Pretty nice hotel for a reasonable price. The location was a little bit noisy though.
Pretty nice hotel for a reasonable price. The location was a little bit noisy though.
Good hotel near union square. The rooms were very clean and outside view was excellent. There was coffee brewing machine, iron board, sofa , mini fridge and a big TV. Room service was very good and rooms were cleaned daily. One bottle of water is charged at $6. Only disappointment was that there is no free water or complimentary breakfast. There is a lobby in 1 floor and reception at 2nd floor. Staff are helpful and they provide microwave oven on request.
Lobby was modern but rooms and floors were not. Restaurant was pretty good but there is no room service. Front desk staff was less than helpful when we had an issue at check-in.
Great location, not too dangerous in the evening as it is in the center of all traffic. Bedding is clean and roomy. If you join a Hilton Honors membership, Wi-Fi is free!
Went it Kin Khao for dinner so didn't use the hotel much. The area seemed nice and the restroom clean.
It was $270 for the night, and they leave -powdered non-dairy creamer- in my room to go with the coffee/tea? Talk about cutting corners!!!
Centrally located.
Too expensive with little amenities
Really nice hotel located in a central location in downtown SF. However I got charged for a package I got delivered to in the hotel and usually I get them free of charge in most hotels I stay in in the US. They do a really nice breakfast buffet for $20 which has a really wide selection of food. Would stay again
Parc 55 is a beautiful hotel! The employees are super friendly and willing to help with any questions. If you're looking for a clean comfortable room this is the place you want to stay at.
Very nice, enjoyed it. Just be careful of the stupid in room coffee maker
Price for this room was exorbitant and it wasn't really anything to write home about. That's probably standard for the area though.
It was the last hotel in the 17 nights and 16 nights journey in the West. I stayed 2 nights and 3 days and it was good for the cost performance!!
The high-rise view is so good!
Cable car, bart bus, etc. all pass right in front of the hotel. Therefore, returning the rental car before check-in is essential!!
Even after a three-day Muni Pass for one night's parking fee, the lunch price falls again!!!
It was San's last good memory!!
And if you want to depart for San Francisco, Bart is recommended!!If you get off after overcoming the tremendous noise and innocent in-car broadcast for 30 minutes, it is the airport!!!
Accessibility cannot be compared with Korea's airport railway!!!! Completely convenient!!!!!
But watch out for beggars around the station!!! Scary
Excellent location and service. Near unioin square and moscone center.
Excellent location in the center of downtown. I was comfortable. 189603-05
Great service, got a free room upgrade for my birthday too!
Great location close to a number of transportation options and shopping. Amazing views of the city. Clean rooms and hallways and nice furnishings, and the bed was very comfortable. The one thing that suprised me was the level of street noise that I could hear from 22 stories up- they provide earplugs in the restroom in the case that you need them.
Great place
Car service to the airport
Friendly staff
Overall just an ok hotel. Overpriced for what you get, outdated building, and rude staff.
Clean room, impeccable service, and a decent value considering the area
Good hotel Quality service, comfortable and clean rooms
The hotel is located very central in town. Short distance to all attractions. The rooms are very fine.
Room was clean, had a weird smell to it, but comfortable. Had only one USB outlet, these days you would expect more that one in a room. Parking on site had no discounts for overnight guest, seems little jacked up. Other than that little over priced but for the location not bad. They really need to think about giving overnight guests a discount on overnight parking.
Checked in for 4 nights. Unfortunately shortly after check in I found out I had to cut my trip short by two nights. I spoke to the front desk manager and he said he can refund my the last two nights no problem and they even gave me a receipt showing it. However when I went to check out after the two nights the bill was more than what he told me. I went to the front desk and they could not figure out why nor do anything for me. They were completely clueless. I called back later and spoke to the manager who originally told me he would take care of it and he said sorry nothing I can do now even though he remembered me. Just terrible customer service.
Stayed for 2 nights and everything was amazing. Service was quick and facilities were kept pristine.
This was a great stay, the electronic key worked beautifully. The front desk sent up water bottles when asked and the wifi was solid my whole stay. The area was great for going to the moscone center for the convention but also right by the cable car line for sight seeing.
Beautiful hotel located just around the corner from Union Square. Room was amazing and service was top notch. Next time in SF I will be staying there again.
The room was small, but that's to be expected since it's San Francisco. What really changed the rating was that we were paying a lot per night to stay there and the room wasn't clean. We found someone else's toe nail clippings scattered throughout the room.
To be fair to the staff, once we notified them they took care of it immediately, but it still soured the whole experience.
Room had a great view. Staff was responsive to request
I highly would not recommend the Parc 55 Hotel in San Francisco they have no room service The Rose art up to standard and the staff is not conscientious when it comes to taking care of their guests.
This Hilton property is located in the heart of union square. This property is very modern and it is really near to bunch of restaurants and union square mall. You can also get trams to fisherman s wharf from nearby.
Friend booked a suite on the 31st floor. Room was huge and the bedroom was just as spacey as the living room area. Small bar area. Lots of seating and the view was very nice.
Centrally located in SF. Great service and inviting ambiance. Would definitely stay here, again
Only complaint was how long it took to check in, which wasn't helped by them trying to up sale me.
The location is really good.
The facility is not very clean, but it is a star. It is not uncomfortable to not be disappointed.
Great location in downtown San Francisco, clean room.
This is a normal 4 star room for 400$. Wifi not included, water bottle 6$, breakfast not included. Housekeeping is meh. Typical business hotel hoping for careless people spending it anyway cause the company refunds. The gym is great though.
We had classes here. They were very nice. Hotel was very clean
this is an amazing hotel. from the valet parking to the club lounge. they also after free high speed internet access complementary with your stay. the front desk person was very nice and helpful.the room was very clean, the rooms could use a "mini remodel" just to make things look more modern, but i still had a very comfortable stay.
We decided to stay here for our honeymoon, every time we have stayed in San Francisco we always book here.
This time around we stayed for a couple of night and we told the front attendant we had just gotten married nd chose to stay there, he was nice and said he would upgrade us.
I was very disappointed since this room turned out to be dirty and falling apart.
This is a Hilton property now and they need to make sure the rooms get proper maintenance and instruct housekeeping to do a better job.
It's sad to get such a bad room on your honeymoon.
This hotel is central in Union Square , close to all the food , shopping places ,china town. The hotel is modern, classy and very clean. First floor is the waiting area
We got there at 2 pm, room was not ready , they held our bag at no charge- and we left to sightseeing and came back at 9 pm - took the bags and went to our room- to my surprise - to room was a great size like other hotels we had stayed before .
A lot of Pilots and Stuartess's stay in this hotel as well . the room in the upper level was very clean , quiet , pretty much like the pictures with the bay window .
The beds and pillow very comfy . on the first floor the Wifi is free. There are Pizza/hamburgers/ subway/Chipotle/italian and lots lots more in the 2 block Radius.
there are Homeless people ALL over the city of SF- Just ignore them.
there are several breakfast/ pastry places all around the hotel if you do not want to eat at the hotel. The train station and cable cars and the bus stations are right there.
Taxi from the airport to the hotel should cost $42-45 not more unless they go around the block several times to jack up the price.
there is blow dryer / iron and safety box and coffee maker in the room and an ice machine outside of the room.
the ladies at the registeration very nice. we left the hotel AM and got back in the evening - the room was made up and cleaned- the windows have a small opening on the bottom for airflow - at nights close those openings and you should sleep in peace.
All and All will definitely come back - great location - great hotel-great stay- thankyou
Nice hotel. Central. Little expensive. Clean room, some wind noise in the upper levels.
The hotel was great and the staff were excellent. The hot tub was relaxing and the atmosphere was wonderful !! I highly recommend it.
Didn't stay at the hotel but went to the restaurant inside--kin khao for some amazing Thai food.
The lobby and rooms are beautiful, but nothing compares to the view of the city you can get. I only visited a friend who was staying there, but if I need to stay in SF. This hotel will be on the top of the list
I d give this 5 stars if they had room service. Overall, the staff has been wonderful to me, all the way from the doorman to the front desk. This is a pleasant place to stay while in San Francisco.
Had a nice stay at this hotel. Got a great deal using an Expedia voucher and since it was a VIP+ hotel on Expedia, we received a room on one of the top floors. Room was a typical 4 star space with TV and comfortable bed. The view overlooking downtown was amazing. Had great service and was checked in a few hours early.
Valet parking was quite expensive (~$60 with tax and tip) which is about double what you would pay at a near by garage, but it does give you in and out privileges and great door to door service.
Update:
Stayed here a second time because of the good service previously and recognition of our VIP+ status, but was told that they had no idea what the VIP+ status was and weren't going to provide any of the upgrades promised by Expedia. It is annoying since this is why I booked this hotel. Removed one star and will probably book elsewhere next time.
Great hotel with friendly staff in a great location.
Good hotel with good location. High price in San Francisco standard. Attendance and regular cleaning.
The rooms were comfortable and clean, overall a nice place to spend the night
Clean place basic rooms. I stayed on the 30th floor city view
Love the location, in the heart of some great vibes
It is near cable car terminal and is good for city sightseeing. Hilton Hotel
Stayed here for a conference, great location.
Decor is dated and the beds are not that comfortable.
Words of caution, when I was out a strange man let himself into our room without knocking when my wife and child were there. When he was caught and asked what he was doing he said he was told there was a stranger walking around in the floors and wanted to check our room then quickly left. We told the front desk and spoke with a manager but they said it was maintenance staff. Very weird and we felt unsafe after that. We won t go back.
Had an amazing low key dinner at Kin Khao Thai eatery, would recommend!
Great place and service, the room also has an awesome 55" cable TV.
If you can get a reservation for a decent price, this place is in the heart of SF. Quick walk to union square, steps away from trolly car and right off market. Very easy to get to from SFO if taking BART and exiting Powell BART Station
Amazing hotel, we had such blast in SF staying here. Service was wonderful also.
Bar had lots of tv, great for watching sports. The staff even wore Warriors gear. Complimentary nuts with drinks. Lots of room, great service.
Dated rooms, but a great gym and above average conference catering help redeem it.
Great location, the room was perfect, bed was comfy, and the staff was excellent
Excellent location in the city. Many sites and restaurants nearby. Staff are very friendly and responsive to needs. The hotel is modern design, very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
The hotel is very convenient. The staff is friendly. The chairs in the rooms are poor choices. The arms are ridiculously high. To reach a beverage on the table one needs to lean forward and around the arms.
Very nice hotel with modern amenities and use of the fitness center next door for free.
