Great place to spend the day with family. Especially with kids of all ages.

The activities, tours, and facilities are all very accessible.

The animal attractions include but are not limited to: elephants, giraffes, rhinoceros, wapiti, monkeys, lions, emu, eagle, zebras, bears, meercats, rabbits, and of course deer. Really though... they have a lot to look at.

The park takes more than one day to visit.

The water park is vast enough to have loads of fun.

Arrive early on the weekends if you want to get certain things done first without a crowd. There are some moments when the parking lot feels like it can go on forever.

A perfect place for the family. After a beautiful turn of animals, there is a large water park to cool off !!

Beautiful activities for all the family, the visit of the animals in truck is a must!

I had fun with the kids a lot of animals to see.. tickets were cheap due to weather being cold now so no water park but the rest can t complain!

Unforgettable for children, it has an entire pool area and picnic area, if the day is sunny, be sure to bring a swimming trunks and swimsuit and snacks for the kids! Food court inside park weak.

It is good to approximate the animals, shame because there are no more zebra and giraffes its more in the path by car unfortunately during my visit I found the place dilapidated and a lot of activity closed the family restaurant is correct nothing more

Ok, good but too expensive! Water attractions are to be reviewed and too much queue that is not worth it.

We enjoyed our stay in Hemmingford.

What an amazing experience seeing felines up close and feeding deers, camels and giraffes. Don t forget to bring lettuce!

Family atmosphere. Great variety of activity. Good organisation. That said it is a bit expensive and really far from everything.

I had a pretty good day with my kids. I should say that they did not invested much last few days. We had a season pass two years in a row (2015 and 2016). I went yesterday with my kids and it was exactly the same, but older. The only difference was a wave pool, not big enough. The animals were nice though.

It is not interesting there are not many animals, we paid $ 120 plus tax for 2 adults and 1 child is very expensive.

1h15 in line, in our vehicle, engine running, between the arrival at Roxham Road, and the ticket office. Foolish! Great disappointment on this side. On a Thursday morning, out of construction holiday .. The site, good enough, the kids were in awe of seeing the animals and the car ride through the park was a success, despite it being the end of it. a long day. However, indications are lacking on the trails on the site where you are on foot, and the toilets are not very "family friendly", too small.

The day begins with a 1:30 wait to enter the site to get a letter saying that the wave pool is closed for work. In reality, the site of pools and slides is a huge building site with heavy machinery etc.Bref, It remains only the romper. Waiting for 30 minutes for an ice cream. Waiting for 30 minutes to change and put on our jerseys. Waiting for 35 minutes took in a cork on the safari ride. The lack of organization is obvious everywhere on the site. The supply of animals is very low compared to other zoo.

Very expensive park. The cost to enjoyment ratio is quite skewed.

The animal attraction is almost an afterthought to the sales of merchandise at the park.

Although, the giant cat area was very impressive and informative. Educational placards displayed sufficient information on the animals. More interaction by staff and with exhibits would have been a plus.

We really had a fabulous time there. Can't wait for the add-ons to be completed. Strongly recommend for a fun family day.

No more safari park it's not worth going to Granby ZOO instead

In principle I like the place my children really like this place but when you breastfeed its flat because you just have a mini place. It should have several breastfeeding rooms because you have to go to the entrance to make it drink its time lost and walking to drink at 3 am. When your at the other end and you have to walk 30 min to make yourself unpleasant!

Can do better at water games. Not bad for young children (water games).

Very entertaining, very beautiful environment .. and with the renovation that seems to move forward .. the best is coming .. I advise for a day with family or friends

Too expensive for what it offers, monster traffic jam to see the animals. For wild animals, it closes too early, and the swimming pools also close early ... a little disappointed with the visit: / I didn't have time to see everything

Nice family day! A little disappointed that the little rides were no longer ... Replaced by inflatable games .. The water games area is great! The slides and the paddling pool too, the pool has a ball ... Bof ... Water colder than the others, not so much waves that ... Only the very good swimmer can venture into the circle where is the ball ... The car safari always exciting ... The animals are really close! We can feed them with small boxes of special food to them (according to their recommended diet) at a cost of $ 2.50. But watch out for camels! They stole the whole box by pulling on it! And they do not hesitate to get their head full in our car to check if we have more! Hilarious!

This place is amazing! Many animals up close, water park for all ages, camel rides, plays and shows, etc...

Where are the toilets on site apart from the food court?
Inadequate mobile toilets a big lack here for so many people on a Saturday.

This is a wonderful place for kids new inflatable games and water slide you can pick pick nick there are places to be able to eat in families went to feed the animals by car or do a camel ride or dromedary crazy I was wrong between the two there are also shows for the little ones he gives you a map of the sites on the way back and more for the laziest well you also have good restaurants and above all not expensive.

It's good to do it once. Do not imagine yourself in an Africa Safari! The part reserved for feeding the animals is not wide. The lions section is very good

This place is a riot! ! Great memories of animals sticking their heads in our windows for food. We had a lot of fun.

Not a good place to get some fun. Too noisy and not family friendly at all. Prayer through the speakers - sorry it's too much. I'll find another place to go and Granby Zoo one of them.

The parc needed a facelift and it did get some. However, the newly added pool is a major disappointment and cannot be compared to any other wave pool in the area. The animal selection seems to be very limited. I recommend visiting the lions tunnel as this seems to be the highlight of the parc.

One of my favourite Safari parks. I always stop there on the way back from Canada. Definitely recommend to visit it.

Very nice park the personelle is very approachable only priblemeest it tells us to arrive at 8:30 for the lunch of the lion but it starts at 10:00

It wasn t as fun as I hoped for, but my daughter liked it. It was overall a good experience. Highly suggest to go perhaps during the weekdays to avoid the crowds and the waiting.

Do not recommend this place, Omega park is much better!

Spend more than an hour idling and very often stopped ... not very green ... especially to go and see animals that would breathe much better if the route would be by electric bus ... little idea for you to zoo administration. And btw ... your pools are not worth the cost ... cold and poorly maintained.

Very expensive for what you get compared to most zoos/wildlife parks around the world.
The parc buildings/fences/water parc is very old and worn out, but the plastic signs are new!

I imagine 10-15 years ago this might have been an enjoyable place, but today it is in a state of disrepair, the animals look sad and bored, the 'safari' drive-through is a joke, more like driving along a go kart track in a field looking at/feeding deer - go to parc Omega to experience a similar idea, but 10 times the scale.

For me, a drive through safari means literally driving through animal enclosures; lions, tigers, bears, monkeys, apes etc, where they are eating your mirrors and pulling any loose parts of cars, this is like driving through a normal park.

As for the zoo itself, it's pretty small, with large walks between the enclosures, luckily the paths are decorated with bronze statues to keep you interested/distracted. Hint: they're not interesting.

The whole place seemed more like an experiment in seeing if people are fed enough sugary drinks and greasy food as they wander around bashing the cages/glass of each animal to get some sort of reaction out of the tired animals, with not one person being told "please don't do that". Speaking of staff, most of them are teenagers, with not a lot of training/interest in dealing with misbehaving people - where are the adults?!

Apparently the parc is involved with some sort of captivity breeding program, but I saw no such signage/literature, only bright signs to the next ice creamery.
Even the information plaques for the animals were missing in some parts, leaving people to guess what they were seeing - teach people! It's important!

The entire water park area was closed to the public also, with no forewarning when buying tickets at full price (supposed to include the water park), as well as looking and smelling like a stagnant swamp - hardly enticing or well-kept.
Dotted along the paths are various gift shops, cafes, ice cream huts etc, but 90% all of them are closed and look like they would never open again, just rotting away...

On a positive note, the Feline tunnels were good, but a bit of a 'one hit wonder', their star attraction, but the cats all looked bored with their small enclosures, apart from the cheetahs, which seemed to have a nice large area to run in.

All in all, not a good place, my partner and I just found it depressing.
We will not be returning.

As long as the money gets spent legitimately on helping animals, as well as making sure their own animals are looked after, I don't mind paying the full price, but adding more and more brightly coloured 'Disney-style' rides and signs and games and eateries is not what I expect from a zoo whose primary concern should be the welfare of animals.

The place to go south of Montreal if you want to see all sorts of animal wildlife. Also has a water park with slides, a lazy river with some turbulence, so you can keep cool on those hot summer days. Beware of the crowds and go early!

Nice day with my daughter who lacks energy these days. We drove around and it was a nice walk. Some animals have come to the car to eat.

It is well in October, we see many animals outside. There are unique places like the lions tunnel and the deer forest. Otherwise we quickly go around because we receive the same animals that drive in the car.

Beautiful park. Lack of water rides, considering the claim to be a water park, only one tube ride that needs to be fixed as you continually get stuck on rocks. The animal interaction was awesome and food was good!

Very nice place. It's cool how u can stay in your car and the animals come to you. Also, very big playgrounds for kids to play in

It's a zoo, which impressed me with order and cleanliness, with great care. visitors, with special security for. big and small visitors.

In this moment a lot of renovation, some amusements are not available. It lacks varieties of animals. Formerly it was better. Hopefully renovations will bring something better in the future.
