We walked toward the animal but a employee told us it was closed( it was 4h)
Apparently the men at he desk sold us a ticket knowing it was closing at 4 so we paid 65$ for a tour with our own car.
Don t waist your money go to zoo Granby.
Nice day but the restaurants all seemed to run out of food. The cashier made 3 mistakes in my order for a hotdog and a poutine, it must be done. Usually park staff pleasant some passionate. A job at the beach store as I bought tickets for the very silly and mean Nile descent and seemed determined to warn me that the park was closing in a very unpleasant 2 hours.
What an experience! It really is a drive-thru zoo. We bought a packet of food, and an ostrich stuck it's head in the front window to get to the food in the back. They warn you that the zebras bite (so don't feed them), and you'd need a very patient driver. All in all, a very memorable experience. I wish we had been able to spend more time walking around!
We see the ads on tv about a wave pool and tube river on an hourly basis.... only to get there last week and they were all closed, being painted. So the tv ads announcing these attractions are misleading. We actually play a game and yell "liars" at the tv when the commercial comes up. Lol.
Thou zoo Wasn't very busy we had a long line up. Flies all over the place and the food. Water park was a huge dissapointment, tv wave pool is false advertisememt. Staff is disinterested.
Usually very nice place but they ruined our stay. Construction everywhere, closed sections, dirty water. Honestly I didn't expected that. I've been there couple of years ago and was so beautiful place but not anymore.
And the line to get in....O my... Crazy. We were there 15 min before opening hours and waited for 40 min to get in. We were served from a kid or at least looked like a kid with zero knowledge. Very disappointing
Looooong queue to enter the site, the water is cold and the new wave pool is small! I much prefer the Granby Zoo.
As for the park by car it's super well done, people who take the road course does not respect the rules which relent a lot of traffic. The park is well done and I loved the water games for children. They lack clean toilets and that works well and especially drinking troughs. I advise you to bring water! The park is under renovation so I guess it will be better to my next visit because yes I think to go back and if the toilets are better to develop as well as drinking troughs are added my note will easily go to 4.
By dint of going, we would expect the children to "get tired", but it would seem no! The only downside for the moment is that they are big jobs for what is the aquatic entertainment section but there is still a large section of games / water slides for toddlers and a Huge pool with a waterfall and a wave section!
Looks like an old abandoned park with a few poor animals stranded there. Needs major work!!!
Great day super fun the children liked the deer trail or could touch and feed them
The place should make larger living environments for the animals it seems very small for all the animals. The gift shop gets five stars friendly staff ,high quality to mid quality gifts at great prices. The animals really should have much more space.
