Food was good. Thats about it.Altho resto was def dirty. Ud better off eat outside. The zoo itself was ok, most animal look like they were drying out , waiting for someone to put em out of their misery. Waterpark was basic looking. Went to zoo granby a week after that and the difference was HUGE.

When you do the safari on your own car, the price is included in your ticket. Is a pretty good activity. My Kids loved it... they enjoyed feeding the animals and seeing them from really close was amazing. Or you can take their transport for $$ and come Inside with the giraffes and others animals that you can't see from your own car.
I liked the possibility of seeing animals from really close, it's a wonderful experience, however I saw sad caged animals. Many of them were on veterinary check out, so they weren't outside. I saw the tiger in a small cage ...It feels wrong. But they looked healthy.

The pool was super cold. unimpressive waves. But the pool for the little ones was good and also the slides. Next year they will have more options for the water park which is good.

I think in general that the main idea is good, but obviously if you expect to see the animals close, the cages gonna be small.

After 2 hours to get there, there was a very long queue to pay and park, even if we already had our tickets, the wait lasts 1h15. We wanted to feed the animals to see them closely in the car route. But in many vehicles people had vegetables, including carrots (which are supposedly banned as food). So with our little boxes of food bought on the spot ... the animals did not want them. The water park is small, the wave pool is mostly for young people. The descent of the small river with the tubes is paying. The cleanliness of the bathrooms leaves something to be desired. And I do not know if it's still like that but the day we went there, there are several places, including near restaurants where there were regular sewage odors ... and no it did not come from animal pens ...
We still liked to see some animals closely, giraffes, felines and animals that were free, that we could flatter.

It's a really nice place for small families :) the deer trail is wonderful, you can feed the animals and touch them ... you can also walk on a catwalk and feed the giraffes :) of course you should arrive early in the morning, because at the end of the day he is no longer hungry and they are tired ... the journey by car is also very easy but unfortunately there are fewer animals than in my young days ... for the rest on the site there are no more rides, the water attraction is really for children, I think it should renovate a bit, change the colors, put more animals or even put back some rides, have more entertainment then finally the mascots it looks like he's 50 years old you should change them ... honestly it was a beautiful day but I prefer to go to the Granby Zoo

Extremely hot day ... the animals were often sleeping, I really liked the lions and the car ride !! But, people do not respect the instructions, they should not give carrots to animals because it makes them SICK, the parents of the children who gave them did not care about animal welfare !!

Some positive points like special accommodations in these difficult times of COVID.
when visiting by car you must keep the windows almost closed (difficult without A / C and during torid days.)
Also provide that the price of access to the water park is an addition (I believe $ 5) to that of the visit. It is also necessary to book in advance (limited places).

Due to the pandemic, the car circuit must be with the windows closed and it is forbidden to feed the animals. Additional costs and precise timetables are also foreseen to access the water park. For $ 112 I don't feel like I got my money's worth. I've seen a lot of employees wear their masks incorrectly and that's when they wear them. Hopefully fixes will be made for the 2021 season, as for 2020, I won't be going back.

I was on weekends

When it was done, it was noticeable that it did not have any utensils on the table, other things we did not offer glasses of water and this is basic in all restore worthy of name and for to finish I order a coffee when I finish I ask for another coffee and the waitress never came back to serve me. In any case never again will I go back there is sure and certain.

So we loved our day....but it didn't involved the animal as much as the water park and other games. Don't get me wrong : we had fun doing the car safari and watching the lions. But it seems like there were less animals this year and some section of the park are closing so early.
The pool area is really fun, with different water experience for kids of different ages, lots of lounger and plenty of drink options.
So get there as early as you can in the morning to make the most of both world, in will be well worth it.

Apart from the animals, the place is poorly clean, very much in need of renovations and do not go to the restaurant for the family, it is the worst place both for the service decor and food! A beautiful trapdoor to tourists! Try the Granby Zoo instead!
Yes and for the wait, just once in their way to get to the ticket office it takes at least an hour, and there I was not the weekend!

Exceptionally disappointing experience. my son got sick when we arrived & nice lady at the information booth said no problem to leave and we just needed to email customer service as they will provide 2 complimentary to return. After my wife & I returned home we emailed customer service & they responded they don't ever provide complimentary tickets unless the person leaves by ambulance. Talk about not having a heart especially for a venue that thrives on children (& parents) enjoyment and positive word of mouth referrals. We will not be returning!

3.5* There were no line ups, Compare to previous reviews as we went in September , not too many people.. The water parc was already closed because of the weather... Overall it was ok..
I didn't like the fact that they are using plastic bottles, tunnels to entertain tbe animals..

For animals, beautiful experience! We loved it. For water games, the wave pool is small and unheated. The trippe circuit in the water is $ 2 extra ... why not add it to the ticket or at least sell it at the entrance? Not practical! No money on me when I plan on going to suck!

Have been there twice. I definitely recommend you do the driving portion first. The animals will more active and hungry. The lions are impressive, and being able to see them up close through the glass tunnel is a bit of a humbling experience. They feed the lions at certain times. So if you want to get some decent photos get a good spot early on. It gets crowded fast! The pool area is a nice refreshing break, especially fif you have kids and it's a hot day.

I find it very sad to pay full price $ 180 for 2 adults 3 children for half of the activity and not being able to at least feed the animals the main activity that leads us to go to the safari park.

A very fun variation of the regular zoo ! A lot of close up encounters with many animals... Safari parc offers fun activities for the entire family ! The driving segment is definitely the biggest highlight, but the food is also pretty good ! (If you can, try having lunch at their "L'Explorateur" Restaurant...truly a treat !)

The wave pool was not functional. We have not been notified. So there was no adult swim. In addition, the adventure safari had less than 10 animals. It was almost empty. I will never go back again! It is not worth the trouble.!!!!!!

Safari, zoo, playgrounds for kids, mini golf, slides, some water attractions, picnic areas all in the same place. I and my family had a lot of fun. While doing the safari ride you can feed the animals. The camels, bison, and ostriches are more willing to be fed. The lions, bears, and monkeys are not part of safari ride as they are kept on the other side of the park. For parents - there are hammocks and big pillows that you can crash on while your kids are on the playground!! Great place to spend your day.

There are few animals for the route by car, we are going on a Monday in high season and the route was painful since there were many cars. Besides, the animals didn't want to eat the zoo food (we wasted it). Disappointed with your visit, I don't think we will return.
