Easily my favorite hotel in San Francisco. Excellent staff, the amenities are excellent, and they even updated the elevators for optimum efficiency by letting you dial up which floor to go to and one of 6 elevators will arrive just for you (or a group of numbers that align with the requests). Love this hotel!

Went to Kin Khao restaurant. Very pleasant custom wooden tables there, and a great slanted street view. It was awkward having to get a keycard to use the hotel's bathroom. Otherwise the food and drink was very pleasant (although I don't know about it being Michelin star level). Definitely try the dirty tomato sauce. Green rabbit curry was also great.

Amazing views from the room and great hotel service. The maids went above and beyond. Also super comfortable rooms and beds and everything. We got a noise complaint but deserved it. Also kind of a sketchy neighborhood but nothing you wouldn't expect from being near the tenderloin. Would definitely stay here again

I was here for the big Salesforce conference called DreamForce and this hotel was walking distance to everything I needed. The staff are friendly. I only gave it 3 stars because they do not offer room service and I need good coffee to start my day.

I always feel welcomed here and happy to visit. The bar options always please as are the eager bar servers. The happy hour is super great and the bar bites compliment the libations and the wallet. Whether I'm visiting, lodging or just stopping for a quick drink, I'm never disappointed. PARC55, you got a loyal patron in me. Let's make it a double, !

I came to drop off an item that a guest left at my home. The hotel would not hold the item for me. They did not have the man's name in their system due to an issue with his company making the booking. Instead, I had to wait 45 minutes until the hotel guest could come and claim the item. The lack of flexibility in the hotel policy was disappointing. To the credit of the concierge that was assisting me, she did try several different ways to look up the guest and I did not know the company for which he worked.

Very modern accommodations! This place is very hip and uses innovative technology and design principles to deliver a great experience to their guests.

They accommodated the entire University of Arizona Pride of Arizona marching band when we went to the Foster Farms Bowl last year, and for that I am forever grateful.

Great hotel. The bar down in the lobby has some good cocktails. Room was clean and comfortable. We got the upgraded view of the city in the corner. Really the only reason I am knocking it down was the parking. I get it you are parking in the city. It is gonna be expensive but $70 to park overnight was ridiculous!

My husband and I are staying here for 2 weeks. Room is average, bathroom is roomy but there isn't any dresser drawers to unpack our clothes. Difficult to live out of a suitcase. This is a hotel and accommodations should be provided so people can stay comfortably.

Very cool hotel with an interesting architecture to the exterior, rooms are sized appropriately and comfortable and almost every room has a bay window, cool in room tablet, good tv, wifi available, staff is friendly and helpful, AMAZING dining at Kin Khao on the lobby level, Michelin starred Thai restaurant. Walking distance to Union Square shopping and mere steps from Powell Station.

Very nice hotel with friendly efficient staff. Near to Union Square, such much within walking distance. Rooms are good size and room rates quite reasonable. Parking costs are very high however at $76 per night and valet only. Elevators operate differently with no floor buttons in elevator cars. Instead you enter the floor you wish when calling for an elevator and the screen displays which lettered car to board. I would stay here again

I think that the hotel staff are very biased!!!!! As soon as i walked in, it felt like i had the wrong place... Hotel staff there act like they C.I.A ijs you never know who someone is or who they know... You should count your blessings and change your approach

I had sent the package to the hotel in advance, but for receipt I was instructed to go to the Fedex counter inside the hotel. When I went to Fedex, I received $ 10 as Handling Fee for each package received, and received the package. I was surprised to find out that my hotel in Japan didn't charge my baggage claim fee (Shipping Fee was a paid package). . I will share the experience of that w

The hotel is situated at a convenient location in San Francisco. The conference rooms are good and the rooms are well maintained. The hotel is in walking distance to Union Square and several other hot spots in the city. Overall a good and satisfying stay.

A great addition to the Hilton properties in downtown San Francisco. Very clean and modern lobby, great bar and restaurant. Staff is outstanding - extraordinarily helpful and friendly. Great location. Will definitely return.

The lobby was prettty nice. Ate at Kin Khao which is on the opposite side of the hotel entrance. Wings were spicy, dishes were delicious, and drinks weree cool. Staff service was great as well.

Good.

so disappointed in the Cable 55 restaurant at this hotel. I just sat for 20 minutes in a relatively empty restaurant getting ignored by the waiter who was busy serving the only other 2 people in the restaurant. I guess they had to share the silverware? So disappointing and insulting. I'm hoping this isn't a pre-lim to the rest of my stay at this hotel. Have to go...Burger King is across the street, maybe I can get service there.

My company book to this room for me to stay in while traveling on business they were taken for quite a ride on the nightly rate but we were desperate and there was nowhere else to go last minute but considering what they paid I expected a lot more than what was provided the room seemed pretty outdated and it was a very No Frills accommodation. Waited about 30 minutes to check in and the people in front of me we're big babies and giving free breakfast and all sorts of complimentary things I didn't complain and waited my turn and I got nothing I guess as they always say the squeaky wheel gets the grease. Came across several insanely obliterated drunk girls clutzing down the hall but couldn't even stand up and then upon catching the elevator down to the lobby was greeted by puke all over the place. I wouldn't return or wouldn't recommend.

Great staff members who are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and share information that will help make your stay enjoyable. They have great suggestions for places to visit, shop and dine while you're here. I would suggest walking everywhere in order to really see the city and use public transportation for longer distances. Parking downtown is very limited and driving downtown can be very difficult and stressful. Parcel 55 is very convenient for a central hub and starting point for your journeys.

Rooms were clean

Rooms were clean
Beds were awesome
But desk agent needs to be retrained HILTON'S policy for their Diamond Member. She embrassed me.
She was curt.
She did not have clear understanding of Hilton's policies.
Worst experience as a diamond member on a Hilton Property .
Because of the rooms, their rooms it gets 3 stars.

It's OK hotel

But breakfast is way too expensive, and neighborhood is not safe at night

Waste of money. Staying here currently for a work trip thinking for downtown San Fran this would be a nice hotel. I've stayed at Hamptons in the middle of no where that were better kept. Dingy and doesn't even offer room service. I'm a Silver member but would rather stay at a Marriot than this place.

Our first trip to San Francisco. We were here with the company that we promote and were part of a large group. I called about a week before we arrived and told them it was our anniversary when we were there, and I was assured they would take care of us. When we arrived, we had an excellent room with a 180 degree view of downtown, and later came back to our room to find fresh fruit and chocolate covered strawberries. The staff has been superior throughout the duration of our stay, the hotel is very clean and modern, and is central to a lot of downtown attractions. Definitely a great place to stay!

The location was great. The rooms are okay...comfortable bed and sitting area, the tub and shower were very old (even in our "deluxe" room). The biggest complaint was the noise; the rooms do not seem well insulated as far as sound goes. Further, the service was just okay; there was a phantom charge for parking (we took the train to the city) and room service was not available at 10:50 pm on a Saturday night (they explained they had closed the kitchen for the evening). Bottom line: okay stay, reasonable price, great location, but would look for something different on next trip.

Nice hotel and location. You just have to wait so long on their checkin/checkout. Wish they can fix that. So their guests don t have to wait that long. Since everything have been paid online. All they need is your ID to verify your identity and hand over the keycard. The valet parking is super expensive! Rated @60/day. Thought I was going to have a heart attack! At least a good rate for your guests who use the valet? Tsk!

The hotel is located right in the heart of the city. The shopping malls and restaurants are a short walk away which makes it so accessible. The staff here are amazing and friendly, always ready with a smile and so willing to help. Will definitely be back here.

This is the first Hilton I haven't been happy with. First, the staff is friendly and professional, so that wasn't the problem at all. The room was barely mediocre, the halls were dimly lit, no mini fridge, some of the lamps in the room didn't work, the bathroom was pathetic and...the elevators; I've never seen this before, but guests would have to wait for 10+ minutes just to ride the elevators a few floors. The doors would overtly try to kill you and some of the lights don't work. Again, not a typical Hilton experience for sure.

I spend the weeked here. Perfect spot because walk to the China town, shoping area, near the bike staion, so we rode bikes to the Cliff House, had yummy blackfast sat next to the window. We saw sea lions, but it was serffers . ^^;; we rode to the beach whil we watched local people. They enjoy their weekend. We walked on the sand 30min, after headed to the pier 39 area. We stop by yhe Asian museum, i didn't visit it, but if you can, you'll have good time. However, It was great time for a weekend trip. At that time i was so sick, but I made it, and enjoyed it.

Hotel is very good, you have all kinds of shops nearby. Even the cable train can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The rooms in the upper floor are ideal, as you have a great view of the city, just great!

Overall, this is a very good hotel, the location is very good, we really enjoy staying here. For me, it's not worth $300 a night, the room doesn't have wifi, there is no free parking, unless you really like the location here, have money to spend. We booked the hotel through the Priceline website, so we got a considerable discount ($150 per night), and the car heard the parking garage off a few blocks away, avoiding paying $60 a day for parking. Breakfast is nothing special, but the staff is not...
