The hotel was great. The gentleman who helped us as we were checking in (Aaron?) Was very courteous and helpful. The only downside was they were hosting a marijuana and business summit so the hotel halls and entrance was inundated with fumes. There were children and families staying there and I wished that there was some warning. Other than that, great hotel and the location was perfect for bar hopping and eating.

Nearly everything about this hotel was perfect for me as a business traveler. The room was nice and clean and near to the businesses I needed to visit. The one exception: I've never had to wait through a line three people deep and ten minutes long to check in or out. I either had really bad luck at Parc 55 or this hotel should hire another person to open up one of the empty stations at the counter when there are people waiting to get some rest...

Nice Hilton hotel with the benefit of every room having a bay window. Close to everything - easy walking distance to a lot of places. Three restraunts in this building. Larger then normal room with all the comfort and amenities of a Hilton.

My parents stayed here last week, the rooms seemed pretty nice and it's location is great if you are doing things downtown, that said it's really close to the tenderloin which isn't exactly the nicest part of town. The bar is also way overpriced for watered down drinks.

The hotel check in, entrance, and room we're all very clean. It was easy to book a last minute reservation and made everything very fluid. The rooms were very spacious and had a great view. The pool was also nice.

Nice rooms, but overpriced for a hotel that has no pool. Also too much of an unfriendly security and police environment and the neighborhood doesn t help either. Don t bother staying here even if you can afford it.

Hotel was nice, staff was very friendly and accommodating as we had to have them hold our luggage after we checked out for a while, location was great and a short walk to lots of things!

The lobby looks really nice. The room I stayed in looked like it needed serious updates in the bathroom in particular. The carpet was old. The hallway carpet was even more disgusting. The room in general smelled geriatric. The bed was comfortable which is the most important thing for me. The room was not 4 star. However I did receive very nice service from the front desk.

Amazing staff that bend over backwards for guest. The room we had reservations for was not ready and it smelled of cigarettes, they gave us a better room and comp breakfast for the rest of our days. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms had great view of the city. Beds were comfy. Bathroom was roomy and given enough toiletries. Fitness center had great equipment. My friend who made the reservations, was communicating via text with management, to solve problems. Now that is awesome!

My complaint would be the dramatic patrons that projected so much victimization from the staff. The crew see so many clients from all over the world, they are cultural competent, and respectful. This hotel has a strong team, which makes it easy to stay again.

Average hotel room by comparison to previous hotels stayed in, non complimentary wifi for an international guest is poor and shower is in a small bath which is far from ideal in a modern hotel. On the plus side really comfortable king bed, helpful cheerful staff and great bar and restaurants aswell as an excellent location with close proximity to union square, shops and public transport.

Location is convenient for station square. Also used by airline crews. Early check-in is required to pay. You can leave your luggage at Bellboy on the first floor until check-in time.

Rooms were nice. Eleveator was a little strange, but you get used to it. The bar was nice, drinks were good, and bartenders were friendly. Also there were puppies in the lobby, which was cute.

Do we have zero star option? This hotel is old, smells, noisy, dirty by the standard. But that s doesn t matter that much. Because the stuffs are horrible! They don t ask you membership, forget to give you WiFi code, never helping on the luggage, the valet guy just simply hand you the key after 25 mins of waiting, without helping the luggage, or at least open the god damn door. They don t want you tip, they just trying to be cool. Never come back to this hotel again!

Great conference halls, spacious rooms, good ambience. Not very many coffee and lobby workspace options. Located right at the edge of the decent part of San Francisco, ten minutes walk from Moscone center and right at the entrance of Powell Street Bart station. Would recommend.
