Loud rooms. I stayed at 19th floor, yet still had significant ambient noises from the street (air vents was closed) + significant noises and vibrations from the building (aircon was off) + significant noise from next room through the wall. slept w earplugs all days but last.

the view from the room was nice though.

This is just your standard Hilton. Negatives: No room service; needs a reno. Positives: Great location; great fitness center. The windows were washed last about 15 years ago, it seems. Overall, an average Hilton property.

We called ahead to confirm we could leave bags here while not being guests, which was confirmed by whoever answered the phone. However when we arrived we discovered that was not the case. Bag check is only for incoming or outgoing guests.

Good food. The place is a bit loud but accommodating more than 50 people in tables close to each other, it feels like a giat family party! Food is good and for that price, it's amazing place to have a date too! Nothing beats good food at great price. Some dishes were very tangy / lemony / bittersweet but i am not a great food critic so cant say much. If you want to have good thai food at great price, i will definitely recommend this place.

Frequently stay at Hilton Hotels. I tried to book a 2 night stay here as they are where I need to be. They would not allow me to stay 2 nights but could accommodate 3!!! Really annoying and will avoid Hilton Hotels from now on out of spite!

The hotel is old. We stayed in an apartment. With the exception of the kitchen the furniture was old, the carpet was old. We had a good view though and it's in a good area downtown. Homeless population kind of distracts the experience. Breakfast was great and good appetizers for dinner. The customer service customer at check in was subpar at times. Beware of the expensive garage parking ....90.00 per day.

If I didn't have to stay here I wouldn't. It was booked by my agent and required by my company You can't beat the location in the middle of everything. Which is also a problem because it's in the middle of everything. I was upgraded to a junior suite which was basically a corner room and very noisy. I would have much preferred a small room facing the interior courtyard given that I am a light sleeper.

Clean rooms. Nice bar.

Good location for getting anywhere. Near cable car pickup/dropoff location. Close to shopping. Lots of restaurant options.

Love the decor, and ambience in this place. The conference rooms were comfortable. The food was incredible! The room was comfortable as well with heavy pillows, a business desk, and other amenities. The hotel's staff was very helpful, friendly, and kind. The hotel was also clean.

Hotel rooms are comfortable, quiet and have very nice amenities with the exception of a really cheap blow dryer. Other than that, the bed sheets are soft and inviting and the views of the city are incredible. Also, the hotel is very close to shopping and there is an amazing Thai restaurant located right at the hotel, Kin Khao. This is a definite must!

Just spent 4 nights at Parcs 55. Looks very impressive from the outside. Staff very helpful and foyer area lovely and modern. Rooms really really need updating Mr Hilton. Room was really clean and view fantastic. So central to all the action l would recommend and stay again but please update for the price you charge per night l would expect better. There are a lot of homeless people about but it's the same in any English city. Avoid Italian across the road at all costs as talking to someone on the flight home and he said him and his wife got food poisoning in December and he has since met someone else who had the same issue with the same restaurant.

My first time in San Francisco and Parc 55. Its centrally located in the heart of downtown. Lots of stores for nearby (grocery, clothing, eating, clubbing) not far from the airport, golden gate bridge and Oakland) Rooms were clean, concierge was very nice and offered lots of eating options) would definitely stay again

Parc 55 is an upscale hotel. While I was staying at Parc 55 there was a huge storm and I was kept awake by the wind rattling the building at night. The hotel was kind enough to provide earplugs the following night.

Great location to shopping, restaurants, cable cars, Muni, Chinatown & Fishermen's Wharf. Excellent customer service and free breakfast buffet for diamond members which included delicious dim sum. When we needed a microwave, it was brought up to our room promptly. You could refill your water bottles at the bar. Cleaning staff was very thorough and friendly. This hotel really values their customers!! Would return in a heartbeat. :)

I don't often leave reviews, but I had such a great time and wonderful experience with Parc 55, that I WILL be back. Maria, in particular, at the front desk set the stage beautifully for what was a clean, upscale experience from the valet to the prompt, friendly staff. Easy to recommend!

Stayed here for a long weekend. Excellent bar and lounge, good concierge service and great location. Ten minutes walk away from Union Square, Market St and SoMA. Ten minute drive from Mission District. The Powell St BART station is right next to the Hotel entrance. Several good food options just a block away and Westfield Powell St Mall is a block away from the entrance.

My start here started off on a bad foot, but when asked about my stay all of my issues we're promptly responded to and quite frankly exceeded. The staff asked if they could make it right and they most certainly did. I will stay in the hotel again in the future.

Pretty good. I went using one of those discount hotel websites that fills rooms for hotels, so I can't speak to value for the standard price. However, I can say that the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was pretty much as you'd expect from a nice hotel. Staff was accommodating. Location is great if you want to be downtown. Especially if you are, as I was, a tourist and going to do touristy things. The not so nice things: they do tell you they have a pool, they don't. You have ACCESS to one with your stay, but it's in a different hotel (which apparently is real close, I didn't bother as soon as I found out I'd have to leave the hotel to go). The only other comment I'd have is the pillows are ULTRA soft, but this means if you want any head support you're using multiple pillows.

I stayed here for a three night business trip in early May and look forward to staying for another five night business trip next week. Here are the Pros... +Front desk staff friendly and helpful: upgraded me to a club level room, provided a mini fridge for baby milk storage (to bring back home), straightened out reservations errors made by the Wyndham call center, recommended joining "Wyndham by Request" (which is free) to get free internet. +Catering food was delicious. I didn't eat at the restaurant, but I imagine it's similar. +Catering staff was very helpful - packed my lunches so I could spend that time in my room. +Location is great, just a block from the Powell St. muni station and a giant indoor mall. And here are the Cons... -I enjoyed it so much I decided to bring baby and my mom (babysitter) next time, but I really wanted a bigger room for that and they couldn't make it happen, so we'll have to squeeze! -The neighborhood isn't fantastic, but probably safe even alone at night if you're alert. -The TV was confusing, I couldn't figure out how to just watch channels and gave up. -The hot tap water was scaldingly hot; at least 140 degrees (room 3063 in case someone from the hotel sees this review).

The center is homeless San Francisco, the room is on the 7th floor Powell station side, so the voice is very loud until midnight. Hotel room Wi-Fi is charged imadoki. I wonder if it will be worth spending money on Wi-Fi. At the top of the world, San Francisco, where the hotel was tall, the attitude of the bell desk was arrogant. It felt a little bad ... The only advantage was that it was near the station.
Good point has a just close from Powell station. They have a free Wi-Fi at room, we have to pay for the fee, it's not great service .... I stayed 7th floor that was quite noisy for outside.

Our room was fine, however we paid $91 to park our car with the valet below the hotel and they completely trashed our car. My dads Apple Watch was stolen as well as other random items in his car. They threw all of our belongings all over the car and did not even try to hide the fact that they had gone through the whole car. We would ve parked in one of the sketchy spots for $15 a day if we would have known our car would be ransacked either way. So not worth the stay, save your $$.
