A beautiful family experience. Present personal and many beautiful memories.

I was there today and I was very impressed with the variety of animals and the activities there. Being in a car and so close to animals is an amazing experience. The animals appear to be well taken care of and the personnel of the park were very welcoming. My kids loved the aqua park and could not get enough of it! Next year I will purchase a pass for the season and I believe it is well worth it!

Disappointing wave pool, few animals and half water games closed ..

Was ok, kids loved it. Make sure to buy a bit of those foods for animals for the deer park. The deers are much more well behaved than the ones in Japan Nara parc where they literally want to mob you

The safari drive, the tunnel of felines, road an experience

Save your money and go to Granby Zoo...at least you'll see more animals and won't be subject to the b.s. style of service, and design..and hopefully a more decent clientele.
Super expensive to see a few animals and to walk by a smoking area that you would only find in Quebec to be placed on the main path to everywhere..unreal!!!
Pretty sad..I couldn't wait to leave...A classless area, with rides that are falling apart, no one to guide you to where things are..a guessing game on reading the signs..just horrible lay out...Yes the rides are sad, straps are broken to where my 2 years old sat on a mini car ride..of course they'll change them or do the necessary fixes once a child get hurt or worse.
This place leaves nothing to envy - the poor care and concern Quebec has for its tourists is pretty evident Go visit Toronto, Maine, Vermont or any other popluar North American family spot and see how far behind this 'zoo' is...

Always 1 attractive place, the new wave pool is really small (could have happened) ... but the ballad on the airs is most enjoyable.
With the years I find the employees THE GUARDIANS of animals less courteous, those of the kiosks parcontre have the smile split to the ears!

Bit expensive, but nowadays, whats not expensive. But nice setup

Tourism side: Always nice to spend a day with family there, and this, despite the renovations. Wildlife: The animals are cramped off the course by car, they also lack shade and water (eg tiger - its pond was almost empty) during hot weather.

While I applaud the concept of seeing animals up close while in your vehicle, Parc Safari pales in comparison to the Granby Zoo. Parc Safari technically has all the features of GZ, but it's clear who invested more in recent years. My advice; fork up the extra $ for Granby.

I used go to a lot but last year i didn t go and i went this year it was so bad there were no rides at all just small inflatables it was so boring i was really excited but it was a disappointment if you want to go for rides just go to larone and it was overpriced

Very kid friendly and the animals are fun! Bring bathing suits with you as well!

Very average! The car tour section is good but what about the second section. The enclosures are really ordinary, the welfare of the animals does not seem to be a priority! Especially the feline area which seems to be several years behind what is being done elsewhere !! Clearly big investments would have to be made by the owners to bring the establishment up to standard.

Had a really great time with my 22 month old. The traffic to get in was long even though we showed up before it actually opened. I Don't know why they won't just open earlier . The drive threw safari was great and entertaining but make sure you bring lots of carrots since that's what they all want.

The water park was really and had a blast ! We spent 4 hours just playing in the water.

Recomandations: Bring your own lunches and drinks since they have lots of pick nick tables. Comfortable shoes . stroller unless you want to rent from there. Bring carrots.

Few attractions that are worth it with 2 young children. Complete power failure without backup system so an employee accompanies you to the bathroom with a flashlight. The monkeys are absent as are the elephants. But we still charge the full price. To avoid.

When we went, half the parc was closed for construction. We had no way of knowing this when we purchased our tickets on Tuango.

You can easily spend the whole day here!
Pack your lunch and have it there at the picnic tables. Bring your bathing suit for some cool time in the pool.

The animals are wonderful
but the park is much to expensive to visit often...the Cafe's were slow expensive and the their food inedible

Great park to spend a day inside. You can see Asia and African animals, play with water park. Amazing!

The park is a pity ... The animals too. They look miserable in empty shelters. I can understand that it is the covid, but it is expensive to see a parked park, not to see large animals, the windows closed, worse to be attacked by 4 camels and to be caught ... who have eaten my mirror d car, made a big dent .. And made lots of graffiti of teeth on my car.

Beautiful area. Well organised. No great diversity of animals compared to the competition. Some animals seem stressed. The pools and slippery water are interesting and entertaining.

We go there many times every summer. My kid loves every part of it. On the weekends or during construction vacation, make sure to get there a few minutes before opening time. Otherwise you might end up waiting in line in your car for hours.
Staff is very friendly and the indoor restaurant is pretty good.
Water games are fun and well monitored. Some animals enclosures feel too small for the animals. Some installations are outdated or completly unfunctional. So it looks old, but it is still fun to visit.

Feeding lettuce to the animals is still the best part of each visit, especially girrafs and bambies.

The world do not know how to drive, they do not understand the principle of one way to look and the other to go forward!

A good combination of two places, animal site seeing and water zone(pool) area.
Enjoyed a lot.

It's perfect for young children! The animals have a beautiful environment. But ... no shower to rinse and aquaparc is under construction so they closed several sections. And the park closes the doors at 17h and several activities ,,, and courses at 18h others at 18:30 including the aquaparc .. so assert that the park closes at 19h is not very good! In truth you must have left for 19h!

Very nice zoo ... the safari is very pleasant to do and well organize except that it does not sell vegetables to feed the animals on the site but enough to stop the little walk not far and bingo .. (a fun party to feed them ahqh) water park renovation it's going to be perfect for next year and the food the price is reasonable and still good

One of the most interesting zoos in the Province of Quebec. Ideal to enjoy with family.

Few scattered animals, no particular attraction, boring

Very fun driving through all the animals and feed them...be careful with the rules but otherwise it's so fun.. The animals are very friendly and they come to you.. there are many of them.. It takes about 1 hour to see all the ones in the driving section and about 2 for the walking section

Good zoo in general, normal cleanliness has excellent, friendly employees, good security for people and animals ... made for families with children under 12 to have fun in the water ... parcontre j ' have noticed a deterioration of the park in general ... in the decent nile (tube fall) there is a tunel that seems to be rusty at some place, and I think he could easily have small add fun during the decent as to paint some rocks to name the animals of the zoo, the countries where these animals come from ect. But I also notice the unpainted walkways or yard ... and also the painting at the corner of the giraffe still not repainted ... there is a big gap between the Granby Zoo and the safari park especially at their level. water park on the other hand I still love the safari park because there is the car ride and safe swimming for those who do not know how to swim well ... but from this stage reached (8-9 years old or max 12 years old) bigger slips elsewhere) we risk turning to their competitors ...

For starters, very long queue. For having visited several zoo is disorganize to accommodate people at the ticket office. We bought our special tickets online and it took 15 minutes as they did not know how to save them. Meanwhile the car queue was piling up. Then the safari section is good. There are many animals edf they come to see us. It takes 2 hours because there are a lot of people. Bring lettuce because animax love it. Also bring in the foot section. There is a toilet set out; it's disastrous. Chemical toilet extremely room in the morning, very happy to see a sink with soap maos there is more soap and it's been an hour that the park has opened its doors. In fact, several machines to disinfect the hands on the site but they are all empty. The foot section is good too. We see the animals ready if I compare with the Granby Zoo but the Granby Zoo is really hard to beat for the beauty of the site, the animals, the configuration of the site ( , games ...) the restaurants and kiosks of every kind.

A chance that there is the course in cars and giraffes because otherwise it would be frankly disappointing. Not a very large variety of animals and the pens are very simple. Nothing to do with the Zoo of St. Felicien.

Excellent day with the family! The only thing that stopped a 5 star rating was that the water park side wasn't fully open yet

A great place to take the children for a trip to see many different animals. They won t allow you to feed the animals carrots anymore, but you can still feed them other vegetables. There is also a great park and water activities for the children to do as well.

I do not wish to be nasty at all but I kind of dromedary m did FULL of grafignes but FULL everywhere on my pick up, mirror of the broken pick up. HYPER HYPER disappointed, a day more than expensive, it does not even mean all the damage on my truck. For the rest on the site is good but no pool wave and magic jack .. :-(.

Super nice day with the children, great freedom during the day, a paid ticket at the entrance of the Safari you do what you want, not much restriction, freedom of animals in several places. Very pleasant day for all temperatures ...

It was a fun day. Overall, the grounds were clean and well kept. Bathrooms were very clean as well. They were constructing certain sites so we were inconvenienced a little and were offered a free second visit. The only thing is that they mentioned that the wave.pool was.closed.but it was all the water except for the kid slides. They should advise that the animal food is cash only, or sell some at the entrance so that credit or debit card can be used. Also they should advise that there is a radio station... Unfortunately we noticed that as we were leaving. Water fountains are very scarce and no ATM machines to be found! Other than this, the rest of the visit was very fun and we all had a great time.

We went there for the swimming pool. With young children it's really worth a season past! Children love it and so do we

Great full day of fun and laughter for a family. Got a great deal for a family of four that included a nights stay at a hotel (Econolodge - which was also awesome). Well worth a visit with a family for a complete fun day (drive thru animal safari. Walk thru animal safari. Water park. Amusement park).

The information on paper is inaccurate .. We walk and we search far too much for what we can see! Positive note: the family restaurant has an excellent menu and a very good service

Take into account the long queue for purchasing tickets!

Children love to go there for the new wave pool, the descent of the Nile and the water slides. The terrace for feeding the giraffes is also one of their favorite places. The car safari also allows us to see up close and even feed the animals. Fairly clean considering the traffic on the site.

A beautiful family environment 35min from Montreal!

Well maintained installation. The pools at the park are great. Have enjoyed a very rare freedom nowadays in this park. The taken are not exaggerating.

Much too expensive for the can of open space very disappointed.But my daughter has a lot of love to see animals at least one positive thing

Very disappointed, the only pool for adults and super cold, have seen that the park is poorly maintained. The animals are lean. I strongly advise against There are just little games for little kids, but if you're a teenager or an adult, there's nothing special for you.

Wonderful place for children. Patience to be expected on hot days. Becomes a little expensive. Great for water games lovers.

It was fun but I would've liked to see more a lot of the attractions were closed for renovation Anyways I guess I'll have to go back I want to go back anyways

Beautiful park, well maintained and the animals look good! Full of beautiful parks and what to say water games!

For young children it is good. It is certain that the installation of the aqua park is not finished, it will surely help. The staff is very courteous. Nice outing but I would not go back every year.

Time to enter the park is about 1h30min. Cannot be worse than that !!!

Great place ..but if you want to swim. Wait a few weeks..lots of construction right now.

Good place to bring your children beautiful area just a bit to pricey

This place used to hold a high place in my heart ,but now seeing the animals they have on the tour changes everything. I feel like the parc is kinda run down looking. More activities for kids in the main area of the parc. Do not eat anything from the food service counters....flies everywhere!

My first time and I loved it. Only drawback was we couldn't feed the animals.

Amazing experience. Entry fees was 44$ per person which is totally worth it!

Original zoological park for its section route by car with the free animals which walk around the vehicles, allows to see the animals very close. Glass tunnel to see the felines up close: sensational. Very courteous park staff and communicate their passion for animals! We can see that they like what they do! Several presentations on the schedule.
Maintains the park: leaves much to be desired. Messy and clogged toilets (men's changing room section in aquapark), not wanted to swim, bottom of brown pools or brown water? Wave pool = portion of a renovated swimming pool in a circle so I was not interested in going there.
In short, leaves me the impression of attracted customers by reputation, but remains a pleasant and dynamic zoo to visit.

I love the fact that you can drive through the Safari and turn on the radio station. It was great being able to learn about animals that are not native to our area. So much to see...The gift shop, is FABULOUS!!! I could spend all day there! Gluten Free options at the restaurants.

If we could this place deserves 10 stars!

Driving around was not the best part. Too many people clogging the way, not following any directions on the signs. Basically people make the experience not great. The park itself is fun and the water areas kept the kids busy for hours. Facilities for families (ie breastfeeding rooms or family bathrooms, cart rental) are not present but there are some useful things for kids. Lower urinals, little benches to wash hands etc etc. Didn't interact with staff much but the ones we met were nice.

Parc Safari one of the best place to spend all day with your family. Its definitely worth to buy a season pass. Food is Okay there, but park Safari allows to bring own food plus they have different areas for picnic.
I would definitely recommend this place.
